The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of this research using the Pearson Chi-Square statistical test and Logistic Regression Test. Based on bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, there is no relationship between gender and dental caries (p-value 0.278), there is a relationship between knowledge and dental caries (p-value 0.022), there is a relationship between attitude and dental caries (p-value 0.012) , there is a relationship between toothbrush habits and dental caries (p-value 0.011), there is a relationship between diet and dental caries (p-value 0.013), and there is a relationship between the role of health workers and dental caries (p-value 0.024). It is hoped that elementary school teachers will monitor their students' consumption levels, because it cannot be denied that students will snack carelessly, especially sweet foods which have the potential to damage their teeth/cause dental caries..

Abstract

Physiotherapy Service Standards are guidelines that must be followed by physiotherapists in performing physiotherapy services. The standard policy needs to be evaluated for its application at least every 2 years and a maximum of 4 years as an effort to equalize and improve the quality of health services. The adjustment of existing service standards in accordance with the classification of health facilities has been regulated in PMK Number 65 Year 2015. The physiotherapy service standards referred to are listed in article 3 (three), including service delivery, service management and resources. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The number of samples or informants in this study were 14 people consisting of the Director of the Hospital (1 person), Head of Medical Services (1 person), Physiotherapy Implementers (6 people), and Physiotherapy Patients (6 people). Data were collected through observation, checklist sheets and interviews with informants.  Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Physiotherapy Service Standards Policy at RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Chatib Quzwain Sarolangun Regency is not optimal, seen from the dimensions of service management: not yet integrated and needs to be improved according to applicable standards, including through procurement / increasing the number of supporting tools for physiotherapy services. In addition, digital-based administration needs to be improved to support the implementation of coordination, integration and synchronization as an effort to achieve professional, comprehensive and integrated, equitable and sustainable physiotherapy services. Furthermore, in the resource dimension, the unavailability of a doctor in the physiotherapy unit has an impact on the performance of the unit and the quality of physiotherapy services at RSUD Chatib Quzwain

Abstract

Adolescent nutritional status can be influenced by various factors.  One factor that can influence the nutritional status of adolescents is body image. Body image can occur due to perceptions that tend to assess body size as being larger than its actual size. This is what causes most teenagers to use various unhealthy methods to achieve their satisfaction. These actions often pose a danger to themselves, such as losing weight through unhealthy diets and reducing food portions excessively, which will affect their nutritional status.  From a survey seen on Smart Fast Education Global, it was found that most teenagers tend to have a negative body image and wrong eating patterns. The aim of this research is to see the relationship between body image and nutritional status of adolescents at Smart Fast Global Education Jambi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional design. Sampling used a total sampling technique of 38 people. The data taken is body image and nutritional status based on BMI/U. Data analysis used Chi-Square to test the relationship between body image and nutritional status. The results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between body image and nutritional status, this was marked by a p value of 0.072 (> 0.05). Adolescents are advised to receive assistance in instilling a confident attitude towards their body shape and are given education regarding good food choices and correct eating arrangements to achieve normal nutritional status.

Abstract

Hypertension is also called the silent killer characterized by continuously high blood pressure in the ratio of systolic blood pressure (TDS) ≥ 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (TDD) ≥ 90 mmHg. This hypertension requires long-term treatment, therefore patient non-compliance in therapy can cause failure of hypertension treatment. To determine the level of patient compliance in hypertension treatment, it can be seen from the compliance of drug retrieval by analyzing the relationship to gender, age, and comorbidities. This research method is carried out non-experimentally and uses analytical descriptive methods. Data collection from the poly registration book for patients with the July 2023 reverse referral program which will be measured 6 times from July - December 2023 obtaining patients with a population of 411 patients and a sample of 218 patients. The results showed that women suffered more from hypertension (62.8%), the most age of hypertension ≥60 years (78.4%), and patients suffered from hypertension without comorbidities (60.6%). The most commonly used hypertension treatment was monotherapy (56.9%). The level of compliance of hypertensive patients in the referral program was high in the category of re-taking antihypertensive drugs (67.4%). The results of the analysis stated that there was a relationship between gender and age on compliance with taking antihypertensive medication. The conclusion of this study is that the level of compliance is included in the high category, and there is a relationship between gender and age on compliance with re-taking antihypertensive drugs.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer that occurs in women caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Prevention of cervical cancer can be done by early detection, one of which is by examining IVA (Visual Acetic Acid Inspection). IVA examination is an alternative examination because it is cheap, practical and high sensitivity. Factors that influence the behavior of PUS in carrying out IVA examinations is knowledge about cervical cancer. The level of knowledge of PUS about cervical cancer will have an impact on the low behavior of PUS in IVA examinations. This study aims to determine the relationship between PUS knowledge about cervical cancer and IVA examination behavior at the Klinik Sehat Keluarga Ceria. This type of research is quantitative with an analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The research sample is 75 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling and data analysis using Chi Square. The results of the statistical research showed that the level of knowledge of the respondents about cervical cancer was mostly in the fairly good category with 36 respondents (48%). the behavior of respondents who carried out the IVA examination was 21 respondents (28%). It was concluded that there was a relationship between knowledge of women of childbearing age about cervical cancer and IVA examination behavior at the Klinik Sehat Keluarga Ceria with a P value = 0.002 (P <0.05). The need to increase public knowledge about the importance of knowing about cervical cancer and the importance of early cervical cancer screening through community outreach. And more focused on PUS who have not undergone IVA examination and who have done it but not routinely.
