Abstract

The Full of Love Curriculum in Indonesian Literature learning aims to strengthen students' love for culture and national identity through a humanistic approach that prioritizes warm emotional relationships between teachers and students. This study aims to explore the implementation of this curriculum at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal and its impact on students' cultural identity and nationalism. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to the curriculum and teaching materials. Researchers analyzed the impact of implementing the Full of Love Curriculum on strengthening students' cultural identity and their pride in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Full of Love Curriculum at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal is effective in fostering a sense of pride in Indonesian culture and strengthening students' national identity. Literary learning that integrates local Mandailing cultural values and Indonesian nationality encourages students to better understand and appreciate their cultural heritage. Students showed an increase in appreciation for Indonesian literature as well as increased participation in cultural activities related to the preservation of local culture. Theoretically, the Full of Love Curriculum can be positioned as a variant of the culture-based humanistic curriculum that can strengthen national identity. Empirically, these findings confirm that learning Indonesian Literature based on compassion and rooted in local wisdom can be an effective strategy in fostering a love of culture and national identity among madrasah students.   Kurikulum Penuh Cinta dalam pembelajaran Sastra Indonesia bertujuan untuk memperkuat kecintaan siswa terhadap budaya dan identitas nasional melalui pendekatan humanistik yang memprioritaskan hubungan emosional yang hangat antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kurikulum ini di MAN 1 Mandailing Natal dan dampaknya terhadap identitas budaya dan nasionalisme siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum dan bahan ajar. Peneliti menganalisis dampak implementasi Kurikulum Penuh Cinta terhadap penguatan identitas budaya siswa dan kebanggaan mereka terhadap Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Penuh Cinta di MAN 1 Mandailing Natal efektif dalam menumbuhkan rasa bangga terhadap budaya Indonesia dan memperkuat identitas nasional siswa. Pembelajaran sastra yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal Mandailing dan nasionalisme Indonesia mendorong siswa untuk lebih memahami dan menghargai warisan budaya mereka. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan apresiasi terhadap sastra Indonesia serta peningkatan partisipasi dalam kegiatan budaya yang berkaitan dengan pelestarian budaya lokal. Secara teoritis, Kurikulum Penuh Cinta dapat diposisikan sebagai varian dari kurikulum humanistik berbasis budaya yang dapat memperkuat identitas nasional. Secara empiris, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran Sastra Indonesia yang berlandaskan kasih sayang dan berakar pada kearifan lokal dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap budaya dan identitas nasional di kalangan siswa madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the LISCORE model implementation in scientific writing using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in higher education. This study used mixed methods with students at a private university in West Papua as subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and product documentation: student journal articles. Data analysis was conducted by combining qualitative and quantitative findings to provide a holistic view of the learning process and outcomes. The results showed that the implementation of the LISCORE model was very effective with an average score of 93.12 in the very good category. The LISCORE model can improve students' critical and systematic thinking and skills in scientific writing. These findings indicate that the LISCORE model is an innovative learning model and can be applied to improve the quality of scientific article writing learning in higher education. Therefore, the LISCORE model is recommended for adoption in research methodology and scientific writing courses, especially in the context of higher education in West Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model LISCORE dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dengan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan subjek mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi swasta di Papua Barat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi produk: artikel jurnal mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggabungkan temuan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk memberikan pandangan holistik tentang proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model LISCORE sangat efektif dengan nilai rata-rata 93,12 dalam kategori sangat baik. Model LISCORE dapat meningkatkan pemikiran kritis dan sistematis serta keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model LISCORE merupakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran penulisan artikel ilmiah di pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, model LISCORE direkomendasikan untuk diadopsi dalam mata kuliah metodologi penelitian dan penulisan ilmiah, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi di Papua Barat.

