Abstract

JKN demands cost-efficiency while syariah hospitals must uphold Islamic values consistently.  Interoperable syariah systems in INA-CBGs-based JKN hospitals are examined for their influence on managerial practice, service quality, and operational efficiency. This research using a mixed-method, multi-case study in private Type B and C syariah hospitals. Syariah interoperability is operationalized as the alignment of syariah values and policies, governance, and hospital information systems with clinical and administrative processes, measured through Likert-scale surveys and qualitative analysis of open-ended responses and documents. Syariah values, policy frameworks, integration of MUKISI/DSN-MUI standards, managerial practices, service quality, and efficiency are all rated high, and efficiency initiatives are not perceived to erode syariah compliance. Nonetheless, JKN’s prospective payment generates tensions between cost containment and justice for the poor in high-cost cases, so strong syariah interoperability and data-driven management improve Islamic service quality and efficiency but cannot fully resolve conflicts with maqashid al-syariah.Keywords: Sariah hospital interoperability, Hospital management, JKN national health insurance, Service quality, Operational efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the selling price determination of pipe cleaner flower products at MoyGift MSME as part of its marketing strategy and business sustainability efforts. The study employed a qualitative approach using an evaluation research design. Primary data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with the business owner and production personnel. The findings indicate that production management encompasses production planning, production control, process improvement, and quality management. However, the determination of selling prices is still conducted in a relatively simple manner and does not fully incorporate all production cost components. Based on the simulation of cost of goods manufactured, the production cost was calculated at IDR 10,590 per unit. With a selling price of IDR 15,000 per unit, the business earns a profit of IDR 4,410, representing a profit margin of approximately 29%. The study recommends adopting a more comprehensive costing approach to ensure more accurate pricing decisions and enhance business competitiveness. Keywords: Selling Price, Cost of Goods Manufactured, Marketing Strategy, Production Management, MSMEs.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of AI Tools service quality, represented by response accuracy, consistency, and technology quality, on online shopping purchase intention among Muslim consumers, with religiosity serving as a moderating variable. The increasing adoption of artificial intelligence in e-commerce has enhanced customer service and shopping experiences; however, limited research has explored its effectiveness in influencing purchase intention among Muslim consumers. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey of 100 Muslim consumers in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek), Indonesia. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that response accuracy has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while consistency and technology quality do not significantly influence purchase intention. Furthermore, religiosity does not moderate the relationships between response accuracy, consistency, technology quality, and purchase intention. These findings suggest that Muslim consumers place greater emphasis on the accuracy and relevance of information provided by AI Tools than on technological sophistication or personal religiosity when making online purchasing decisions. Keywords: AI Tools Service Quality, Muslim Consumers, Online Shopping, Purchase Intention, Religiosity

Abstract

Keywords : Keputusan Pembelian; Produk Halal; Kesadaran Merek Halal; Kepercayaan; Religiusitas; Statistik Deskriptif

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of profitability, liquidity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance, with firm size as a moderating variable, among consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2024. This research employs a quantitative approach, using panel data regression analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) in EViews 12. The sample consists of consumer goods manufacturing companies selected through purposive sampling. The results show that profitability has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance, while liquidity has no significant effect on tax avoidance. Inventory intensity has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. Firm size is unable to moderate the relationship between profitability, liquidity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance. The findings suggest that companies with higher profitability tend to comply with tax obligations, while companies with higher inventory intensity tend to utilize storage and maintenance costs as tax deductions. Keywords: firm size, inventory intensity, liquidity, profitability, tax avoidance)
