Abstract

This study aims to describe Islamic family law, Sharia economic law, and customary law in marriage and inheritance practices in Central Kalimantan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature studies and normative-sociological studies. The research data sources consist of legislation, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), Islamic economic law literature, and Dayak and Malay customary law documents. Data analysis is interpretative. The results of the study show that the three legal systems interact dynamically. In marriage, Islamic law emphasizes the pillars and requirements of sharia. Meanwhile, Dayak customs add rituals and marriage expenses. This integration becomes both religious and social legitimacy. In inheritance, Islamic law rigidly regulates distribution according to the Qur'an. Meanwhile, customary law emphasizes deliberation and equality. In this context, Sharia economic law provides room for grants or wills. This study emphasizes that the practice of Islamic civil law in Indonesia can be dynamic and contextual even in the midst of existing social, cultural, and state norms.

Applying Ibn Thufail's perspective reflection method in PAI subjects in shaping student character at Hidayatul Mustafidin High School is carried out in several ways, including holding regular reflection sessions, and PAI teachers provide direction and motivation to students. In the discussion groups in the classroom, students are given one theme and then asked to discuss and write a report on the results of the discussion. Furthermore, they are holding field trips in the form of nature tadabbur activities. These activities certainly provide benefits to students, especially in shaping character. Students become aware of what has been done, how to improve poor attitudes, understand each other's characters, and increase gratitude and an embedded attitude of responsibility for what has been done.

Abstract

In an effort to avoid the negative effects of modern globalization on the existence of a scientific discipline, such as the science of Arabic, it is important to make Arabic contribute to presenting Arabic as a medium in photographing various social phenomena of modern society. This study presents a systematic literature review on the topic of 'Arabic Language as a Window in Viewing the World.' It is based on the primary source dissertation 'Literature and Nationalism: A Study of the Poems of Mahjar 'Alī Aḥmad Bākathīr' by Minatur Rokhim (2021). Abstract

Effective teaching is often associated with mastery of the content of the lesson and pedagogical skills. Thus, to implement effective teaching, Shulman introduced six-cycle processes of pedagogical reasoning and action that can help teachers organize their teaching. However, this study only focused on teaching action (the instruction process) in the class. Therefore, this study aims to explore the teaching practices of Fiqh teachers in religious schools. The study uses a method of qualitative research, through interviews, observation of teaching, and document analysis, to collect data. The study participants consisted of 10 Fiqh religious teachers who taught Grades IV, V, and VI. Thematic analysis was used in this study for the formation of themes and sub-themes. The results of the study found that there are several important elements for the instruction process in the cycle of pedagogical reasoning and actions in the classroom. The mastery of the teacher's pedagogical content knowledge and its application in the teaching practice in the classrooms has a positive impact on teaching Fiqh in religious schools. As a recommendation, religious teachers need to constantly expand their pedagogical content knowledge from time to time so that they can implement effective teaching.

Abstract

Conveying messages through the medium of an animated video in today's life has become a necessity. However, there are still pros and cons to animation as a medium. One of them is the Islamic religious view of this work because it is related to drawing behavior. This situation creates a dilemma for animators because on the one hand, this job is a job that is quite in demand with relatively high pay, while on the other hand, work as an animator is more related to drawing activities because in a hadith there is a prohibition against drawing. This article focuses on what is the role and function of animation in human life today? How does animation serve various positive purposes in various aspects of human life today from a maqasid sharia perspective? The important conclusion of this article is that animation provides a number of benefits in maintaining and applying maqasid sharia because it has great power to influence human thoughts currently using visual-based technology. Whereas animator is a profession that provides benefits in the field of visual-based Islamic education and preaching, 3. Understanding the hadith which prohibits drawing living creatures needs to be reinterpreted in the context of Muslim life today.
