Abstract

The development of digital technology demands innovative learning media that can support elementary school students' understanding of concepts and numeracy skills, especially in abstract geometric shapes. This study aims to examine the potential of developing deep learning-based animated video media in improving elementary school students' numeracy skills and geometric understanding. The research method used is a Research and Development (R&D)-based literature study by analyzing various relevant journals, books, and scientific articles. Analysis techniques include content analysis and comparative analysis to identify advantages, limitations, and opportunities for developing learning media. The results of the study indicate that animated video media is effective in increasing students' motivation and numeracy learning outcomes, but still has limitations in analyzing calculation errors in depth. The integration of deep learning technology allows the development of adaptive and diagnostic media through numeracy error analysis, three-dimensional spatial visualization, and personalized learning. Thus, deep learning-based animated video media has the potential to be a more effective, interactive, and sustainable solution for elementary school students in learning geometric shapes.

Abstract

Sociological and anthropological approaches in Islamic studies to understand religion contextually in modern society, where religion is often a source of problems due to a lack of understanding of social sciences. The sociological approach (ilm al-ijtimaiyah) studies the social aspects of Islam such as societal structure, group interactions (in-group/ out-group, primary/secondary, paguyuban /patembayan), as well as functionalist and symbolic interactionist perspectives to implement Islamic teachings universally and prevent misconceptions, The anthropological approach examines humans holistically—physical, cultural, and belief—through branches such as cultural, religious, and linguistic anthropology, with a focus on real religious practices in society, such as Clifford Geertz's work on santri-priyayi-abangan in Java. These two approaches complement each other to analyze the phenomenon of Islam across cultures, emphasizing holism, field observation, and the inseparable relationship between religion and culture (Nurcholish Madjid)

Abstract

Islamic civilization represents a complex and dynamic mosaic shaped by the interaction of religious doctrine, intellectual traditions, socio-political institutions, and diverse cultural expressions. This article aims to analyze Islam as a civilizational mosaic by examining its historical evolution, epistemological foundations, and contributions to global civilization. Employing a qualitative library research method, this study draws upon classical and contemporary scholarly works. The findings reveal that Islamic civilization developed through a process of cultural integration and intellectual exchange, enabling it to make significant contributions in science, philosophy, art, governance, and ethics. Understanding Islam as a mosaic civilization provides a more comprehensive perspective on its pluralistic character and reinforces its relevance in addressing contemporary global challenges.

Abstract

This journal discusses in depth the role and contribution of axiology in the development of science in the modern era. Axiology, as a branch of philosophy that studies moral, ethical, and aesthetic values, holds a strategic position in ensuring that scientific progress is not solely oriented toward factual truth and technological innovation, but also pays attention to aspects of social, ecological, and humanitarian benefits. In the context of science, axiology emphasizes the importance of values such as justice, honesty, and responsibility in research processes and the application of scientific innovations, thereby supporting sustainable development and addressing global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, and environmental degradation. Furthermore, this paper highlights the role of axiology in affirming the relationship between theory and praxis, as well as its impact on sustainable and ethical public policymaking. Through a literature analysis of various sources, it is explained that axiology not only helps scientists assess the moral implications of concepts, technologies, or policies, but also strengthens scientific integrity and promotes humanitarian values. Thus, axiology becomes a fundamental foundation for ensuring that science develops responsibly and provides optimal benefits for both present and future generations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and synthesize various literature related to education policy and education personnel in Indonesia through a systematic literature review approach. The focus of the study covers three main aspects: (1) implementation of national education policies, (2) development of the competence of education personnel, and (3) effectiveness of policies in improving the quality of education. The research method uses a systematic literature review by analyzing scientific articles, policy documents and research results published in the 2018-2023 period. A literature search was carried out through the Google Scholar, SINTA and Garuda Portal databases using relevant keywords. Of the total of 150 articles identified, 50 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed in depth. The research results show several important findings: First, there is a gap between the formulation and implementation of education policies in the field. Second, developing the competence of educational staff still faces various structural and technical challenges. Third, the effectiveness of education policies is strongly influenced by leadership factors, organizational culture and stakeholder support. This research provides recommendations for improving education policies and developing education personnel in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the typology of imlā’ (orthography) errors in Arabic writing skills among students at MTs Uswatun Hasanah. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, utilizing error analysis techniques on 30 students. Data were collected through writing tests, yielding a corpus of 120 identified errors classified into ten orthographic categories. The findings reveal that the most dominant error is the inability to distinguish between visually similar letters (تشابه الحروف), accounting for 21.67% of total errors. Other significant findings include incorrect dot placement (18.33%) and violations of letter-connection rules (22.5%), while the omission of diacritical marks (harakat) recorded the lowest frequency (3.33%). This study concludes that students' writing problems are primarily visual and mechanical, indicating weak grapheme perception and motor coordination. These findings contribute to Arabic pedagogy by recommending strategic interventions such as directed writing activities and continuous written feedback to reduce orthographic errors at the secondary education level.

