Abstract

This study investigates the role of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), particularly its Representative Office in Central Java Province, in enhancing accountability in regional financial management through a literature review approach. Regional financial accountability serves as a crucial indicator for achieving good governance. The analysis explores relevant literature concerning BPK’s functions in auditing processes, issuance of audit opinions, and follow-up actions. The review finds that BPK plays a strategic role in fostering transparency and accountability through its independent and objective audit mechanisms. BPK’s audit findings contribute to improving the quality of regional financial reporting and strengthening internal control systems. The study recommends enhancing institutional capacity and promoting stronger synergy between BPK and local governments to achieve more accountable financial governance.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of technological support in enhancing learning effectiveness under the Merdeka Curriculum at SMKS Al Ittihad Cianjur. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The study examines school policies, teacher practices, the effectiveness of technology use, and the factors that support or hinder its implementation. The findings reveal that the school provides comprehensive technological support, including internet infrastructure, digital teaching tools, and the use of the Pijarsekolah.id platform. This platform offers question banks, instructional videos, interactive e-books, and a digital assessment system. School leadership actively promotes the integration of these tools, supported by the vice principal for curriculum and technical staff. Teachers across different vocational departments apply technology creatively and adaptively. They report increased student engagement, improved assessment efficiency, and more personalized learning experiences. However, challenges remain, particularly in digital literacy disparities, inconsistent internet access, and varying levels of student readiness. In conclusion, technological support at SMKS Al Ittihad Cianjur plays a critical role in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. Its success is influenced by strong leadership, teacher competence, and sustained technical assistance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan implementasi teknologi blockchain dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan keabsahan data akademik di era digital. Meningkatnya ancaman kebocoran data dan pemalsuan dokumen akademik menjadi urgensi untuk mengeksplorasi solusi inovatif seperti blockchain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa institusi pendidikan yang telah atau sedang menjajaki implementasi blockchain untuk pengelolaan data akademik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait, analisis dokumen, dan observasi sistem yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain memiliki potensi signifikan dalam menciptakan sistem penyimpanan data akademik yang terdesentralisasi, transparan, dan tidak dapat diubah (immutable), sehingga meminimalisir risiko pemalsuan ijazah, transkrip nilai, dan dokumen penting lainnya. Implementasi smart contract dalam blockchain juga memungkinkan otomatisasi proses verifikasi dan validasi data secara efisien. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi blockchain, termasuk isu skalabilitas, interoperabilitas dengan sistem yang ada, dan kebutuhan akan pemahaman serta keahlian teknis. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyediaan kerangka konseptual dan rekomendasi praktis bagi institusi pendidikan dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mempertimbangkan adopsi blockchain sebagai solusi untuk pengamanan dan otentikasi data akademik di era digital, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap kualitas dan integritas sistem pendidikan secara nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how student management at TK Pelangi Medan supports the optimal development of early childhood. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with a class B teacher. The findings reveal that student management is carried out holistically, including an admission process that considers children's readiness, the design of play-based learning activities, and individualized handling of learning challenges through a humanistic approach. Teachers act as facilitators who create enjoyable and adaptive learning environments that meet the needs of children. The main challenges include the diversity of children's characteristics and limited parental involvement. These findings underscore the importance of strong collaboration between teachers and parents, as well as child-centered management strategies, in promoting cognitive, socio-emotional, and motor development in early childhood education.

