TRANSFORMATIKA: Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Pengajarannya is a peer-reviewed scientific open access journal, with e-ISSN 2549-5941 and p-ISSN 2549-5971 It has been published by the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Tidar. The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) reviewers. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through initial review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to peer reviewer (Mitra Bestari) and will go to the next selection by the double-blind review process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. In each manuscript, peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by editors according to reviewers comments. Peer reviewer that collaboration with Transformatika: Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Pengajarannya is the experts in the linguistics, literature, and their teaching area and issues around it. They were experienced in the prestigious journal management and publication that was spread around the nation and abroad. TRANSFORMATIKA: Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Pengajarannya is issued quarterly: in March, June, September, and December. TRANSFORMATIKA: Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Pengajarannya features research novelties and significance for scientific advancement in one of the fields of the published manuscripts. This journal welcomes submissions from around the world as well as from Indonesia. Manuscripts published including. Linguistics; phonology, morphology, syntax, discourse analysis, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and critical discourse analysis. Literature: local literature studies, Indonesian literature, foreign literature studies, children literature, literature studies for character education, and other literary studies. Indonesian Language and Literature: curriculum development, learning methods, learning materials, learning media, assessment, Indonesian language learning across curricula, information and communications technology in Indonesian language learning, language skills, and other Indonesian language learning analyses. Women in society are stereotypically portrayed as captivating, beautiful, gentle, empathetic, and caring figures, emotional, and maternal, but also perceived as weak, foolish, slow, and unable to make logical and quick decisions. Meanwhile, men are considered as figures who can make logical decisions easily, brave, powerful, strong, intelligent, wise, and independent. The images that emerge for women and men occur due to the concept of gender, which is a trait that is inherent in both men and women that is socially and culturally constructed. This study aims to find the image of female figures contained in the kumpulan Dongeng Klasik Nusantara oleh Cerviena Susilo and identify the implications of discussing kumpulan Dongeng Klasik Nusantara oleh Cerviena Susilo on Indonesian language and literature learning in schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that the image of women that emerges is the self-image of women and the social image of women. The self-image of women is divided into two parts: the physical image of women and the psychological image of women, while the social image of women is divided into the image of women in the family and the image of women in society.

This study aims to describe the narrative structure and interpret the meaning contained in the short story “Negosiasi Hati dan Pikiran (Kisah Mistis Hidupku)” by Uji Saputro. The story presents a personal journey marked by inner conflict and mystical experiences, told from a first-person point of view that explores the struggle between the mind, heart, and physical endurance. The research focuses on how the story’s structure is composed and what meanings can be interpreted from it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The story features a dynamic plot, complex characters, emotional settings, and a first-person perspective that enhances reader engagement. In terms of meaning, the short story illustrates an internal negotiation between heart, mind, and body in facing life pressures and mystical experiences. This process symbolizes the search for identity, the balance between logic and emotion, and the effort to achieve inner peace. Overall, the story not only delivers a touching personal narrative but also offers a philosophical reflection on how humans overcome inner crises through strength from within.

The purpose of this study is to describe the language style contained in the CNNIndonesia.com national news events column in the December 2023 edition. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the data that has been collected is then analyzed and described. The subject of this research is the CNNIndonesia.com national news column events edition December 2023, while the object is the language style contained in the CNNIndonesia.com national news column events edition December 2023. The data collection techniques in this research, namely using documentation techniques, listening techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis used the steps according to Miles and Huberman which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research that has been conducted regarding the language style in the CNNIndonesia.com national news column events in December 2023, namely from four groups of language styles according to Tarigan, 32 language styles were found.

This study examines the psychology of the main character in the novel Rumah Tanpa Cahaya by Regita-Lenn Liu. The research aims to identify the psychological conflict experienced by the main character, Natta, through Sigmund Freud's personality theory (id, ego, superego) that illustrates the mental turmoil caused by family dynamics. The methodology used is hermeneutic qualitative analysis, focusing on symbolic and textual interpretation. The results of the analysis show that Natta experiences internal conflict between desire (id), reality (ego), and moral values (superego), especially in her relationship with her younger brother, Alie, who is ostracised by his family. This conflict shapes Natta's decisions, showing that the id has an important role in the positive actions she takes, despite going against her social environment. This study reveals that psychological elements in novels can provide an in-depth understanding of the complexity of characters and their impact on the storyline. The implication is that psychological analysis of literature helps readers understand personality dynamics in fictional narratives and their relevance to real-life conflicts.

This research aims to describe the condition of Suluk Akya Ngulumodin manuscripts including: This research aims to describe the condition of the manuscript including: manuscript inventory, manuscript description and text study. The edited text uses a standard or critical edition accompanied by critical tools, and the translation of the text uses the following methods: literal, content, and free; Philological theory is used to reveal the cultural results contained in the manuscript. The object of this research is manuscript NB. 1768 of the National Library of Indonesia and BLK.0423-IS44 of the University of Indonesia Library. The results of this research are in the form of edits. Editing Suluk Akya Ngulumodin means preparing the manuscript ready to be published or printed. Editing in philology is the provision of a manuscript that is close to the original, which is a good and correct manuscript. Good means that it is easy to read and understand because it has been transcribed or transliterated (from Javanese script to Latin script) and the spelling has been adjusted to the target language. Correct means that it can be accounted for the validity of its text content, because it has been cleaned of writing errors through in-depth research.