Abstract

The increasing number of Muslim dual-earner families in the modern era has created new dynamics in child-rearing practices that potentially lead to parenting conflicts between spouses. Parenting conflicts may arise from role conflicts, differences in parenting values and styles, economic pressures, time constraints, and ineffective family communication. This study aims to analyze parenting conflicts in Muslim dual-earner families, examine the perspective of Islamic family law psychology on such conflicts, and formulate a parenting conflict resolution model based on maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. This research employs a qualitative approach using a narrative literature review of relevant primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that the psychological perspective of Islamic family law provides a comprehensive understanding of parenting conflicts by emphasizing parental rights and obligations, principles of deliberation, justice, and shared responsibility. Integrating maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as the foundation of conflict resolution offers a normative and ethical framework oriented toward public welfare, particularly the protection of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property of the child. The proposed maqāṣid-based parenting conflict resolution model contributes to strengthening resilience and harmony in Muslim dual-earner families amid contemporary challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze taqāb al-akhtā’ (error classification) in Arabic language learning among eleventh-grade students at SMA IT Al-Huda. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. The data were collected from students’ written assignments, daily exercises, and Arabic language assessments conducted over one academic semester. Data collection techniques included documentation and non-participant observation, while data analysis followed the error analysis framework consisting of error identification, classification, description, and interpretation of error sources. The findings reveal that students’ Arabic language errors occur systematically and recurrently, with syntactic errors (naḥw) as the most dominant category, followed by morphological errors (ṣarf), misuse of particles, and orthographic errors. These errors are influenced by mother tongue interference, overgeneralization of grammatical rules, limited mastery of Arabic structures, and learning approaches that emphasize mechanical rule memorization. From the interlanguage perspective, the identified errors represent a developing linguistic system constructed by learners during the process of acquiring Arabic as a foreign language. This study highlights the pedagogical significance of error analysis as a reflective tool in Arabic language instruction. The results are expected to contribute theoretically to error analysis studies and practically to the development of more adaptive and contextual Arabic language teaching strategies.

Abstract

Bullying remains a prevalent issue in school environments and negatively affects students’ well-being and learning comfort. This educational activity aimed to improve students’ understanding and awareness of bullying and the importance of polite language in creating a safe school environment. The method involved educational counseling through material presentation, interactive discussions, and evaluation using pretests and posttests. The activity was conducted at SMK Dr. Soetomo with students from the PSPT department as participants. The results indicated an improvement in students’ understanding of the definition, types, and impacts of bullying, particularly verbal bullying. Students also demonstrated increased awareness of respectful language use. These findings indicate that language-based educational counseling is effective in supporting bullying prevention efforts in schools.

Abstract

Data from the Religious Courts shows that disputes over marital property constitute one of the most frequently filed follow-up claims after a divorce decision becomes final and binding. These cases indicate that issues of marital property are not merely technical matters of asset division, but also relate to the protection of rights and legal certainty for vulnerable parties after divorce. The positive legal framework that serves as the basis for judges, particularly the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), remains very general and provides insufficient detailed parameters. This study employs a normative legal research method focusing on the examination of norms, principles, and legal doctrines related to the settlement of marital property after divorce from the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. The approaches used include conceptual, statutory, and comparative approaches. The analysis of legal materials is conducted deductively. The findings show that the integration of maqāṣid enables judges to carry out contextual assessments of non-material contributions, supports a distribution that is responsive to the economic vulnerability of the weaker party, and encourages the need for clearer evidentiary guidelines and judicial policies to ensure consistency of rulings. Thus, the maqāṣid approach not only provides philosophical legitimacy for the practice of marital property division in Indonesia but also offers a practical normative framework to ensure that post-divorce asset distribution upholds the principles of public interest and proportional justice.
