Abstract

This study analyzes the financial feasibility and investment sensitivity of the micro culinary business “Dimsum and Ngemils,” planned with an initial capital of IDR 10,000,000. Using a financial feasibility approach, the analysis includes funding estimation, cash flow projection, break-even point (BEP) calculation, cost of capital, investment evaluation through NPV, IRR, and Payback Period, as well as sensitivity analysis of key variables. The results show that with a simple capital structure sourced mainly from personal funds and limited external financing, the business is financially feasible and capable of returning the initial investment within approximately five to six months. The positive NPV and IRR of 26% indicate good profitability potential. However, sensitivity analysis demonstrates that the business is vulnerable to fluctuations in raw material prices and sales levels, which significantly affect net profit. Therefore, efficient cost control, accurate cash flow management, and periodic product innovation are essential strategies to maintain financial stability. This study provides practical recommendations for micro and small culinary entrepreneurs to improve financial management, strengthen data-based investment planning, and enhance the long-term sustainability of their businesses. Keywords :business feasibility study, cash flow, BEP, cost of capital, MSMEs, sensitivity analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the development of Islamic finance in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia based on the State of the Global Islamic Economy (SGIE) Report 2024/2025. A qualitative descriptive comparative approach is employed using secondary data obtained from the SGIE report, policy documents, and relevant publications. Data analysis is conducted through content analysis focusing on regulatory frameworks, institutional capacity, and market development of Islamic finance in each country. The findings indicate that Malaysia represents a regulatory-driven Islamic finance model supported by consistent regulations and an integrated Islamic financial ecosystem, while Saudi Arabia adopts a state-driven approach with strong government support within its economic transformation agenda. Indonesia reflects an emerging Islamic finance ecosystem with significant market potential but faces challenges related to policy coordination, market deepening, and Islamic financial literacy. The study highlights the importance of regulatory consistency, institutional strength, and long-term policy alignment in strengthening Islamic finance development. Keywords: Islamic finance, SGIE, GIEI, Islamic financial system, comparative analysis

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the value of tauhid as the philosophical foundation of Islamic economic activities from the perspective of Islamic philosophy of science. In contemporary economic practices, material orientation and profit maximization often marginalize ethical and spiritual values, resulting in injustice, exploitation, and moral crises. Islam, through the principle of tauhid, offers a comprehensive worldview that integrates theological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions in economic behavior. This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, analyzing classical and contemporary Islamic literature related to tauhid, Islamic philosophy of science, and Islamic economic principles. The findings indicate that tauhid functions not only as a theological belief but also as an epistemological and axiological framework that guides economic activities toward justice, responsibility, and social welfare. The implementation of tauhid in muamalah transforms economic activities into acts of worship and moral responsibility, emphasizing ethical conduct, prohibition of exploitation, and equitable distribution of wealth. However, the study also identifies challenges in applying tauhid-based values within modern economic systems due to globalization, technological complexity, and profit-oriented practices. Therefore, strengthening the internalization of tauhid is essential to realize an ethical, just, and sustainable Islamic economic system oriented toward falah. Keywords : Islamic Philosophy of Science, Tauhid, Islamic Economic Activities, Muamalah, Islamic Ethics

Abstract

The study examined the pollutants caused by industrial waste at illegal waste disposal sites (tpa) that are run by pt. jaya real x estate in south tangattacked. By using descriptive qualitative methods through deep interviews with affected citizens, the study identifies the forms, effects and responses of people to the problem of pollution. Research indicates that people have been exposed to severe air and soil pollution since the landfall, marked by the strong stench of organic waste decay (methane, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide) and the buildup of nontreated inorganic waste such as styrofoam and foam. Health effects include respiratory problems and skin diseases among citizens. Though there have been several reports to local authorities (rt, rw, and district office), inadequate responses, showing weak environmental law enforcement. Although the landmine had been shut down a month before the study was made, pollutants still continued, showing the systemic failure of waste management and environmental monitoring. The study concluded that proper lack of permission (amdal, ukl/upl), lack of community participation, and inadequate corporate social responsibility have led to environmental injustice. It recommends increased environmental monitoring, transparent waste management systems, and ensuring public involvement in decision-making processes regarding environmental management. Keywords : environmental pollution, industrial waste, illegal landfill, public health, environmental justice

Abstract

This study examines the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on stock prices of transportation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research aims to analyze how these financial performance indicators influence stock price movements during the post-pandemic period. This study employs a quantitative correlational approach using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of transportation subsector companies for the 2021–2024 period. The population consists of 13 companies, with 11 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using panel data multiple linear regression with EViews 12, and the selected estimation model was the random effects model. The results indicate that liquidity has a significant negative effect on stock prices, profitability has a negative but insignificant effect, and leverage has a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices. These findings suggest that investors should carefully reassess financial ratios when making investment decisions, while companies are encouraged to optimize their financial performance to enhance stock value in the capital market. Keywords: Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability, Stock Price

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior in Indonesia, particularly in online shopping activities. E-commerce has become one of the most dynamic sectors of the digital economy, yet challenges such as product mismatches, delivery delays, and data security concerns continue to undermine consumer trust. For Muslim consumers, religiosity plays a crucial role in shaping perceptions of digital services, emphasizing values such as halal transactions, honesty, and avoidance of riba. This study adopts a quantitative descriptive-exploratory approach to map Muslim consumers’ perceptions of service quality, trust, satisfaction, religiosity, and loyalty toward sharia-based e-commerce platforms in Jabodetabek. Data were collected from 228 respondents through purposive sampling and analyzed using descriptive statistics, complemented by heatmap visualization. Findings reveal that consumers highly value convenience and accessibility, while concerns remain regarding data security. Trust is primarily driven by platform reputation, satisfaction is influenced by emotional comfort, and religiosity strongly reinforces consumer preferences for halal and ethical transactions. Loyalty emerges as a strategic outcome of consistent service quality and alignment with Islamic values. The novelty of this study lies in its descriptive mapping of consumer perceptions using heatmap visualization, offering practical insights for platform managers and providing a conceptual foundation for future causal research in sharia-based digital commerce. Keywords: Sharia-based e-commerce, Muslim consumer perception; service quality, trust, satisfaction, religiosity, loyalty, heatmap visualization. Abstract

The shift in consumer purchasing behavior toward digital platforms has created significant challenges for traditional retail SMEs, including fashion businesses in Tanah Abang Market, making operational effectiveness an increasingly urgent issue. Galery Kebaya Tanah Abang has experienced a decline in operational performance despite the growing national trend of kebaya fashion, indicating internal problems related to work systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and store layout and examine how both contribute to improving operational effectiveness. The research questions focus on how SOP and store layout are implemented and how they affect the operational effectiveness of Galery Kebaya. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner and employees, field observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal that SOP implementation is inconsistent and the store layout is inefficient, resulting in irregular workflows, weak inventory control, and slow customer service. These findings demonstrate that SOP and store layout are interrelated and must be integrated to enhance the operational effectiveness of traditional fashion SMEs. The study concludes that strengthening SOP implementation and redesigning the store layout in a contextual manner are essential strategies for conventional market SMEs to adapt to changes in the business environmentKeywords : Management Operations, Operational Effectiveness, SMEs, Standard Operating Procedures, Store Layout.