Abstract

Education serves as a cornerstone for developing high-quality human resources, with educational management being the key to its success. Educational management encompasses planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating to achieve goals aligned with students' needs, supporting efficient and effective learning processes. Special services, such as counseling, libraries, laboratories, extracurricular activities, school health services, cafeterias, cooperatives, transportation, dormitories, acceleration programs, and inclusive education, are designed to accommodate the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review. Data were collected from various relevant journals, articles, and books, analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that managing special services requires stakeholder collaboration, systematic planning, and curriculum harmonization to realize fair and high-quality inclusive education, optimally supporting students' potential, talents, and interests. Special education service management, as part of school-based management, is designed to provide optimal services to students through various offerings, ensuring educational goals are achieved.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Padang as an agent of change plays a strategic role in improving the quality of vocational education in the industrial era 4.0 through various transformation initiatives and partnerships with business and industry. The school has started a new chapter with the inauguration of the SMK Center of Excellence (PK) program, a new matching scheme facilitated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, which aims to accelerate the improvement of the quality of vocational education and match graduates with the needs of the world of work, further study and entrepreneurship. As an agent of change, SMKN 1 Padang not only focuses on improving academic quality, but also strengthens partnerships with business and industry (DUDI), such as PT Mobah in the Electric Power Installation Engineering skill program, to ensure the relevance and readiness of graduates to enter the workforce. This approach strengthens SMKN 1 Padang's role as a reference and center for improving the quality of other SMKs in the region.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas secara komprehensif tentang filosofi dan konsep kepemimpinan sebagai landasan teoritis dan praktis dalam menjalankan fungsi kepemimpinan yang efektif dan etis. Kepemimpinan tidak hanya dipahami sebagai posisi struktural, tetapi sebagai suatu proses moral dan intelektual yang bertumpu pada nilai-nilai filosofis seperti keadilan, tanggung jawab, dan integritas. Dalam kajian ini, dibahas berbagai teori kepemimpinan, mulai dari teori sifat, perilaku, situasional, hingga model kepemimpinan transformasional dan servant leadership. Makalah ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dalam menghadapi tantangan kontemporer seperti disrupsi teknologi, kompleksitas sosial, dan pluralisme budaya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dan analisis literatur, makalah ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mendalam mengenai pentingnya filosofi sebagai fondasi dalam membentuk karakter dan arah kepemimpinan yang berkelanjutan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif membutuhkan sintesis antara visi strategis dan kesadaran etis yang kuat.

Abstract

To complete their duties, a teacher must possess competence. Teachers must understand various approaches, strategies, methods, and digital media related to learning in today's technological era. If teachers cannot keep up with the use of technology in education in the digital age, students who are active and quick to adapt to technology will become a significant challenge. Therefore, to achieve effective and efficient learning outcomes in this technological era, teachers must possess digital skills.  In this article, a descriptive qualitative research method is used by collecting various literature sources. According to Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, Article 8 states that every teacher must possess teaching competence. Competence refers to a set of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that teachers must have, internalize, and master in carrying out their professional duties.  Various studies have proven the importance of teacher competence in the educational and learning process. Among them is research conducted by Kay in 1980, as cited by Rohmat Mulyana (2003:1), which concluded that a teacher's teaching ability is one of the variables that significantly influences students' academic competence.  The Republic of Indonesia Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers stipulates four basic competencies that teachers must possess: pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competencies.  The purpose of this study is to explain the digital competencies that teachers must have to ensure successful learning activities in the digital era. In conclusion, teachers must possess digital skills to face the challenges of teaching in the digital age.

Abstract

Stabilitas sistem perbankan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas aset yang dimiliki, salah satunya tercermin dari tingkat kredit bermasalah atau Non Performing Loan (NPL). NPL dapat mencerminkan efektivitas manajemen risiko dan efisiensi operasional suatu bank. BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional) dan CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) merupakan dua indikator penting yang menggambarkan efisiensi dan ketahanan permodalan dalam menghadapi risiko kredit. Kajian terhadap data keuangan Bank Mega periode 2013–2023 menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi signifikan pada ketiga variabel tersebut. Nilai BOPO cenderung menurun sejak tahun 2013 hingga 2021, namun mengalami kenaikan kembali hingga 2023. CAR mengalami peningkatan signifikan hingga 2020 dan stabil pada tahun-tahun berikutnya. Sebaliknya, NPL mengalami penurunan hingga 2021 namun kembali naik dalam dua tahun terakhir. Analisis kuantitatif melalui uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa BOPO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap NPL, sedangkan CAR berpengaruh negatif namun juga signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi operasional yang buruk cenderung meningkatkan kredit bermasalah, sementara kecukupan modal yang baik mampu menekan risiko kredit. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan efisiensi dan modal sebagai langkah strategis dalam mengendalikan risiko kredit di perbankan, khususnya pada Bank Mega.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of teacher management in enhancing learning quality at TK Aulia School. A phenomenological approach with descriptive qualitative methods was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers play a central role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities that are enjoyable and developmentally appropriate. The use of daily lesson plans (RPPH), individualized approaches, and flexible classroom management contribute to a positive learning environment. Teachers address the unique needs of each child by providing personal attention and adapting instructional strategies accordingly. Collaboration with parents is fostered through regular progress reports and school committee meetings. Additionally, continuous professional development, including training on child protection and health issues, supports teachers’ capacity to improve learning outcomes. The structured and ongoing teacher management system has proven effective in fostering a holistic and engaging educational experience for early childhood learners. These results highlight the essential role of teacher management in improving the overall quality of early childhood education and recommend its integration into broader educational development strategies.
