<![CDATA[Hubungan orang tua dengan anak dan kedekatan antara mereka menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam proses pembinaan dan pendidikan. Keadaan berbeda akan terlihat pada keluarga yang hubungan antara orang tua dengan anaknya renggang, semisal salah satu atau salah satu dari kedua orang tuanya menjadi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) di luar negeri. Dalam keluarga seperti itu akan terjadi kerenggangan hubungan anak dengan orang tua, yang sedikit banyak akan mempengaruhi proses perkembangan anak, terutama karena pembinaan dan pendidikan yang kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keluarga TKI terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam anak di Desa Tanjungtani, Kecamatan Prambon Kab. Nganjuk, dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi, serta bagaimana keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pendidikan Islam anak termaksut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mengumpulkan semua data yang diperlukan, peneliti menggunakan empqt metode pengumpulan data, yaitu: wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menyatakan bahwa pertama, bagi keluarga yang kurang mampu memberikan Pendidikan Agama Islam di rumah, mereka menyerahkan pada guru agama atau ulama’. Kedua, beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat di lihat dari latar belakang, Negara tujuan, kondisi keluarga yang di tinggal, dan lingkungan masyarakat itu sendiri.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines the level of religious tolerance at Tanjung State Elementary School 2, located in Pakis Sub-district, Jepara Regency. The main focus is on the Clean Friday program as a practice that influences and reflects interfaith coexistence. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Clean Friday program plays a role in building religious tolerance in the school environment. The research method used is qualitative using interviews, observation, and document analysis. The main respondents included students, Islamic religious education teachers, and school staff. Data analysis was conducted with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the Clean Friday program has made a positive contribution in improving the understanding and practice of religious tolerance at Tanjung State Elementary School. The program also reflects interfaith coexistence, where students from different religious backgrounds can interact harmoniously during its implementation. This research provides valuable insights into efforts to build religious tolerance at the primary level, focusing on concrete practices such as the Clean Friday program.]]>

<![CDATA[Human activities have a significant impact on the environment, so spatial planning policies are needed. The rules instruct that spatial planning be carried out innovatively involving the public. Spatial planning for water resources is the substance of the spatial planning policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of public participation in the process of formulating spatial planning policies and in the management of Water Resources, and to determine the impact of public participation in the process of formulating spatial planning policies on the management of Water Resources. Field review as the main focus of the study with a qualitative descriptive study method. Informants from related stakeholders, namely the government, community, and entrepreneurs (private) were divided into 3 groups. Informants were determined using the purposive sampling technique, and continued with the snowball sampling technique. Data collection methods were through interviews, observations and documentation. The level of public participation was analyzed according to the typology of the eight Arnstein Participation Ladders. The results of the study showed that in the process of formulating spatial planning policies in Tanjungpinang City, the community was involved at the consultation level (fourth ladder) and included in the category of degree of tokenism. Public participation in the management of Water Resources was at the partnership level (sixth ladder) included in the category of degree of citizen power. The conclusion of the study was that the role of the public in the formulation of spatial planning policies is relatively suboptimal. This participation condition has an impact on public participation in the management of Water Resources.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses how the adaptation of migrant communities in English Village Pare, to find the communication patterns used in efforts to prevent disintegration. Tulungrejo Hamlet, Pare Subdistrict, Kediri Regency known as English Village is a center for the development of foreign language learning that is busy being a reference for immigrant communities. This research uses a Sociological Approach to Structural Functionalism coined by Talcott Parson known as AGIL theory. This research aims to find out how immigrant communities adapt in Kampung Inggris. To achieve this goal, researchers used a qualitative approach with several research methods, including in-depth interviews, documentation, and field research. From the results of the research, there are several results found in efforts to prevent disintegration, including interpersonal communication, mass communication, group communication, and community activities that play a role in preventing disintegration. This research is expected to be able to create good communication, especially between immigrant and local communities to be more able to apply integration to create a good relationship between the two.]]>

<![CDATA[Religion and local wisdom are two inseparable parts. The two are intertwined together in society, influencing each other so that they can exist in society, including the Bersih Desa tradition whose presence penetrates the boundaries of religious space. Bersih Desa tradition in Medowo village exists and is carried out jointly by communities across existing religions, namely Hinduism, Islam and Christianity. This research using a qualitative approach seeks to explain the role of culture in society in building harmonious relationships in a society that is heterogeneous in terms of religion, culture and ethnicity. Research data was taken using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results show that first, the Bersih Desa tradition penetrates the boundaries of religious teachings, where this tradition is accepted, implemented and preserved by interfaith communities. Second, the Bersih Desa culture plays its role as a bond between religious communities in Medowo, this role is important in the increasingly complex dynamics of community life challenges in the era of