Abstract

Research on Acehnese conflict literature has predominantly discussed trauma, nationalism, and political struggle. Current studies on Acehnese literature have not fully revealed that violence and moral agency are used in everyday life. This article interrogates the representation of conflict beyond militarised and event-based narratives through reading Seulanga: Gelora Cinta di Tengah Perjuangan Aceh by Riati MK. We employed a qualitative interpretive approach rooted in textual analysis to analyse narrative representations of land dispossession, environmental exploitation, bureaucratic coercion, and interpersonal relations between Seulanga and Salam. This article argues that structural violence constitutes a productive lens for thinking through the relationship between conflict, gendered agency, and everyday ethics in Acehnese literature. We used Johan Galtung’s concept of structural violence as an analytical framework. The finding reveals that the novel uncovers the conflict in terms of structural violence. The violence is caused by indirect institutional processes and economic pressures for development. The analysis discloses that everyday forms of moral agency constrain the conception of militarised modes of resistance. The novel critiques the abstract and future oriented forms of revolutionary idealism through Salam which produces asymmetric moral labour across private lives. This article suggests the role of literature in exposing unseen and accepted forms of violence in everyday social life. Studi terkait sastra konflik Aceh masih berfokus pada trauma, nasionalisme, dan politik. Kajian terkait sastra Aceh belum secara optimal menunjukkan berbagai bentuk kekerasan dan agensi moral dalam kehidupan sosial sehari-hari. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi representasi konflik di luar narasi militer. Argumentasi yang dikemukakan adalah bahwa kekerasan struktural merupakan jendela untuk melihat hubungan antara konflik, agensi berbasis gender, dan etika sehari-hari dalam sastra Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah interpretatif kualitatif yang berakar pada analisis tekstual. Pendekatan ini menganalisis representasi naratif tentang perampasan tanah, eksploitasi lingkungan, paksaan birokrasi, dan hubungan interpersonal antara Seulanga dan Salam. Studi ini menggunakan konsep kekerasan struktural Johan Galtung sebagai kerangka analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Seulanga mengonstruksi konflik melalui kekerasan struktural. Proses kekerasan institusional tidak langsung dan tekanan ekonomi yang dibangun di atas wacana Pembangunan merupakan akar kekerasan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa agensi moral sehari-hari mereduksi konsepsi bentuk perlawanan berorientasi militeristik. Novel ini mengkritik idealisme revolusioner melalui karakter Salam yang memperlihatkan bentuk-bentuk perjuangan revolusioner yang abstrak dan berorientasi masa depan namun menghasilkan beban moral yang tidak seimbang. Artikel ini menegaskan peran sastra dalam mengungkap bentuk-bentuk kekerasan yang tersembunyi dan dinormalisasi dalam kehidupan sosial sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study examines the screen adaptation of the novel Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu by Puthut EA into its film version directed by Hanung Bramantyo, focusing on narrative transformations across literary and cinematic media. The study is important because the shift from written text to audiovisual form often changes narrative structure and meaning, yet such transformations remain insufficiently explored in contemporary Indonesian literary adaptations. The novel was selected as the research object due to its introspective narration, psychological conflicts, and subjective treatment of time, which pose significant challenges for visual representation. The research draws on adaptation theory, narratology, and multimodal discourse analysis. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, it applies qualitative content analysis. Narrative units from the novel and film scenes were collected through close reading and documentation and analyzed comparatively using an extralingual matching method. The findings identify 15 narrative transformations categorized into reduction, addition, and variation, indicating that the film creatively reconstructs the story’s meaning according to cinematic logic.   Penelitian ini mengkaji proses ekranisasi novel Cinta Tak Pernah Tepat Waktu karya Puthut EA ke dalam film adaptasi sutradara Hanung Bramantyo dengan fokus pada transformasi naratif antarwahana sastra dan sinema. Kajian ini penting karena adaptasi dari teks tulis ke audiovisual sering menimbulkan perubahan struktur dan makna cerita yang belum banyak dianalisis dalam konteks sastra Indonesia kontemporer. Novel ini dipilih sebagai objek karena dominasi narasi introspektif, konflik psikologis, dan pengolahan waktu subjektif yang menghadirkan tantangan ketika divisualisasikan ke medium film. Penelitian berlandaskan teori adaptasi, naratologi, dan analisis wacana multimodal. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis isi. Data berupa unit naratif novel dan adegan film dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak. Hasil menunjukkan 15 transformasi naratif yang meliputi penciutan, penambahan, dan variasi. Film merekonstruksi makna cerita secara kreatif sesuai logika sinema.

