Keterampilan public speaking dalam bahasa Inggris sangat penting, terutama bagi siswa, khususnya santriwan dan santriwati yang akan menghadapi tantangan global di era modern ini. Artikel ini menguraikan kegiatan pelatihan storytelling yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum dan kepercayaan diri siswa SMA Ar-Rohmah 2 Putri IIBS dalam berbahasa Inggris. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan pemberian umpan balik yang dilakukan selama dua minggu di hall SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri 2 IIBS. Puncak dari kegiatan ini adalah lomba storytelling tingkat nasional yang diselenggarakan di Universitas Brawijaya Malang pada tahun 2024. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan public speaking peserta, terbukti dengan dua siswi yang lolos ke babak final lomba, dan salah satunya meraih juara 2. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan storytelling yang diterapkan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, dan dapat diadaptasi sebagai model pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah lainnya.

Biodiversity is an integral part of the balance of ecosystems that support the survival of various living beings on Earth, including humans. However, threats to biodiversity due to environmental degradation, climate change, and overexploitation have led to significant declines in many species and ecosystems. One effective strategy to address this problem is community empowerment through biology education. Through Biology Education, people can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the importance of biodiversity conservation as well as the ways in which they can maintain the balance of ecosystems. This study aims to examine how biology education can empower the community in an effort to maintain biodiversity and ecosystem balance. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores the influence of biology education programs on increasing environmental awareness, behavior change, and community involvement in conservation activities. The results showed that biology education can improve people's understanding of the relationship between human activities and their impact on ecosystems. This education Program also encourages communities to engage in various conservation activities, such as afforestation, waste management, and protection of local species.

The Supreme Court (MA) ordered the General Election Commission (KPU) to revoke Article 11 paragraph (6) and Article 18 paragraph (2) of KPU regulation (PKPU) Number 10 of 2023. Some feel the order violates human rights because it deprives a person of the political right to be elected to public office. The Supreme Court in decision Number 28 P/HUM / 2023 has granted the application for Material Test against Article 11 paragraph (6) and Article 18 paragraph (2) of PKPU Number 10 of 2023. The PKPU is considered contrary to Article 240 paragraph (1) letter g and Article 182 letter g of the election law because it provides a red carpet for former corruption convicts to become election participants. revocation of political rights is done because the convict has abused his authority as a public official, this punishment is expected to protect the public from similar actions and cause a deterrent effect for the convict. Whereas, for Contra-groups, denial of revocation of Rights is chosen or chosen because it violates human rights. This research includes library research, which is a research conducted by reading books, literature and examining various theories and opinions that have a relationship with the problem under study. In this case the author reads and takes theories from books related to issues of Political Rights and establishing laws and concludes the results of research from various kinds of such books. Judging from its nature, this study includes normative juridical Law Research. The form of normative juridical research is legal research conducted by researching library materials. This research is conducted or submitted only on Written regulations or other legal materials.

. This study explores the influence of ChatGPT, an AI-powered writing tool, on academic writing among Indonesian university students. Utilizing survey data from 120 participants and qualitative insights from interviews, it examines students' perspectives on ChatGPT's impact on writing productivity, quality, and creativity. Findings indicate that ChatGPT is widely used for organizing ideas and accelerating the drafting process. However, opinions differ regarding its effectiveness in reducing wordiness and maintaining originality. Ethical considerations surrounding plagiarism and the integration of AI in education are scrutinized. While some students appreciate the efficiency and structure ChatGPT provides, others express concerns about over-reliance and diminished personal input. The study highlights the importance of balanced AI integration in education to enhance learning outcomes while fostering critical thinking and ethical reasoning. Recommendations include incorporating discussions on ethical AI use into curricula and conducting further research on long-term impacts and strategies to optimize AI’s educational utility. This research contributes to the understanding of AI's role in academic writing, suggesting pathways to leverage its benefits while mitigating potential drawbacks. By promoting a nuanced approach, it aims to maximize AI’s positive impact on education, ensuring that students not only improve their writing skills but also develop essential critical thinking and ethical awareness. Overall, the study underscores the need for thoughtful integration of AI tools like ChatGPT in academic settings, balancing technological advancements with the cultivation of independent thinking and originality in student work.

This study aims to understand the form of legal protection in accordance with the latest policies related to the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS) on campus in terms of Permendikbud No. 30 of 2021. Sexual harassment is a crime committed by harassing, humiliating, insulting which results in psychological or physical suffering. This sexual crime does not only occur in the private sphere, family environment, gaming environment, office and company environment. But it can also happen in the college environment. The formulation of the problem in this article is mainly whether victims of sexual harassment in the university environment can obtain legal protection. And second, how legal protection for victims of sexual harassment in higher education is reviewed from Permendikbud No. 30 of 2021. The research method used is normative legal research. With the presence of Permendikbud Edition 30 of 2021, there is no reason for universities not to prevent and overcome sexual violence. This research aims to explore the role of civic education in building law-aware citizens in the era of globalisation. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review, this research examines relevant literature related to civic education, law, and globalisation. The findings show that civic education plays an important role in shaping students' legal character through teaching that integrates national and international legal knowledge. Globalisation brings challenges in ensuring the accuracy of legal information received by students, so legal literacy and critical thinking skills become important aspects in civic education. Problem-based learning (PBL) and case study methods have proven effective in improving students' understanding of the application of law. In addition, the integration of global legal literacy in civic education is very relevant to prepare students for international legal issues. This research recommends strengthening the civic education curriculum by introducing international law, using technology to support learning, and implementing interactive teaching methods to improve students' 21st century skills. Thus, civic education is expected to form law-savvy citizens, both at the national and international levels.

This community service program aims to enhance the creativity and independence of students through social activities such as the distribution of free food to the community around the campus. Student involvement in this program is designed to provide practical experience in planning, organizing, and implementing social activities that have a positive impact. Students involved in this program not only learn about the importance of empathy and social responsibility but also develop managerial, communication, and creativity skills. Through a participatory approach, students are encouraged to identify community needs, design innovative solutions, and implement them independently. The results of this program show that students actively participating in these social activities experience significant improvements in creativity and independence. Additionally, this program successfully strengthens the relationship between students and the surrounding community, creating a beneficial synergy for both parties. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating social activities into higher education curricula as an effort to equip students with relevant skills to face future challenges. Thus, this mentoring program not only provides direct benefits to the community receiving assistance but also shapes students' character and capabilities more comprehensively.

Scientific publication is one of the essential competencies for students in developing scientific knowledge and academic competitiveness. However, many final-year students at Muria Kudus University still face difficulties in writing and publishing scientific papers. To address this issue, this community service activity was carried out through a workshop based on Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved students in discussions, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring in scientific writing. The stages of the activity included problem identification, strategy planning, workshop implementation, and program effectiveness evaluation. A post-workshop survey showed that 85% of participants understood proper scientific writing techniques, 72% were able to prepare manuscripts according to journal standards, and 60% were ready to submit their manuscripts for publication. These findings indicate that the PAR approach is effective in improving students' understanding and skills in writing and publishing scientific papers. Through this workshop, it is expected that students will become more confident in producing high-quality scientific works and contributing to academic publications.
