Abstract

Constitution number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (hereinafter abbreviated as "ITE") in this dynamic era. This is considered important because of this sophisticated era, especially among young people (especially students) who are inseparable from technology, especially social media, which can have positive and negative impacts, so it is necessary to inform them that there are legal provisions (both civil and criminal) that can threaten them if they are not careful in using social media to convey expressions or opinions. The problems discussed are regarding students' and teachers' understanding of ITE regulations and the application of sanctions if they violate or commit ITE crimes. So that with this socialization, it is hoped that it can be a learning experience for Malang city residents to be wiser in using social media. This activity was carried out offline and was carried out for two days. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the awareness of Malang city residents regarding their knowledge of ITE regulations is still low, so this activity is considered as a new provision so that they can be more careful in accessing social media.

Abstract

In land law, the word ‘land’ is used in a juridical sense, as an understanding that has been given an official limitation by the UUPA. Article 4 states that land in the juridical sense is the surface of the earth. Many things need to be considered in land sale and purchase transactions, one of which is the obligation to be made by/and sign a deed in front of a Notary/PPAT so that the transfer becomes legal and has legal certainty While Notary is regulated in Law No. 30 of 2004, it is stated that public officials are authorised to make authentic deeds and other authorities as referred to in this Law. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding to the community regarding the procedures for managing the sale and purchase of land in accordance with legal provisions and to increase public awareness of the importance of Notary / PPAT Deed in Land Sale and Purchase Transactions. Likewise, the enthusiasm of the residents to participate in the activity was very good and many questions arose so that the discussion became very interesting. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the community service carried out in Buahan Kaja Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province has been carried out, has been in accordance with the schedule, expected goals and objectives.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the creativity and independence of students through social activities such as the distribution of free food to the community around the campus. Student involvement in this program is designed to provide practical experience in planning, organizing, and implementing social activities that have a positive impact. Students involved in this program not only learn about the importance of empathy and social responsibility but also develop managerial, communication, and creativity skills. Through a participatory approach, students are encouraged to identify community needs, design innovative solutions, and implement them independently. The results of this program show that students actively participating in these social activities experience significant improvements in creativity and independence. Additionally, this program successfully strengthens the relationship between students and the surrounding community, creating a beneficial synergy for both parties. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating social activities into higher education curricula as an effort to equip students with relevant skills to face future challenges. Thus, this mentoring program not only provides direct benefits to the community receiving assistance but also shapes students' character and capabilities more comprehensively.

Abstract

The development of the super hybrid duck cultivation and breeding business in Blitar Regency is a strategic effort to increase the productivity and economy of local breeders. The use of energy-efficient hatching machines in developing super hybrid duck cultivation and breeding businesses in Blitar Regency is an innovative step in the livestock industry. This technology aims to increase efficiency, productivity and sustainability in the duck egg hatching process. The aim is to identify potential, challenges and solutions in developing a super hybrid duck cultivation and breeding business in the region. The research methods used were field surveys, interviews and data analysis. The results of this program show that Blitar Regency has considerable potential to develop a super hybrid duck cultivation business, but is still faced with a number of challenges such as lack of technical knowledge, inadequate infrastructure, and limited market access. Adoption of technology in developing and breeding super hybrid ducks through the use of machines, namely hatching machines designed to be energy efficient, including energy efficiency, reduced operational costs, increased productivity and quality of duck seeds. The implications of adoption of technology can reduce the environmental impacts and improve the economics of adopting this technology, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated. It is hoped that the various solutions proposed, including technical training and infrastructure improvements, can serve as a guide for all groups, including breeders, government and related stakeholders, in supporting the development of super hybrid duck cultivation and breeding businesses in Blitar Regency.