Abstract

Changes in story structures and representations of cultural values can be seen with digital adaptations of folklore into animated YouTube films. This research seeks to understand the cultural values and processes of screen adaptations of the animated story Asal Usul Banyuwangi (The Origin of Banyuwangi) using the concept of screen adaptation by Eneste. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected from 7 YouTube channels that adapt the story. Using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, the authors analyzed the plot, characterization, conflict, dialogue, and cultural elements. The authors validated the findings by consulting with a cultural expert from Banyuwangi. The authors conclude that Reduction is the primary strategy for simplifying the episodic structure of Lontar Sri Tanjung, while Addition and Varied Modification occur in a more selective manner. Bug D'Art Studio is the closest channel to the original text structure and presents deviations while still preserving the essence of the story. Despite the changes in structure, the values of culture, loyalty, responsibility, and local identity still exist and are communicated in a manner more understandable for the children. The authors therefore conclude that cultural and narrative negotiations that allow the folklore to thrive in digital children’s literature are processes that can be seen in the screen adaptations of YouTube animations. Cerita rakyat yang diadaptasi ke dalam animasi digital di Youtube mengalami perubahan dalam struktur cerita dan representasi nilai-nilai budaya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti proses adaptasi layar dan nilai-nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam film animasi Asal Usul Banyuwangi, berdasarkan konsep adaptasi layar Eneste. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan, dengan data diambil dari tujuh saluran Youtube yang mengadaptasi cerita tersebut. Elemen naratif seperti plot, karakter, konflik, dialog, dan simbol budaya dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan diverifikasi melalui konsultasi dengan pakar budaya Banyuwangi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa reduksi menjadi strategi utama dalam menyederhanakan struktur episodik Lontar Sri Tanjung, sementara penambahan dan modifikasi beragam muncul secara selektif. Bug D’Art Studio adalah saluran yang paling dekat dengan struktur teks aslinya, karena memperkenalkan variasi dengan tetap mempertahankan inti cerita. Meskipun terjadi perubahan struktural, nilai-nilai budaya loyalitas, tanggung jawab, dan identitas lokal tetap ada. Nilai-nilai ini disampaikan dengan cara yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, adaptasi layar dalam animasi YouTube dapat dipahami sebagai proses negosiasi naratif dan budaya yang memungkinkan cerita rakyat tetap hidup dalam sastra anak digital.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the use of presentation-based poetry teaching material design based on the concepts of Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) for Indonesian language instructors in junior high schools in Bandung and Cimahi. In teaching poetry as a complicated literary text, the cognitive load must be carefully managed so that the process of comprehension does not surpass the capacity of students. The research was conducted by using a survey, descriptive-evaluative approach, involving 69 Indonesian language teachers at junior high schools in Bandung and Cimahi. The tools were built in accordance with the three dimensions of CLT: management of intrinsic load, reduction of extraneous load, and optimization of germane load. The data were analyzed descriptively to show the patterns of instructional material design and their conformance to CLT principles. The study found that the use of PowerPoint and Canva is very much present in poetry learning. However, the design still does not entirely comply with the principles of CLT. The presenting materials in the learning process are not yet fully organized considering the effectiveness of material distribution. High text density and non-instructional graphic elements can lead to an increase in unnecessary load. Some of the presentation materials include reflection tasks that might help alleviate cognitive load. The results suggest that the instructional design quality of the poetry teaching materials is not fully consistent with the concepts of Cognitive Load Theory (CLT). The present instructional materials, although not entirely consistent with the principles of CLT, offer significant potential for further growth by including media based on digital technology. