Abstract

Modifikasi merupakan upaya penyampaian suatu materi dengan memberikan kaidah-kaidah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi permainan sirkuit terhadap hasil belajar passing basket pada siswa di SMPN 3 Peterongan Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain dalam penelitian ini one group pre-test post test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Peterongan, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang. Pada penelitian ini, hasil uji t Sampel Berpasangan untuk modifikasi permainan rangkaian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig 0,00 kurang dari (0,05) sehingga dapat ditafsirkan bahwa H0 ditolak, Ha diterima sedangkan untuk hasil t hitung menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari tabel t yaitu 10,247>2,045. Dengan demikian, dari kedua hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test. Dengan kata lain, terdapat pengaruh modifikasi permainan sirkuit terhadap hasil belajar passing basket pada siswa di SMPN 3 Peterongan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the efforts to address training burnout among badminton athletes at PB Berkat Abadi in Banjar Regency. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method, this research analyzes the intrinsic and extrinsic factors contributing to the efforts to overcome training burnout among badminton athletes. The study involved 38 athletes, selected through total sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire adapted from previous research on levels of effort to overcome training burnout, assessing various indicators including determination, awareness, discipline, psychological aspects, variation, communication, facilities, rewards, and individual training planning. The results reveal that intrinsic factors contribute 45% to the overcoming burnout efforts, with psychological/mental aspects showing the highest individual contribution (11.48%), followed by determination and inner strength (15.39%), discipline (9.09%), and awareness of the importance of training (9.04%). Extrinsic factors account for 39.02% of the total effort, with the highest contribution from facilities and infrastructure (9.21%), followed by training variation (8.48%), individual-based training planning (8.27%), rewards (7.24%), and communication (5.82%). All indicators were categorized as "Very Low" in their contribution to overcoming burnout. The study emphasizes the need for interventions targeting intrinsic and extrinsic factors to improve burnout overcome efforts among badminton athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to apply STEM-based teaching materials to learn Physical Education in Junior High School basketball material. This study uses a development research approach, the ADDIE model. The results showed that STEM-based teaching materials in junior high school basketball materials have been assessed as feasible to apply to students based on expert assessment. In the first validity test, the score obtained was 90%, with a very feasible category with some improvements. In the second validity test, the product scored 93% with a very feasible category without improvement, and in the third validity test, the score obtained was 97% with a very feasible category. At the implementation stage, STEM-based teaching materials proved effective when applied to basketball learning. This can be seen from the increase in the average value of student learning outcomes, with a pretest value of 72.52 which increased to 78.17 on the post-test, with a tcount of 8.982> ttable 1.675 at α = 0.05. So, it can be concluded that STEM-based teaching materials on basketball material at the Junior High School level are valid, applicable, effective, and feasible to use.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan imagery atlet UKM maupun non UKM yang ada di Univerasitas Negeri Malang, imagery adalah aktivitas psikologis yang dipicu oleh karakteristik fisik suatu objek, baik itu sifatnya permanen maupun sementara dari sudut pandang perseptual. The Sport Imagery Ability Questionnaire (SIAQ) adalah alat ukur untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan imagery pada setiap atlet olahraga. SIAQ belum dapat digunakan di Indonesia karena item-itemnya masih dalam bahasa Inggris. Upaya untuk mengadaptasi bahasa kuesioner SIAQ telah dilakukan melalui validasi oleh ahli dengan metode adaptasi tes yang divalidasi secara kualitatif. Sebanyak 43 Atlet telah mengisi kuesioner SIAQ. Hasil analisis data kemampuan imagery atlet dengan SIAQ ditemukan bahwa rata-rata nilai kemampuan imagery atlet non UKM memiliki rata-rata kemampuan imagery yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan atlet yang mengikuti UKM, sedangkan dalam kategori olahraga terukur memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi disusul oleh olahraga permaianan dan bela diri, dalam temuan lain di setiap cabang olahraga kemampuan imagery dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi adalah cabang olahraga cricket dengan diikuti oleh sepak bola, taekwondo, bola tangan, pencak silat, atletik, karate, bola voli, tenis lapangan, bola basket, muaythai, dan hockey.

