Abstract

Instilling a love for religious understanding from an early age plays a vital role in shaping the character of morally upright children. The Qur'anic Education Center (TPA) serves as a strategic environment for embedding Islamic values, especially through structured and continuous Qur'anic guidance. In today’s digital era, religious education faces increasingly complex challenges due to the influence of technology on children's behavior and attention. Therefore, integrating learning methods that align with technological developments is essential to enhance the effectiveness of religious instruction. This study aims to analyze the role of TPA in fostering a love for the Qur’an, shaping children's character, and improving the quality of religious education amidst digital transformation. Using a qualitative approach through observations and interviews in several TPAs, it was found that consistent Qur'anic guidance effectively instills religious values, discipline, and strengthens children's moral foundations from an early age. These findings indicate that Qur’an-based guidance in TPAs significantly contributes to improving the quality of religious education that is adaptive to digital challenges.

Abstract

Abstract The Community Service Program (KKN) Rekognisi is a form of student service to the community. This article aims to describe the role of KKN Rekognisi students from UIN Raden Fatah Palembang as facilitators in Qur’anic learning at Rumah Tahfidz Al Fatihah, Talang Jambe. The students did not only act as teachers but also as companions and motivators in creating an active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning environment. The approach used was participatory and educational, adjusted to the level of the students, most of whom are elementary school-aged children. The learning activities included the introduction of Arabic letters (huruf hijaiyah), reading from Iqra’ books, memorization of short surahs, and practicing Qur’anic manners. The results of the program showed an increase in the students’ motivation to learn and their ability to read the Qur’an, along with the development of a positive emotional bond between the students and the KKN participants. The role of students as facilitators in Qur’anic learning proved to have a positive impact on the development of Islamic education in non-formal institutions such as Rumah Tahfidz..

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Qur'anic teaching at Rumah Tahfidz Al Fatihah, Talang Jambe, Palembang City, contributes to shaping and developing the character of students in spiritual, intellectual, social, and moral aspects. The Qur'anic learning method implemented focuses not only on memorization but also on moral development, discipline, and habitual worship. This qualitative research uses a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the Qur'anic teaching at Rumah Tahfidz Al Fatihah enhances students’ spiritual awareness, personal responsibility, and social skills. Regular recitation, memorization, review (murojaah), and the internalization of Qur’anic values are fundamental in holistically shaping students' character.

Abstract

The Community Service (KKN) Recognition activity is a form of student service to the community that not only broadens horizons, but also becomes a means of character building for children. This article aims to describe the implementation of KKN Recognition carried out at TPA RQ Dar Asrar Tauhid, Palembang, with a focus on Al-Quran education and Islamic moral development for children. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the ability to read and memorize the Al-Quran and the formation of children's character through interactive and fun methods. This study also highlights the challenges faced by students and the strategies used in responding to them. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran zikir dalam mengurangi kecemasan, dengan fokus pada pengalaman para praktisi Sufi modern. Kecemasan, sebagai respons emosional terhadap situasi yang penuh tekanan, dapat merugikan kesehatan mental dan fisik. Dalam konteks kehidupan modern, di mana ancaman seringkali bersifat psikologis, zikir dihadirkan sebagai solusi spiritual yang mampu memberikan ketenangan batin. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi makna, persepsi, dan pengalaman individu yang mempraktikkan zikir sebagai upaya mengatasi kecemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik zikir tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritual ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai terapi spiritual yang efektif. Zikir membantu menstabilkan sistem saraf, mengurangi gejala kecemasan, dan menciptakan ruang hening batin. Penelitian ini juga mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan efektivitas zikir dalam mengelola stres dan meningkatkan kesehatan mental. Dengan demikian, zikir layak menjadi alternatif dalam strategi manajemen kecemasan, khususnya dalam konteks psikologi transpersonal dan pendidikan spiritual.