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti penerapan desain bahan ajar puisi berbasis presentasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Teori Beban Kognitif (CLT) bagi guru bahasa Indonesia di sekolah menengah pertama di Kota Bandung dan Kota Cimahi.  Pengajaran puisi sebagai teks sastra yang kompleks perlu melibatkan pengelolaan beban kognitif secara hati-hati agar proses pemahaman tidak melebihi kemampuan siswa.  Studi ini adalah penelitian survei dengan metodologi deskriptif-evaluatif, yang dilakukan pada 69 guru bahasa Indonesia di sekolah menengah pertama di kota Bandung dan Cimahi.  Alat-alat tersebut dirancang berdasarkan tiga dimensi CLT, yaitu manajemen beban intrinsik, pengurangan beban ekstrinsik, dan optimalisasi beban germane.  Data dievaluasi secara deskriptif untuk mengungkap pola desain bahan ajar dan kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip CLT.  Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Powerpoint dan Canva cukup menonjol dalam pembelajaran puisi.  Akan tetapi desainnya masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip CLT.  Bahan presentasi materi dalam pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya disusun secara baik dengan mempertimbangkan efektivitas penyampaian materi. Terdapat banyak kepadatan teks dan fitur grafis non-instruksional yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan beban berlebih.  Pada beberapa bahan presentasi terdapat kegiatan reflektif dapat mengurangi beban kognitif.  Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas desain instruksional bahan ajar puisi belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip Cognitive Load Theory (CLT). Meski belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip CLT, bahan ajar yang ada memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan lagi dengan melibatkan media-media berbasis teknologi digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) instruction from a deep learning standpoint, with an emphasis on determining lecturer dominance patterns and Thai students' levels of cognitive participation. With an inherent case study design, a qualitative technique is employed. A discourse analysis framework developed by Sinclair and Coulthard (1975) and deep learning indicators developed by Marton and Säljö (1976) and Biggs and Tang (2011) were used to record, transcribe, and analyze utterances from learning encounters at an Islamic university in Indonesia. The study's conclusions show that the conventional Initiation-Response-Feedback (IRF) structure dominates the communication pattern, which underlies the low student participation (86.5%) and the predominance of lecturer speech (70.1%). Variations in patterns, however, including IRF(IR), IIRF, and particularly I→R→I, have been demonstrated to foster a dialogue space that promotes higher-level cognitive engagement, including cultural comparison and critical reflection. The flexibility of communication patterns that permit meaning negotiation and student elaboration, rather than a single pattern, determines the quality of deep learning in BIPA, according to the study's findings. In practice, this means that BIPA teachers must intentionally create communication tactics that encourage student initiative and introspection in order to make the BIPA classroom a meaningful and dialogic micro-diplomatic environment.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dominasi pengajar dan tingkat partisipasi kognitif students Thailand dalam pembelajaran BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing) dari perspektif pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning). Dengan desain studi kasus kualitatif, kerangka analisis wacana Sinclair dan Coulthard (1975) serta indikator deep learning dari Marton dan Säljö (1976) dan Biggs dan Tang (2011) digunakan untuk merekam, mentranskripsi, dan menganalisis tuturan pembelajaran BIPA di sebuah universitas Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola Inisiasi-Respon-Umpan Balik (IRF) konvensional mendominasi komunikasi (70,1% tuturan pengajar BIPA). Partisipasi students Thailand didominasi respons minimal dan translatif (86,5%), sementara partisipasi elaboratif yang mencerminkan keterlibatan kognitif tingkat tinggi hanya 13,5%. Namun, variasi pola seperti IRF(IR), IIRF, dan terutama I→R→I terbukti membuka ruang dialog yang mendorong perbandingan budaya, refleksi kritis, dan negosiasi makna. Fleksibilitas pola komunikasi, bukan pola tunggal, menentukan kualitas deep learning di BIPA. Secara praktis, pengajar BIPA perlu merancang strategi komunikasi yang memicu inisiatif dan elaborasi students agar kelas BIPA menjadi lingkungan mikro-diplomatik yang dialogis dan bermakna.

