Abstract

The increasing use of online applications in trading practices, particularly the purchase of mobile phones on credit through the Kredivo platform, raises questions about the compatibility of such practices with the principles of Islamic commercial jurisprudence (fiqh muamalat). This study aims to analyze and evaluate the practice of purchasing mobile phones on credit via Kredivo from the perspective of fiqh muamalat. The method used is a literature study with qualitative analysis of fiqh sources and relevant regulations, as well as interviews with fiqh scholars and practitioners in the financial sector. The results of the study indicate that the practice of purchasing mobile phones on credit through Kredivo aligns with some aspects of fiqh principles; however, there are elements that may potentially involve usury (riba) and uncertainty (gharar), which require attention. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of understanding and applying the principles of fiqh muamalat in online transactions to ensure that such practices comply with Islamic law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji legalitas jual beli tanah kuburan dalam perspektif syariah berdasarkan fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan pandangan fiqh Islam. Jual beli tanah kuburan menjadi isu penting dalam masyarakat Indonesia, di mana pemanfaatan tanah kuburan untuk kepentingan selain pemakaman seringkali menimbulkan perdebatan hukum. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, analisis fatwa MUI, serta wawancara dengan ahli fiqh dan ulama terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, menurut fatwa MUI, jual beli tanah kuburan secara umum tidak diperbolehkan jika tanah tersebut masih digunakan untuk pemakaman atau mengandung unsur penipuan. Namun, dalam kondisi tertentu, seperti tanah kuburan yang tidak lagi digunakan, transaksi ini dapat dipertimbangkan sah. Dalam perspektif syariah, prinsip-prinsip fiqh muamalah menegaskan bahwa transaksi jual beli harus memenuhi syarat keadilan dan kemaslahatan, serta tidak merugikan pihak lain. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa implementasi fatwa MUI di lapangan masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemahaman masyarakat dan pengawasan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi yang lebih intensif serta regulasi yang lebih tegas untuk memastikan praktik jual beli tanah kuburan tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Worship in Islam has a much broader dimension than juyst rituals, including psychological aspects that have a positive impact on individuals and society. This article examines the psychological dimensions of two main acts of worship, prayer and zakat, which function as a bridge to strengthen the vertical relationship with Allah (hablum minallah) and horizontal relationships with fellow human beings (hablum minannas). Using a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and literature studies, this study explores the role of these two acts of worship in supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The research findings show that prayer offers a therapeutic effect that creates peace of mind, emotional stability, and increased self-discipline. On the other hand, zakat fosters empathy, happiness in sharing, and social awareness that contribute to reducing anxiety related to social inequality. The combination of prayer and zakat forms a positive mindset, increases optimism, and builds a more patient and humble character. This study concludes that prayer and zakat are not only religious obligations, but also effective tools to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities. This research broadens insights into how Islamic teachings can be a solution to mental and emotional challenges in the modern era.

Abstract

This study will discuss the comparison of fatwas from the perspective of four Islamic legal schools, namely Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, and Hanbali. The focus of this study is on the differences in methodology and argumentation in the Istinbath legal trial. This study uses a qualitative approach using a literature review methodology from primary sources in the form of classical fiqh books and fatwa documents. The results of the study indicate that differences in the use of qiyas, istihsan and istislah methods have a significant influence on differences in fatwas. Although the results vary, all schools are based on the same Sharia foundation and emphasize Maqasid Sharia. This study shows the importance of understanding these differences as an intellectual enrichment of Islam and as a basis for tolerance towards diversity in Islamic law.

Abstract

In the economic system, waqf plays a role as a means of increasing productive assets for the management of a society. This waqf is the most important part of the development of Muslim civilization, especially the tourist attraction at the KI Marogan Mosque in Palembang. Based on the type, waqf is divided into two types, namely immovable and movable waqf. In general, people only know about the implementation of waqf in immovable forms such as land, even though in practice, waqf can be paid in the form of property, one of which is cash waqf. With this, researchers are interested in conducting research on Cash Waqf Management Strategies in Developing Halal Edutourism, studying the KI Maroan Mosque Palembang. The research method used by researchers in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while data collection is carried out through survey, interview and documentation techniques. And the data sources obtained from research subjects are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of research conducted, it is known that cash waqf is still not widely known and understood by the general public, especially regarding understanding and awareness of cash waqf. This phenomenon is caused by two main factors, namely intenal and external factors. And also the management strategy is still not working well because there is poor communication between the old and new order management, resulting in a lack of effective information obtained by the public and tourists who visit the KI Marogan Mosque in Palembang. Therefore, there are several ways to overcome this by managing cash waqf funds more transparently so as not to cause negative thoughts and also providing education to the public and tourists about the importance of cash waqf.