Abstract

This research has three purposes. The first purpose is to find out the relationship between diet and physical fitness. Secondly, it aims to find out the relationship between body mass index and physical fitness. And the last purpose is to find out the relationship between frequency of exercise per week and physical fitness, and finally to find out the relationship between diet and mass index. body and frequency of exercise per week on the physical fitness level of elementary school male students. The purpose of this study was to determine, the relationship between body mass index and physical fitness, and the relationship between exercise frequency per week, physical fitness and the relationship between diet, body mass index and exercise frequency per week on the level of physical fitness of male elementary school students. This study was conducted on elementary school children aged 5-12 years and this study has a target completion starting from preparation, data collection and data processing. In this study, the Nusantara Student Fitness Test (TKPN) tool was used to collect data on the level of physical fitness and diet and exercise frequency per week using a research questionnaire. The results of the data analysis can be presented as follows, the first result is a relationship between diet and physical fitness of male elementary school students after being known using the Pearson product moment correlation with a significance value of 0.000 which shows an effect of 19.9%. Second, there is a relationship between Body Mass Index and physical fitness in male elementary school students after being known using the Pearson product moment correlation with a significance value of 0.000 showing an effect of 5.5%. Third, there is a relationship between the frequency of exercise per week and the physical fitness of male elementary school students after being known using the Pearson product moment correlation with a significance value of 0.004 which shows an influence of 9.8%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation, which means that there is an influence between diet, body mass index and frequency of exercise per week on the physical fitness of male elementary school students

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui adanya korelasi antara kekuatan otot lengan dan servis bola voli SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis correlational. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Untuk mengukur kekuatan otot peneliti menggunakan metode tes Floor Push-Up, sedangkan untuk mengukur kemampuan servis bola voli peneliti menggunakan tes kemampuan servis. Kemudian data ini diolah dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan servis bola voli dengan koefisiensi korelasi 0,721. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin besar kekuatan otot lengan semakin baik juga servis yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model latihan media penghalang sederhana menggunakan media batako terhadap ketepatan shooting petanque jarak 7 meter. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang maksimalnya ketepatan shooting petanque. Metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 atlet petanque Unmuh Jember. Instrumen menggunakan tes shooting game station jarak 7 meter. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest dan postest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis SPSS 22. Hasil analisis data dan uji hipotesis memiliki peningkatan yang signifikan dari 5,07 menjadi 10,67. Hasil uji hipotesis memperoleh nilah sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil perhitungan pretest dan postest menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari latihan menggunakan media penghalang batako terhadap atlet petanque Unmuh Jember dalam meningkatkan ketepatan shooting petanque

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti pemain putra yang bermain bola voli di STKIP PGRI Sumenep dalam keterampilan teknik dasar seperti servis, spike, dan blok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan teknik dasar bermain bolavoli pada atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional.’ Hasil analisis statistik keterempilan dalam lima set pertandingan menunjukkan kemampuan servis yang cukup baik; tingkat keberhasilan masuk mencapai 85% hingga 100%, tetapi perolehan poin hanya 0% hingga 10%. Dalam analisis keterampilan spike, pemain berhasil mencetak poin dengan persentase tertinggi 58.3% pada set keempat, tetapi ketidakstabilan terlihat pada set lain, dengan kegagalan spike 11.1% hingga 16.6%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada ruang untuk peningkatan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemain putra STKIP PGRI Sumenep memiliki kemampuan servis yang cukup baik dalam hal masuknya servis, tetapi mereka masih perlu memperoleh poin yang lebih banyak. Meskipun konsistensi masih diperlukan, keterampilan spike menunjukkan tren yang cukup baik. Karena tingkat kegagalannya yang tinggi, kemampuan blok memerlukan perhatian khusus. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim secara keseluruhan, sangat disarankan untuk memberikan peningkatan pelatihan pada ketiga teknik dasar ini.

Abstract

Healthy living habits are critical for optimal quality of life, yet schools often fall short in instilling these practices effectively. This study investigates the impact of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on enhancing healthy living behaviors among fourth-grade students in PJOK (Physical Education, Sports, and Health) classes. Utilizing Classroom Action Research, this study was conducted over two cycles, each with phases of planning, action, observation, and reflection, involving 27 students from SD Negeri 5 Sungai Ulin. The data were collected through student worksheets, interviews, observations, and performance tests, focusing on essential healthy habits: physical activity, balanced nutrition, rest, and productive use of free time. Findings indicate a substantial improvement, with 70% of students meeting criteria in cycle I, escalating to 89% by cycle II. The study concludes that integrating the PjBL model in PJOK subjects significantly fosters students' healthy living behaviors, demonstrating that active, project-based approaches can effectively instill essential health practices from an early age.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve volleyball passing learning with the game drill method for class X students. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using the Classroom Action Research PTK method using the drill method. The subjects of this study were class X students of SMKN 1 Singsori, Malang Regency with a total of 25 students. This study was conducted in class X students of SMK N 1 Singosari, Malang Regency with the research subjects of class X students totaling 25 consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. From the results of the Classroom Action Research for volleyball passing material, it turns out that the game drill method is able to improve previous learning. The researcher has reviewed the results of observations, field notes, and documentation stating that the results of the study indicate that in volleyball learning, especially passing, class X students of SMK N 1 Singosari, Malang Regency have increased. The results of cycle 1 action from the active sub-indicator from 68% to 90%, the happy sub-indicator from 68% to 95%, the spirit sub-indicator from 72% to 93%..
