Abstract

The need for digital transformation has become crucial for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially within the equipment leasing sector. Atap Bumi Adventure, a business specializing in camping gear rentals, previously relied on manual methods for managing orders, which led to inefficiencies such as inconsistent records and communication delays. This research is intended to create and implement an online ordering system by applying the waterfall model. The system was created using PHP and MySQL, with an emphasis on a responsive and user-friendly interface. Key features include an equipment catalog, shopping cart, order form, and separate login access for admins and customers. The implementation of this system has significantly improved transaction speed, data accuracy, and customer convenience. Black-box testing confirmed that all core functions performed as expected, indicating the system's readiness for real-world application.

Abstract

The growing competition in the e-commerce industry demands digital platforms to offer not only transactional convenience but also meaningful and enjoyable shopping experiences. As one of Indonesia’s largest e-commerce platforms, Tokopedia needs to implement marketing strategies that foster customer loyalty, particularly through Experiential Marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence of five dimensions of Experiential Marketing (Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate) on the Repurchase Intention of Tokopedia users in Pangkalpinang City. A quantitative approach was adopted using descriptive and verificative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active Tokopedia users and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all five dimensions of Experiential Marketing have a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention. Feel and Relate dimensions contributed most dominantly, followed by Think and Sense. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.772 indicates that 77.2% of the variation in Repurchase Intention is explained by these variables, supported by a strong correlation (R = 0.885). These findings affirm that positive customer experience through Experiential Marketing plays a vital role in strengthening loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases on digital commerce platforms.

Abstract

Because law regulates human behavior, the existence of law in society is very important because of its function. Law is inseparable from society, and vice versa. In addition to acting passively, law actively monitors every individual action and continues to try to change society. To reduce conflict and problems, the laws that apply in society basically come from society itself. So that the law does not conflict with the values of society, the law must always consider juridical, philosophical, and sociological. Society makes laws to create peace, tranquility, and order and provide legal certainty. If the law can function in society, the purpose of law can be felt comprehensively. Therefore, the relationship between law and society is very important. A country without If there is no law, there will be chaos and arbitrary action, likewise if there is no society, the law has no meaning at all.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence, motivation, and work facilities on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in Rangkui District, Pangkalpinang City. The background of the research is grounded in the importance of improving the performance of government apparatus through strengthening human resources and providing a supportive work environment. This research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample consists of all 60 civil servants in the district, selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that competence, motivation, and work facilities each have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 66.7% to the variation in civil servant performance, while the remaining 33.3% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. These findings indicate that improving employee performance cannot be separated from strengthening competence, increasing motivation, and providing adequate work facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Pangkalbalam District Office, Pangkalpinang City. The research is motivated by the phenomenon that the performance of the Pangkalbalam District Office has not yet reached an optimal level, as reflected in the Performance Accountability Report (LAKIN), where several activities have not been fully achieved. The suboptimal performance of employees is indicated to be influenced by the organizational culture, work motivation, and the physical work environment at the office. This study is a descriptive quantitative research involving 32 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The independent variables in this research are organizational culture, work motivation, and physical work environment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that organizational culture (t = 2.788 > t-table = 1.701), work motivation (t = 2.727 > t-table = 1.701), and physical work environment (t = 2.945 > t-table = 1.701) each have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance at the Pangkalbalam District Office. The simultaneous test results indicate that organizational culture, work motivation, and physical work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-count of 13.596 > F-table of 2.95.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, website instansi pemerintah menjadi media utama dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Namun, peningkatan penggunaan teknologi juga dibarengi dengan meningkatnya ancaman siber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menguji kerentanan keamanan pada website Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Semarang dengan fokus terhadap serangan SQL Injection dan Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). Penelitian menggunakan metode Information System Security Assessment Framework (ISSAF) yang meliputi tahap planning, assessment, dan reporting. Proses pengujian dilakukan dalam lingkungan terkendali menggunakan berbagai tools seperti WhatWeb, WHOIS, NMAP, Arachni, dan SQLMap. Hasil penelitian menemukan lima kerentanan, di antaranya empat dengan tingkat risiko tinggi dan satu berisiko rendah. Dua di antaranya berhasil dieksploitasi, yaitu SQL Injection dan XSS Reflected. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa website tersebut masih rentan terhadap serangan siber dan memerlukan perbaikan keamanan segera. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi mitigasi untuk setiap kerentanan yang ditemukan guna meningkatkan perlindungan sistem.