Abstract

This research is entitled SWOT analysis as a strategy to increase the competitive advantage of BAZNAS Palembang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative or field method, namely collecting primary data by describing the condition of the object being studied in the field, then the problems that arise will be reviewed and analyzed in depth based on factual and accurate data using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews. and documentation. Based on the research results, BAZNAS Palembang City has implemented a strategy for managing zakat funds well and professionally. The SWOT analysis shows that the national zakat management institution has strengths in terms of effective and efficient zakat collection, but also has weaknesses in transparency and accountability. The opportunities that exist for national zakat management institutions are increasing cooperation with related parties and utilizing technology, while the threats faced are competition with other zakat management institutions and changes in regulations.

Abstract

Qana'ah means being satisfied with what one has and not being greedy. It's about accepting what is enough. People who have qana'ah feel satisfied and are not afraid or doubtful, trust in Allah SWT's help without feeling annoyed when their desires are not fulfilled. The aim of this research is to discuss the concept of qana'ah from the Hamka perspective through a study of dealing with stress in the millennial era. The problem formulation and aim of this research is to find out about qana'ah according to Hamka and qana'ah according to Hamka in dealing with stress in the millennial era. In this research, qualitative methods were used with a library research approach. The data source used in this research is the Modern Sufism Book and is supported by relevant references. The results of this research explain the concept of Qana'ah teaching acceptance and gratitude, while mental health focuses on psychological well-being and the ability to overcome life's challenges. Both concepts emphasize contentment, balance, and harmony for a fulfilling life.

Abstract

This article explores the integration of Islamic values in the educational sphere by examining the concept of values, types of Islamic educational values, implementation strategies, and the challenges faced in the process. Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, compassion, and justice are central to shaping holistic student character. The study uses a literature review method, drawing from relevant academic journal sources. Integration strategies include curriculum-based approaches, school culture, teacher modeling, and value-based learning methodologies. The findings highlight several major challenges, including a lack of comprehensive understanding among educators, the influence of globalization and secular media, and weak collaboration between schools, families, and communities. Furthermore, current national educational policies often do not fully support the inclusion of Islamic values across all subjects. Addressing these issues requires collaborative efforts, continuous teacher development, and contextual strategies to ensure Islamic values are effectively embedded in educational practices. This article contributes to the conceptual understanding of Islamic character education and emphasizes the importance of aligning pedagogy with religious values in the modern educational system.

Abstract

The demonstration method is a learning method that uses demonstrations to clarify a concept or to show the whole class about a process or instructions for doing something. Implementation of the Demonstration Method to increase student activity, so that they can interact more easily with teachers or classmates and can make it easier to understand the material presented by the teacher. This study aims to determine the implementation of the demonstration method in Fiqh learning at MAN 1 Bogor City, and its impact on student activity. The demonstration method was chosen because it can increase student interaction with teachers and friends, and make it easier to understand the material. The study used a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, with data analysis in the form of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the paired sample t-test showed an increase in student activity by 29.27% ​​after the implementation of the demonstration method. The supporting factors for the success of this method are student enthusiasm and the relevance of the material, while the inhibiting factors include limited time and facilities.

Abstract

Ulumul Qur'an is a branch of science in Islam that specifically studies various aspects related to the Qur'an. Areas of focus in this study include the history of the revelation of the Qur'an, its recitation techniques (qira'at), how to interpret it, as well as the social and historical background in the decline of various verses. The purpose of this article is to provide a complete explanation of the definition, scope, purpose, and journey of the development of this science from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to the time of the companions and tabi'in. With an understanding of these elements, it is hoped that Muslims can explore the meaning of the Qur'an more deeply and contextually, so that they can apply its teachings in their daily lives. This research confirms that Ulumul Qur'an plays a very significant role, not only in an academic context, but also in answering religious and social challenges in modern times.
