Abstract

The purpose of this research isto find out how teachers manage to deal with students who experience emotional disturbances in Bireuen State SLB. This study was designed using a qualitative approach. The samples used in this study were four Bireuen State SLB teacher respondents. In collecting this data using interview and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's way of dealing with students who experience emotional disturbances is by conducting an assessment of appropriate and problematic social behavior in individual students. The teacher must be able to recognize the characteristics of each child, because the characteristics of different children also require different methods and approaches used in the process of mentoring learning activities to achieve learning objectives properly.

Abstract

Numbered Heads Together learning model is a cooperative learning model that aims to improve collaborative mathematical understanding. Mathematical communication ability is the ability to convey ideas or mathematical understanding. NHT can be applied in mathematics learning activities on campus to improve students' mathematical communication skills and is relevant or in accordance with Vygotsky's learning theory which emphasizes collaboration in learning activities. The results of the collaboration of the NHT learning model can improve students' mathematical communication skills because there is a process of social interaction and exchange of ideas in the learning model

Abstract

Behavioristic learning theory is a learning theory that prioritizes changes in student behavior as a result of stimulus and response. In other words, learning is a form of change experienced by students in terms of their abilities aimed at changing behavior by means of interaction between stimulus and response. Thus, behavioristic learning theory focuses more on developing student behavior in a better direction. Life skills are students' skills to understand themselves and their potential in life, which includes goal setting, problem solving and living with others, among other things. For children with special needs, learning General Life Skills aims to function as education according to their goals, namely developing the human potential of students to be able to face their roles in the future. This research raises the issue of life skills learning or live skills for children with special needs in SLB schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how to implement programs or live skills learning for children with special needs in special schools. The research took place at SLB Negeri Bireuen. The research method used is the case study method and the data obtained by conducting interviews with teachers at the school. The application of live skills at SLB Negeri Bireuen is in the form of training and visits to places such as factories and markets. Children who are involved in life skill activities that are carried out once a month are all children with special needs in the school taking into account the characteristics and conditions of the child. The purpose of this study is to find out how to implement programs or live skills learning for children with special needs in special schools. The research took place at SLB Negeri Bireuen. Abstract

  This study aims to determine campus promotion management in order to increase public interest in entering the Al-Muslim Bireun Aceh University campus. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was carried out at Al-Muslim University because this campus is a private campus that must be active in carrying out a campus promotion, in order to increase public interest in order to enter the Al-Muslim University campus. This data collection method is done by interview, documentation, and observation. The data analysis in this study uses the data triamulation method, which is a method by exploring the truth of information by exploring the truth of information from various sources and conducting interviews with more than one source who has different views. Based on the results of the data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Campus promotion management in order to increase community anime entering Al-Muslim university campuses is quite optimal, both in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. (2) Supporting factors include: the support of quality human resources and the existence of various campus advantages, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the existence of several services available on campus, such as Bidikmisi, Kip-Kuliah, Aceh Carong, and other scholarships. (3) Public interest with the promotion management of the Al-Muslim Bireun Aceh University campus is getting better. the support of quality human resources and the existence of various campus advantages, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the existence of several services available on campus, such as bidikmisi, Kip-Kuliah, Aceh Carong, and other scholarships. Abstract

Teachers are required to improve the quality of learning and present learning that is fun for students. One way that a teacher can do this is by mastering learning strategies. Through SKI subjects, it is expected to be able to instill the character of students who have better manners, manners and life values. The problem formulations in this study are: 1) How is the planning of SKI teacher learning strategies in shaping the character of students at SMP 45 Latukan Karanggeneng?, 2) How is the implementation of the SKI teacher's learning strategy in shaping the character of students at SMP 45 Latukan Karanggeneng?, 3) How is the evaluation of the SKI teacher's learning strategy in shaping the character of students at SMP 45 Latukan Karanggeneng? The research approach uses qualitative, with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show: 1) Planning the learning strategy of SKI teachers in shaping the character of students at SMP 45 Latukan Karanggeneng is carried out to instill human values that have morals, character, morals, character, and behavior of a person that is reflected in goodness through the preparation of learning tools so that difficulties can be overcome such as making lesson plans, media, strategies and other learning resources so that SKI learning remains fun. 2) Implementation of SKI teacher learning strategies in shaping the character of students at SMP 45 Latukan Karanggeneng is done through delivery on SKI learning materials. Implementation of learning will be successful if it has the support of both students and teachers. As a party who has the responsibility as a facilitator, the teacher must be able to make learning interesting. 3) Evaluation of the SKI teacher's learning strategy in shaping the character of students at SMP 45 Latukan Karanggeneng still requires improvement because there are still many teachers who have not been able to use technology as a learning aid, so using the lecture method will make students bored. So that the cultivation of character has not been fully conveyed.