Abstract

Reading motivation is a crucial factor in learning Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA), particularly in diaspora contexts that face linguistic and cultural challenges. BIPA reading instruction in Mindanao still tends to be linguistically oriented and has not systematically integrated glocalization contexts. This study began with the need to develop a glocalization-based “motivate” phase within the MAGANDA (Motivation, Gleefulness, and Appreciation) learning model to strengthen engagement and reading readiness among diaspora students. This study aims to describe the practice of glocalization in the “motivate” phase in the development of the MAGANDA learning model and its contribution to the reading motivation of BIPA diaspora students in Mindanao. The study used a qualitative research and development (R&D) approach with the 4D model framework. The study focused on the design stage, using a descriptive strategy. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis with teachers, students, and evaluators in the BIPA diaspora community in Mindanao. Data analysis used thematic analysis with source triangulation. The study's results reveal two main findings. First, the practice of glocalization in the “motivate” phase is carried out through the integration of children's songs as cultural bridging, which has been proven to significantly reduce affective barriers (anxiety) and build a sense of national identity closeness. This strategy activates local cultural schemata while introducing the Indonesian language contextually. Second, the “motivate” phase increases student engagement, recognition, and self-efficacy before entering reading activities. Responses from students, teachers, and evaluators indicate increased self-confidence and readiness to learn compared to conventional learning. The integration of glocalization in the initial phase of learning serves as a strategy for managing affective factors in second language acquisition. Thus, the “motivate” phase in the MAGANDA model is not simply an introduction to learning but also serves as a space for initial meaning construction that strengthens the identity, psychological comfort, and cognitive readiness of diaspora students in reading BIPA texts.   Motivasi membaca merupakan faktor krusial dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA), khususnya pada konteks diaspora yang menghadapi tantangan linguistik dan kultural. Pembelajaran membaca BIPA di Mindanao masih cenderung berorientasi linguistik dan belum mengintegrasikan konteks glokalisasi secara sistematis. Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan pengembangan fase “motivate” berbasis glokalisasi dalam model pembelajaran MAGANDA (Motivation, Gleefulness, and Appreciation) untuk memperkuat keterlibatan dan kesiapan membaca pemelajar diaspora. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik glokalisasi pada fase “motivate” dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran MAGANDA dan kontribusinya terhadap motivasi membaca pemelajar BIPA diaspora di Mindanao. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif research and development (R&D) dengan kerangka model 4D. Fokus penelitian berada pada tahap design dengan strategi descriptive. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen terhadap pamong, pemelajar, dan evaluator di komunitas BIPA diaspora Mindanao. Analisis data menggunakan thematic analysis dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua temuan utama. Pertama, praktik glokalisasi dalam fase motivate dilakukan melalui integrasi lagu anak sebagai cultural bridging terbukti secara signifikan menurunkan hambatan afektif (anxiety) dan membangun kedekatan identitas nasional. Strategi ini mengaktivasi skema budaya lokal sekaligus memperkenalkan bahasa Indonesia secara kontekstual. Kedua, fase “motivate” berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterlibatan (engagement), pengakuan (recognition), dan efikasi diri (self-efficacy) pemelajar sebelum memasuki aktivitas membaca. Respons pemelajar, pamong, dan evaluator menunjukkan peningkatan rasa percaya diri dan kesiapan belajar dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Integrasi glokalisasi pada fase awal pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai strategi pengelolaan faktor afektif dalam akuisisi bahasa kedua. Fase “motivate” dalam model MAGANDA tidak sekadar pembuka pembelajaran, tetapi menjadi ruang konstruksi makna awal yang memperkuat identitas, kenyamanan psikologis, dan kesiapan kognitif pemelajar diaspora dalam membaca teks BIPA.