Abstract

Hasil obsrvasi siswa MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga cricket belum begitu banyak hanya tersisa 5 siswa, dikarenakan olahraga ini masih tergolong baru berdiri di lingkup olahraga pendidikan di Tanjung Jabung Barat, agar olahraga ini dapat berkembang dengan baik perlu adanya minat dari siswa trsebut, sebagai pelatih turut seta mendorong minat siswa agar lebih baik, seperti selalu mengadakan turnamen antar kelas, serta antar sekolah, selain itu dukungan orangtua juga di butuhkan sebagai pendorong agar minat siswa juga semakin tumbuh. Metode pengumpulan data juga merupakan faktor yang penting dalam sebuah penelitian metode yang di gunakan mengunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, karena berhubungan langsung dengan data yang diperoleh. Untuk memperoleh data yang sesuai maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat yang berjumlah 104 siswa diambil secara random sampeling sebesar 25% dari populasi. Hasil penelitian dijelaskan Minat siswa MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat terhadap olahraga cricket pada indikator intrinsik dari 104 orang yang memiliki kategori baik sebanyak 73 orang dengan persentasi 70%, yang memiliki kategori cukup sebanyak 31 orang dengan persentasi 30%. Minat siswa MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat terhadap olahraga cricket pada indikator ekstrinsik dari 104 orang yang memiliki kategori baik sebanyak 77 orang dengan persentasi 74%, yang memiliki kategori cukup sebanyak 27 orang dengan persentasi 26%. Minat siswa MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat terhadap olahraga cricket dari 104 orang yang memiliki kategori baik sebanyak 83 orang dengan persentasi 80%, yang memiliki kategori cukup sebanyak 21 orang dengan persentasi 20%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu Minat siswa MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat terhadap olahraga cricket dari 104 orang yang memiliki kategori baik sebanyak 83 orang dengan persentasi 80%, yang memiliki kategori cukup sebanyak 21 orang dengan persentasi 20%.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, information and communication technology has rapidly developed, driving changes in various aspects of life, including the way people communicate. One of the main challenges is cross-linguistic communication, particularly in understanding foreign languages such as Japanese, which uses characters that are different from the Latin alphabet. This study develops a web-based automatic voice translation application that can recognize speech, translate it automatically, and generate human-like speech based on the translation results. The application utilizes three main technologies: Speech to Text, Machine Translation, and Text to Speech. Speech to Text and Text to Speech are implemented using the Web Speech API, while Machine Translation is implemented using the Google Translation API. The Web Speech API uses Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), and the Google Translate API uses Transformer, both of which are methods from Deep Learning algorithms. This application is designed to facilitate cross-lingual communication without the need for typing, manually translating, or directly speaking in a foreign language.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the use of sales data to support data-driven business decision-making. This study aims to design a dashboard to classify Orlenalycious Padangsambian's products using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm to determine more accurate marketing strategies. The methods used include collecting sales data from the Moka POS system, data preprocessing, classification using the K-NN algorithm with K=5, and visualizing the classification results in a Streamlit-based dashboard. The classification results divide the products into three categories: Highly Popular, Popular, and Fairly Popular. The proposed marketing strategy refers to the 4P Marketing Mix, where highly popular products are promoted intensively, popular products are pushed through advertising, and fairly popular products are evaluated or promoted through bundling. The resulting dashboard displays informative visualizations such as pie charts and bar charts to facilitate the analysis of sales trends and product performance. This study provides a solution for Orlenalycious to design more efficient and effective data-driven marketing strategies, as well as offering an easier way to monitor and evaluate product performance in real-time.

Abstract

The era of revolution 4.0 is an era of digitalization, automation and centralization. The use of IOT, big data and cloud computing is starting to be implemented in various fields including Human Resource Management. One form of implementation is the use of AI-based HRIS software in the recruitment process. The implementation of HRIS certainly brings various positive impacts on performance efficiency and increased productivity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the efficiency of HRIS in the recruitment process, find out the various AI-based HRIS software and find out the challenges faced. The method used is a literature study by collecting various relevant sources. The results obtained are that HRIS implementation can increase time efficiency, cost efficiency and user satisfaction. Various HRIS features such as Fetcher, XOR, hireEZ, Eightfold, Pymetrics, Textio, Humanly, AllyO, Loxo, Turbohire and SaaS. These features offer various positive impacts on efficiency such as AllyO with 60% cost efficiency and 92% user satisfaction, SaaS with 42% cost efficiency and 46% user satisfaction and humanly being able to shorten candidate screening time by 60 hours. HRIS implementation also faces challenges such as high initial implementation costs, employee resistance and data security.
