Abstract

The unemployment rate is still relatively high, and interest in entrepreneurship is still relatively low. It encourages schools to develop edupreneurship programs so that students have an entrepreneurial spirit and additional skills to prepare for life in the future. This research aims to determine various edupreneurship programs at Public Vocational High School (SMK Negeri) 1 Ngawi, the school principal's efforts in developing edupreneurship programs, and the factors inhibiting and supporting their development. This research uses a qualitative method that utilizes primary (interviews) and secondary data (documentation of activities and observations). The research results show three significant findings: First, SMK Negeri 1 Ngawi has five entrepreneurship programs: entrepreneurship lessons, P5, service unit, teaching factory, and industrial visits. Second, the school principal strives to develop edupreneurship programs per existing regulations, encourages teachers and students to participate in entrepreneurial activities, and evaluates ongoing activities. Third, inhibiting factors include policy regulations, lack of financial support, lack of consumers, and technological challenges. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are the students' willingness to become entrepreneurs, the existence of UPJ and teaching factories, and the strategic position of the school.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the process of instilling nationalist values through nationalism fiqh literacy at the Ma'had Aly Lirboyo, Kediri City. This study employs qualitative research methods. The main data source is interviews with mudir, mustahiq, munawwib, administrators, the graduates, and mahasantri Ma'had Aly Lirboyo. This research had three findings. First, the genealogy of nationalist values in nationalism fiqh literacy in Ma'had Aly Lirboyo is rooted in the nationalism spirit of the kiais (masyayikh) of Pesantren Lirboyo. Second, the internalization methodology was formulated by studying bahtsul masail and Al-Mahalli deliberation and interpreting national verses and hadith using the ushul fiqh and fiqh rules approach. Third, the impact of internalization can be seen from two types of contributions: intellectual contributions in the form of scientific works by mahasantri for each generation (graduate), which are published every year, and practical contributions in the form of mahasantri's work in a society with a tolerant attitude, particularly while coexisting with adherents of different faiths or religions.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of the Islamic education system in shaping the nation's character and addresses the challenges threatening the progress of Islamic education in Indonesia. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a desk research method, the study analyzes the phenomenon through extensive literature, including academic articles, books, and reports. The findings reveal that Islamic education in Indonesia confronts the repercussions of a post-conservative era characterized by the ascendancy of conservative religious interpretations altering the political landscape and education system dynamics. Key challenges include resource constraints, inadequate government attention, and the proliferation of conservative ideologies that marginalize local religious authorities. The repercussions include diminished educational quality, widespread teacher moonlighting, and obstacles to integrating Islamic values into the national education framework. Incidents of sexual violence within Islamic educational settings have further damaged institutional reputations. Nonetheless, Islamic education holds significant promise as a solution for character development in Indonesia through a holistic approach that engages schools, families, and communities. Adequate governmental and societal backing is imperative, involving sufficient resource allocation and policies conducive to innovation in Islamic education. By fostering synergy among schools, families, and communities and embracing a flexible, forward-thinking approach, this initiative aims to cultivate a generation strong in faith, morals, and proficient across various scientific and technological domains, poised to confront global challenges and position Indonesia as a cultured, highly competitive nation on the worldwide stage.

Abstract

This paper explores and describes the concept of differentiated instruction according to Carol Tomlinson and the Concept of the Merdeka Curriculum. This paper is based on library research, uses secondary data collected using documentation techniques, and is qualitative-descriptive. The results: the Merdeka Curriculum is the Indonesian curriculum characterized by three things: which are emphasizing the main (essential) material, adding material of character building for the project called building 'Pelajar Pancasila,' and teacher flexibility in conducting learning to fulfill the needs and interests of students. Differentiated instruction, as one of the methods suitable for the Merdeka Curriculum, is a teaching philosophy based on the premise that students learn best when their teachers accommodate their different readiness levels, interests, and learning profiles. Teachers can distinguish at least four classroom elements: content, process, product, and learning environment. Thus, in learning Islamic Education, teachers need to understand the diverse backgrounds of learners in terms of readiness, interests, and learning profiles. Furthermore, teachers differentiate Islamic education in content, process, product, and learning environment.

Abstract

Many teenagers have mental health problems, and many studies state that religiosity contributes to a person's mental health. The research aims to find out whether Islamic religious education contributes to adolescent mental health. In this research, researchers used mixed research methods using convergent design. Researchers used the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form and the Understanding of Islamic Religious Education measuring instruments for quantitative research. Respondents who participated in this research were Muslim teenagers aged 15-20 years who were active pupils and students from several educational institutions in Indonesia. Researchers used descriptive data analysis techniques. The regression test results show that Islamic religious education has an influence of 8.1% on adolescent health, while other factors influence 91.9%. The quantitative results in this research are strengthened by the views of the head of the West Java MUI fatwa, the West Java PWNU expert council, and psychology lecturers at the Indonesian Education University. From the results of interviews with these three figures, a conclusion can be drawn that Islamic religious education has a contribution to the mental health of teenagers.

Abstract

One of the effects of the lack of fluency and pronunciation of the letters of the Al-Qur’an is the low ability to read. The solution to the low ability to read the Al-Qur'an is to apply the reading-aloud strategy. This study aims to determine the application of reading aloud and the effect of the reading aloud strategy on the ability to read the Al-Qur'an in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith. This research applied a quantitative method of Quasi Experiment type with one group pretest post-test Design. The instrument used is a performance sheet in the form of a reading ability test, which is analyzed with the SPSS test in the form of Paired Sample T-Tes. Based on the study results, the pretest results were lower than the post-test. Based on data analysis to test the research hypothesis, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This study concludes that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so the study's results accept Ha, which reads that the reading aloud strategy affects the ability to read the Al-Qur'an in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith in class III MI Darul Ulum Jotosanur.
