<![CDATA[elementary schools. Character development, especially discipline, is the main focus in Indonesian education today. Disciplinary character development is directed at efforts to guide students in understanding, feeling and practicing virtues. The aim of this research is to determine the obstacles that occur in the development of students' disciplinary character in elementary schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by obtaining data from questionnaires, interviews and previous research documentation. The results showed that the level of discipline of students in general was categorized as very good, especially in the aspect of time and action. The factors that are considered to be obstacles in the development of student discipline include loose enforcement of rules in the school environment, lack of family attention to children, and an unsupportive social environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Research is to find out how much the contribution of learningfundamental movement skills (basic movement skills) towards improvementmotor ability (motor skills) fourth grade students at SDN 3 Bunigeulis. In this study the authors used a quantitative experimental method with a weak experimental type. The population consisted of fourth grade students at SDN 3 Bunigeulis, the authors used a sample of 18 students consisting of 12 boys and 6 girls. To find out the contribution of the approachfundamental movement skills tomotor ability fourth grade students at SDN 3 Bunigeulis. Data collected using the motor ability instrument. This research data analysis technique uses an applicationStatistical Package for The Social Scieances (SPSS) version 25.0. The research results show thatfundamental movement skills there is a positive and significant effect onmotor ability namely the significance value of the hypothesis test forpretest andposttest of 0.001 <0.05 so that the t count is 4,123 greater than the t table value of 1.73961, therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effectfundamental movement skills positive effect on motor ability]]>

<![CDATA[The paradigm shift in education due to the development of the times requires learning activities to adapt to the times. Multimodal approach is an approach that prepares learning in 21st century classrooms. Multimodal approach in learning involves various modes to achieve the meaning of learning activities. This multimodal approach is important to use in learning. This research aims to find out how the application of multimodal approach in 21st century learning especially in elementary school. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of literature study (library research). The data used in this research is by reviewing books, journal literature, thesis and dissertation research results, and the internet. The results showed that 21st century learning emphasises learning that is oriented towards interactive, holistic, dynamic, collaborative and student-centred learning. Based on this, the multimodal approach can be used as an alternative in the learning process in schools with diverse backgrounds.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of audiovisual media on the English listening skills of class IV students at SDN 1 Kalikoa. This research approach is quantitative. This research method is quasi-experimental. This research design uses a non-equivalent pretest posttest control group design. The population of this research was 42 class IV students at SDN 1 Kalikoa. The sample for this study was 21 students in the experimental group and 21 students in the control group. This research sampling was not carried out randomly. This research data was collected through tests. A total of 10 multiple choice questions and 2 essay questions were given to see students' listening abilities. This research data was analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows. Research findings show that students' English listening skills have improved significantly after learning with audiovisual media. This means that audio-visual learning media has a significant influence. This is known from the sig value = <0.05. Audio-visual learning media has a positive impact on students' listening abilities]]>

<![CDATA[The research purpose to determine the implementation of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) method and to determine the effect of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) method on intensive reading skills on the main material of reading texts in class III of elementary school. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with the research subjects being 29 grade III elementary school students. Data was collected through library studies, field studies, learning processes, questionnaires and tests. Then the data is processed, analyzed using statistical tests to obtain results and conclusions. The results of this research show that the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) learning method can improve reading skills in third grade elementary school. The increase in students' reading skills can be seen in the quality of the learning process which is shown by students' activity and enthusiasm during the learning process. The product improvement can be seen from the percentage of student responses to the application of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) method of 78.15% and if interpreted, the response was very positive and the average score of students increased before being given the application of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) method. 51.90%, after being given the application of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) method 75.66, an increase of 43.85%.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out how the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model combined with explosion magic box media influences the creative thinking abilities of class IV Science and Technology students at SD Negeri 1 Cigadung. This research uses Nonequivalent Control Group Design combined with Quasi Experimental Design techniques. The research subjects were students in class IVA and IVB at SD Negeri 1 Cigadung, consisting of 18 people in class IVA and 19 people in class IVB. To obtain information about students' creative thinking capacity, a pretest and posttest consisting of ten questions were used as a data collection approach. The research results show that the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model and magic box explosion media have an impact on the creative thinking abilities of class IV students. The hypothesis finding Sig (2-tailed) 0.032 is less than 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected or H1 is approved, meaning that the creative thinking capacity of class IV Science and Technology students at SD Negeri 1 Cigadung is affected by the use of the Think Talk Write (TTW) model assisted by explosion magic box media.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine teachers' strategies in dealing with the learning styles of class IV students at SD Negeri Kadilangu 1. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type with an exploratory approach. The object of this research is the teacher's strategy in dealing with student learning styles. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques, namely by comparing the results of interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that there were 12 students with a visual learning style, 12 students with an auditory learning style and 2 students with a kinesthetic learning style. The teacher's strategy in dealing with students' differences in learning styles is to use teaching methods that are easy for students to understand so that with students' different learning styles, students can easily understand these methods. The methods used are demonstration, discussion, question and answer teaching methods and others accompanied by the use of varied media, for example teaching aids according to the context being taught and using IT.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by several students in class II of SD 3 Gulang who were still experiencing difficulties in their reading skills. So an in-depth analysis is needed to be able to find out the factors causing students who still have difficulty in their reading skills. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, documentation and interviews conducted with the homeroom teacher for class II at SD 3 Gulang. The results of the research show that there are still several class II students at SD 3 Gulang who still have difficulty in their reading skills because they are influenced by several internal and external factors. Internal factors originating from the students themselves include lack of motivation to learn, low memory, and difficulty in distinguishing letters that look the same. Meanwhile, external factors include a student learning environment that is less supportive, parents who lack attention to their children's learning development, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure which cause students to experience limitations in learning. The strategy used by teachers to overcome this problem is by (1) providing guidance to students, (2) providing attention and motivation to students, (3) applying learning media in the form of letter cards, (4) applying the dictation method, and (5) increase class hours to practice reading.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of pictorial dice media is an innovative approach in learning to write descriptive text essays. This research aims to provide a description of the benefits of pictorial dice media in learning to write descriptive text essays for class IV students at SDN Mlatiharjo 2. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type with research subjects namely class IV teachers and class IV students at SDN Mlatiharjo 2, while the object is dice. pictorial. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques use source triangulation to obtain different evidence through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on this research, the results show that using picture dice has benefits in writing descriptions, namely that it can develop new ideas, increase student creativity, help enrich student vocabulary, and help students understand the structure of writing descriptive text. Therefore, the use of pictorial dice media can be used as an effective strategy in students' learning to write descriptive text essays.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the independent curriculum has been implemented in schools in Indonesia in the 2022/2023 school year. What are the perceptions of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, what are the conditions of infrastructure in implementing the independent curriculum, and how the implementation of the independent curriculum is interesting to study. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was collected through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study are that elementary schools in cluster 3 of Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency have implemented an independent curriculum in terms of P5 learning. The obstacles to implementing the practice of strengthening the Pancasila student profile (P5) are incomplete infrastructure and lack of teacher understanding of the independent curriculum due to lack of training. The obstacles that arise are trying to be overcome with various kinds of learning media and only rely on the independent teaching platform provided by the Ministry of Education and guided by the driving teacher.]]>