This research aims to develop learning media in the form of a letterboard designed to increase the learning motivation of grade 1 students of SDN Natakupe, especially in learning Indonesian, and to test its feasibility. Student learning motivation is a major concern because it plays an important role in supporting an effective learning process. This research focuses on the question, "How feasible is the use of typeboard media as a learning tool in grade 1 elementary school?" The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The subject of the study was a 1st grade student of SDN Natakupe. Data was collected through a survey involving material experts, media experts, design experts, and users, with instruments in the form of questionnaires that were validated quantitatively and qualitatively. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods to determine the feasibility level of letterboard media. The results of the validation of the letterboard media showed that the aspects of practicality, aesthetics, and content suitability obtained an average score of 90% (very feasible), 87% (very feasible) media experts, and 80% (feasible) design experts. The trial on students generated a positive response, with an average score of 96% for increased attractiveness, ease of use, and motivation to learn. The use of this media not only attracts students' attention, but also increases their active involvement in the learning process through a play-by-play approach to learning. Letterboard media has proven to be effective as a learning tool and can be used as an alternative media to increase student learning motivation at the elementary school level. More research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of this medium on a wider student population.

This study discusses the application of existentialism philosophy to the Bulan Bujur Sangkar manuscript embraced by Iwan Simatupang and describes Iwan Simatupang's social background which proves the existence of an existentialist philosophy school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an expressive approach to represent the author's emotions and messages in his work. The object of this research is the script of the drama Bulan Bujur Squarer by Iwan Simatupang. The collection technique in this study is a literature study. For the technique of analyzing data, use the technique of watching and taking notes. The results of the discussion found that the philosophy of existentialism embraced by Iwan Simatupang in the Bulan Bujur Sangkar Manuscript was proven in intrinsic and extrinsic elements. It is evident in the analysis of Iwan Simatupang's existentialism which is reflected in the figure of the Parents. The ideology of the Old Man who has a free life of thought, has no boundaries like existentialism that upholds freedom of thought and action accompanied by responsibility.

Reading comprehension is an essential skill that students must master in learning activities, particularly in Indonesian language learning. Good reading comprehension skills enable students to grasp key information, understand text structure, and summarize presented material. This research aims to determine the effect of the Quantum Reading method on the reading comprehension skills of eighth-grade students at SMP Islam Nurul Karomah in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employs a quantitative experimental method using a One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. This design involves two tests: pretest and posttest. The pretest assesses students' initial abilities, followed by treatment using the Quantum Reading method. Subsequently, a posttest is conducted to evaluate the learning outcomes after the treatment. The research findings indicate an improvement in students' reading comprehension skills after the application of the Quantum Reading method. The initial observation through the pretest shows an average student score of 63,86 categorized as sufficient. However, after the treatment and posttest, the average score significantly increased to 86,36 categorized as good. This result is supported by the t-test analysis, which shows a t-value of 27,27 greater than the t-table value of 1,720 at a 0,05significance level. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This proves that the Quantum Reading method significantly influences the improvement of reading comprehension skills in news texts among eighth-grade students at SMP Islam Nurul Karomah in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Listening skills are basic skills that are important in language learning, but are often underdeveloped due to uninteresting learning methods. In the context of learning Indonesian, especially in listening to fable texts, students often have difficulty understanding the contents of the text in depth. This phenomenon can be caused by low student involvement due to the use of monotonous learning methods and the lack of utilization of technology or media that are relevant to the needs of today's students. Therefore, an innovative approach is needed to increase students' interest and ability in listening. This study focuses on analyzing the extent to which the Omaggio strategy supported by animated video media can provide a significant impact on improving the ability to listen to fable texts in class X students. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of the Omaggio strategy with the help of animated video media on the ability to listen to fable texts of class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kota Sukabumi. This study uses a quantitative method in the form of an experiment with a true experimental design involving an experimental group that applies the Omaggio strategy and a control group whose learning uses conventional learning methods. The posttest results showed an average value of the control class of 77.78 with a total score of 2,100, while the experimental class achieved an average value of 84.4 with a total score of 2,280. The t-test showed a significant value (p <0.05), with the calculation results of t_count> t_table, which proves that the Omaggio strategy significantly improves students' listening skills. The difference in total value of 180 and the difference in average value of 6.62 indicate that the Omaggio strategy has a positive influence on the listening skills of fable texts of class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kota Sukabumi in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

This study examines the values of character education contained in Punden folklore in Dukun District, Gresik Regency. The object of the research is 5 punden stories in Shamun sub-districts located in the western, central, and eastern regions of the sub-district. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that is more specifically in the form of ethnographic research. The determination of resource persons was carried out by snowball sampling. Data validation is carried out by theoretical triangulation. The data analysis technique was used descriptive and content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that through an analysis of 18 character values sourced from religion, Pancasila, culture, and national education goals, this punden story is loaded with these values, with only three values, love of the homeland, care for the environment, and love of reading, which are not identified. The values that emerge include religious attitudes, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curious, nationalistic, appreciative of achievements, communicative, peace-loving, social care, and responsibility. The results of the study show that Punden folklore can be used as an effective means to develop students' character. Therefore, it is recommended that punden stories in Dukun District be used as teaching materials in learning, with the development of appropriate teaching modules.