globalization]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on addressing the challenges faced by seventh-grade students in Mts Sunan Ampel Ringinrejo, Kediri, related to English language speaking skills. The study involves a comprehensive needs analysis, materials development, and validation processes to create tailored English speaking materials for the specific context of the school. The research method applied in this study follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach that aims to design new products and procedures, which are systematically field-tested, evaluated, and refined until they meet specified criteria of effectiveness, quality, or standards.The needs analysis phase includes interviews with English teachers and questionnaires for students to identify the goals, reasons for choosing English, learning concepts, and existing challenges in the language learning process. The primary issue identified is the lack of relevant and authentic learning materials, hindering students' achievement of language learning objectives. In response to this challenge, the research involves the development of a competence-based syllabus to guide the creation of speaking materials. The final product comprises a syllabus, a teacher's textbook, and a student's textbook for the second semester of seventh grade. In conclusion, the research contributes to the improvement of English language education by providing context-specific speaking materials for seventh-grade students in Mts Sunan Ampel Ringinrejo. The developed materials aim to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, fostering a communicative approach to language learning in the unique setting of the school.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore in depth the role of principals' transformational leadership in improving the quality of teacher performance in the school environment. A meta-analysis method was used with a qualitative approach to investigate the findings of a number of articles published between 2017 and 2023. The ten articles analyzed revealed various aspects that highlighted the important role of principals in this context. The results of the analysis showed that principals act as leaders who not only manage the school administration, but also become prime movers in creating an environment that supports the growth and superior performance of teachers. They act as mentors, supervisors, innovators, and motivators for the teaching staff. As mentors, they provide direction, guidance, and support to teachers to improve their quality of teaching and learning. As supervisors, they monitor and evaluate the teaching and learning processes and provide constructive feedback for teachers' professional development. In addition, principals also act as innovators who formulate policy strategies to improve the quality of teacher performance in the entire school community. They motivate all personnel to achieve school goals by appreciating achievements, paying attention to individual needs, and creating a conducive work climate. In carrying out managerial tasks, principals also ensure the smooth running of all administrative activities, so that teachers' focus can remain on the learning process. The implication is that the transformational leadership of school principals has a significant impact on improving teacher performance and quality of education in schools. Through their various roles, principals shape an environment that supports, motivates, and inspires the teaching staff to achieve superior performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Religious moderation is a government program that aims to shape the character of a tolerant society, so that an atmosphere of peaceful and harmonious religious life is built, this is certainly the basis for religious life and a heterogeneous state. Therefore, the role of every element of society becomes urgent in the program of strengthening religious moderation, one of which is the role of ex-terrorist Convicts. This research seeks to see and analyze more deeply the role of the former ex-terrorist Convicts in grounding the attitude of religious moderation as well as socializing the dangers of radicalism in society. By using a qualitative approach, accompanied by interview techniques, observation and documentation, this research will focus on former ex-terrorist Convicts in the city of Surabaya as the object of research. The results showed that the former ex-terrorist Convicts used two ways in strengthening religious moderation, namely first, strengthening the role through his duties as a speaker at social, academic and community forums in collaboration with other parties such as BNPT, BIN and the Ministry of Religion. Second, strengthening the counter-radicalism narrative through books written as a source in understanding the importance of tolerant life in religion.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to redesign the concept of Sharia contract monopoly as a learning tool within the Islamic banking management course, specifically to enhance students' financial literacy. The development method employed is the 4-D model (Four D Models) according to Thiagarajan, encompassing the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate, although this research is focused on the development phase. Qualitative methods, including both secondary and primary data collection, are used in this study. The research results indicate that the redesign of the Sharia contract monopoly as an interactive learning tool within the Islamic banking management course deepens students' understanding of Islamic banks, motivating them to master the operational concepts of Islamic banking through property purchase, leasing, and exchange in a simplified economic system. Furthermore, this redesign also plays a role in honing critical thinking, economic calculations, and operational banking analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to know the role of knowing Lajnah Bahtsul Masa'il in sharpening the mentality of the students of the Tahfizhil Qur'an Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri City. This research uses qualitative methods with techniques for collecting interview results, observation and documentation. The research results obtained are: First, the Lajnah Bahtsul Masa'il process uses team play by dividing tasks between each individual in the group. Second, there is a positive relationship between Lajnah Bahtsul Masa'il on the mental health of the students of the Tahfizhil Qur Islamic Boarding School. 'A. Every student who becomes an activist for Lajnah Bahtsul Masa'il has a better mentality. This can be seen according to the reality where the students who become ro'is in the average class of Lajnah Bahtsul Masa'il activism.]]>