Abstract

The Influence of Using Picture Media in Literature Learning on Improving Reading Interest of Students at SD 106810 Sampali Percut Sei Tuan. Literature learning is often considered less interesting by elementary school students, which affects their reading interest. This study aims to determine the influence of using picture media in literature learning on improving reading interest of elementary school students. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of 3 sixth- grade students taken using purposive sampling technique at SD 106810 Sampali Percut Sei Tuan. Data were obtained through reading interest tests and observations. The results showed that the use of picture media in literature learning had a significant effect on improving the reading interest of elementary school students (t = 5.26; p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of picture media in literature learning can improve the reading interest of students at SD 106810 Sampali Percut Sei Tuan

Abstract

This study aims to identify planning, implementing, assessing, and improving the performance of primary school teachers. This study used qualitative methodology. In this study, data collection from various sources, backgrounds, and methods was carried out through literature studies. The findings of this study showed that school principals were able to improve the performance of primary school teachers. To that end, the headmaster must create an annual school work plan (CTR) that addresses eight educational standards, provides SKP (employee performance target) criteria at the beginning of the year as a guideline for teacher assessment by the principal, and implements DP3, on Teacher behavior assessment, in academic settings such as education during evaluation. The Principal oversees teacher education (class visit techniques, one-on-one conversations, and group discussions), as well as the efforts made by Establishing effective communication with all teachers will improve performance in creating a successful workplace culture.

Abstract

The development in the 21st century is the development of information technology where its development has a huge impact, so teachers and students are required to have skills in using technology. The kvisoft flipbook maker application is one example. This application is considered interesting because it displays a rotating publish, which resembles a real book. The method used in this research is the literature review method. This study aims to examine the urgency of developing the Kvisoft flipbook maker application in learning by reviewing 10 R&D articles, with 6 ADDIE model journal articles, 2 Borg & Gall R&D model journal articles, 1 Hannafin and Peck model journal article, and Plomp development model journal, expert validation shows very satisfactory results from these 10 articles, where the validation score of the material expert is 90% and the media expert is 88% and the results of the student response questionnaire also show very good results, namely 88%.  This shows that the use of the Kvisoft flipbook maker application is very helpful for students in understanding the material.

Abstract

The main purpose of applying self-assessment techniques is to support or improve learning processes and outcomes. Self-assessment technique is an assessment in which students assess and evaluate the quality of learning or the work they do so that they can identify their weaknesses and strengths in certain learning independently. The self-assessment technique is an assessment method that provides opportunities for students to take responsibility for their own learning. Therefore educators can start the self-assessment process by giving students the opportunity to validate their own thoughts. The approach used in this research is library research. The process involves data collection methods by looking for references in books, dictionaries, journals, document. The results of this study focus on describing: (1) The nature of self-assessment in PAI learning, (2) The urgency of applying self-assessment techniques in PAI learning, (3) Techniques for developing self-assessment instruments in PAI learning.

Abstract

The role of the PAI teacher in schools is very important in instilling and forming student character. One of the characters that must be formed, which is the basis of other characters is religious. Religious character is a character that shows that every thought, word and deed done by a person is always  based on divine values and the teachings of the religion he adheres to. Therefore, religious character is very important to be instilled in students in schools as places of formal education. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The process includes observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of the PAI teacher in forming religious character through religious activities, (2) internal factors include within oneself and external factors, including family, friends, and social/environmental factors.