Abstract

The selection of Indonesian language courses in non-language study programs is often treated as a curricular obligation, resulting in limited understanding of the underlying motivational structure. This lack of empirical mapping may lead to ineffective curriculum design and learning strategies. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the motivational factors influencing the selection of Indonesian language courses among Southeast Asian Studies students at the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). This study employed a quantitative approach with an exploratory factor analysis design. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire administered to 33 B1-level BIPA students. Data analysis involved testing sampling adequacy (KMO), Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity, extraction of principal components, and factor rotation to identify latent motivational structures. The findings reveal that students’ motivation is multidimensional and relatively balanced across intrinsic, academic, career-oriented, and cross-cultural factors, with no single dominant factor. This indicates that course selection decisions are shaped by integrated motivational dimensions rather than isolated variables. This study contributes to educational research by providing an empirical and structured model of student motivation using PCA, offering a data-driven foundation for designing more responsive and contextually relevant Indonesian language curricula.   Pemilihan mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia dalam program studi non-bahasa seringkali dianggap sebagai kewajiban kurikuler, sehingga pemahaman tentang struktur motivasi yang mendasarinya menjadi terbatas. Kurangnya pemetaan empiris ini dapat menyebabkan desain kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran yang tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor motivasi yang memengaruhi pemilihan mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia di kalangan mahasiswa Studi Asia Tenggara di Universitas Terbuka Ho Chi Minh City menggunakan Analisis Komponen Utama (PCA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain analisis faktor eksploratori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup yang diberikan kepada 33 mahasiswa BIPA tingkat B1. Analisis data melibatkan pengujian kecukupan sampel (KMO), Uji Sferisitas Bartlett, ekstraksi komponen utama, dan rotasi faktor untuk mengidentifikasi struktur motivasi laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa bersifat multidimensional dan relatif seimbang di seluruh faktor intrinsik, akademik, berorientasi karir, dan lintas budaya, tanpa satu faktor dominan pun. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pemilihan mata kuliah dibentuk oleh dimensi motivasi yang terintegrasi, bukan variabel yang terisolasi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada penelitian pendidikan dengan menyediakan model empiris dan terstruktur tentang motivasi siswa menggunakan PCA, menawarkan landasan berbasis data untuk merancang kurikulum bahasa Indonesia yang lebih responsif dan relevan secara kontekstual.

Abstract

Folklore is an important medium for preserving regional languages and transmitting cultural values to the community. However, most Lembak ethnic folklore has not been systematically documented, thus facing the potential for extinction as the number of speakers of the local language decreases. This study aims to identify the uniqueness of the language, document the folklore, and uncover the cultural values contained in Lembak ethnic folklore as a medium for local cultural literacy. This study uses a qualitative approach with vocabulary and linguistic element inventory methods, story documentation through transcription and transliteration processes, and content analysis to examine the cultural values contained in the story texts. The results show that the Lembak language has distinctive phonological, morphological, and syntactic characteristics, which are reflected in vocabulary, traditional expressions, and sentence patterns that represent the community's oral traditions. The documentation of the folklore also successfully captures local history, community cosmology, heroic values, and traditional beliefs as part of Lembak cultural identity. The content analysis reveals the existence of moral, social, religious values, and local wisdom that are relevant to strengthening character education. Thus, Lembak ethnic folklore has the potential to become an effective local cultural literacy medium to support the preservation of regional languages, strengthen cultural identity, and become a source of contextual learning in educational environments.   Cerita rakyat merupakan salah satu media penting dalam pelestarian bahasa daerah dan transmisi nilai budaya kepada masyarakat. Namun, sebagian besar cerita rakyat etnik Lembak belum terdokumentasi secara sistematis sehingga berpotensi mengalami kepunahan seiring berkurangnya penutur bahasa daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekhasan bahasa, mendokumentasikan cerita rakyat, serta mengungkap nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat etnik Lembak sebagai media literasi budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode inventarisasi kosakata dan unsur linguistik, dokumentasi cerita melalui proses transkripsi dan transliterasi, serta analisis isi untuk mengkaji nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam teks cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Lembak memiliki karakteristik fonologis, morfologis, dan sintaktis yang khas, yang tercermin dalam kosakata, ungkapan tradisional, dan pola kalimat yang merepresentasikan tradisi tutur masyarakat. Dokumentasi cerita rakyat juga berhasil merekam sejarah lokal, kosmologi masyarakat, nilai kepahlawanan, serta kepercayaan tradisional sebagai bagian dari identitas budaya Lembak. Analisis isi mengungkap adanya nilai moral, sosial, religius, dan kearifan lokal yang relevan dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter. Dengan demikian, cerita rakyat etnik Lembak berpotensi menjadi media literasi budaya lokal yang efektif untuk mendukung pelestarian bahasa daerah, memperkuat identitas budaya, serta menjadi sumber pembelajaran kontekstual di lingkungan pendidikan.