Abstract

Bullying in schools is a worrying social phenomenon because it negatively impacts students' psychological, academic, and spiritual development. Bullying prevention efforts can be implemented not only through psychological and legal approaches, but also through religious approaches that instill Islamic moral values. This article describes the Student Creativity Program (PKM), which provides student mentoring through Islamic guidance as a preventive strategy against bullying behavior in schools. The method used is a participatory approach involving students, teachers, and school counselors. The mentoring focuses on instilling the values ​​of Islamic brotherhood, empathy, patience, and respect for others. The results of the activity indicate an increase in student awareness of the dangers of bullying and a growing sense of mutual respect and care among peers. Thus, Islamic guidance has proven effective as an alternative strategy for preventing bullying in schools because it integrates cognitive, affective, and spiritual aspects in developing student character. It is hoped that this program can be replicated in other schools as an effort to build a safe, peaceful, and noble educational environment

Abstract

Some members of the community still lack understanding regarding agreements between healthcare professionals and patients, which can lead to violations and legal disputes that may harm both parties. Therefore, understanding the law of therapeutic agreements is needed. This Community Service activity was carried out through interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and simple quizzes. The material presented included: therapeutic agreements; types of therapeutic agreements; important elements within therapeutic agreements; the legal principles underlying therapeutic legal agreements; legal agreements referring to the provisions in Article 1320 of the Civil Code; forms of communication between healthcare professionals, as a form of professional communication between healthcare providers and patients; elements of therapeutic transactions that must exist in the interaction process between healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, or other health workers) and patients; the requirements for a valid therapeutic transaction referring to the provisions that must be met so that the relationship between healthcare workers and patients is considered valid both legally and ethically; the parties involved; termination of therapeutic transactions or relationships. Essentially, this socialization activity was expected to receive a good response from the people of Dusun Bentennge, Biroro Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. However, participation was still limited due to routine activities in the village. Therefore, it is hoped that the information received from the socialization can be conveyed to the surrounding community

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang datanya berupa angka-angka. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional karena hubungan antara variabel. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel yang diamati, data yang digunakan yakni angket atau kuesioner sebanyak 391 responden guru sebagai sampel dari populasi 1.790 orang guru tersebar di seluruh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Excel SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan oleh besarnya sumbangannya melalui nilai kontribusi (3₁) = 0,469 atau 46,90% dan diperlihatkan melalui hasil signifikansinya, yakni thitung = 8.609 dengan probabilitas = 0,000 < 0,05. Memberikan indikasi bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y), yang dapat ditunjukkan melalui nilai Fhitung = 30.872 dan Probability (sig) = 0.000 < α = 0.05, dan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel bebas relatif besar terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan ditunjukkan melalui nilai indeks determinasi (R2) = 0.637 atau 63.70% variasi kinerja guru, dan terdapat 0.363 atau 36.30% kinerja guru yang ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang belum termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Fenomena yang banyak ditemukan di lapangan adalah kecenderungan remaja melakukan self-diagnosis melalui media sosial , padahal pada kenyataannya mereka lebih membutuhkan ruang aman untuk bercerita dan dukungan emosional dari teman sebaya . Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Counts Day dengan metode Sungai Kehidupan dan Butterfly Hug bagi remaja di Kabupaten Gowa . Metode Sungai Kehidupan digunakan untuk menggali perjalanan hidup peserta melalui momen naik -turun masalah yang dialami remaja , sementara Butterfly Hug diterapkan sebagai teknik sederhana untuk memperkuat diri dan menumbuhkan rasa syukur terhadap diri sendiri . Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental, menyadari manfaat memiliki teman cerita dalam meringankan beban emosional , serta mulai menginternalisasi sikap peduli terhadap diri sendiri . Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa pendekatan konseling berbasis narasi dan dukungan sebaya mampu menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan mental remaja .

Abstract

Basic laboratory skills are essential skills that Chemistry Education students must possess as future science educators. Accuracy in observation and precision in measurement are essential foundations for understanding chemical concepts through experimental activities. However, initial assessment results indicated that these skills were not yet optimally developed, especially among beginning students. Based on this condition, this community service activity was structured as intensive training focused on improving observation and measurement skills through workshops, demonstrations of laboratory equipment use, hands-on practice, and mentoring sessions. The program was attended by 26 students and lasted for three days. The evaluation of the activity showed improvements in the participants' procedural knowledge, technical skills, and scientific attitudes. This training proved effective in improving laboratory literacy and is recommended for ongoing implementation to strengthen students' competencies as future chemistry teachers.
