Abstract

riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar variabel kualitas pelayanan, ketepatan waktu dan harga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Aceh Tamiang yang menggunakan jasa ekspedisi J&T ekspress. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan Y = 9,012+0,301 X1+ 0,094 X2s+ 0,712 X3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji-t) variabel kualitas pelayanan, ketepatan waktu dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan (Uji F) memperlihatkan bahwasanya kualitas pelayanan, ketepatan waktu dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di lembaga pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai dan akuntabilitas organisasi. Artikel ini melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap studi terkait sistem penilaian kinerja di sektor publik Indonesia, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi model penilaian yang umum digunakan, faktor pendukung efektivitas, serta kendala dalam implementasinya. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa model berbasis Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) paling banyak diterapkan, didukung oleh faktor seperti pelatihan, teknologi informasi, dan komitmen pimpinan. Namun, tantangan seperti resistensi budaya organisasi dan kurangnya transparansi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh yang dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan kebijakan manajemen SDM di sektor publik guna mendukung reformasi birokrasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to respond to the urgent need to increase students' awareness and participation in environmental and social issues through the integration of the concept of ecological citizenship in civic education learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in-depth understanding of the implementation of ecological citizenship integration and its impact on student civic engagement. The subjects of this research include lecturers, students, and communities. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted to explore views, experiences, and challenges in integrating ecological citizenship. Observation was used to observe classroom learning activities, while documentation study analysed learning materials and related projects. Data analysis showed that the integration of ecological citizenship significantly improved students' understanding and awareness of environmental responsibility, as well as encouraged their active participation in social and environmental activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan & minuman periode 2020-2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data Sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman periode 2020–2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2020 – 2024. Tеknіk pengumpulan data dіlakukan dеngan tеknіk purposіvе samplіng yang kеmudіan dіtеtapkan 10 pеrusahaan sеbagaі sampеl. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsu klasik yang terbagi menjadi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terbagi menjadi uji T, uji F, dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, komite audit, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang pentingnya penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada perusahaan untuk pencapaian profitabilitas.

Abstract

Bangka Belitung Islands Province, specifically West Bangka Regency, was recorded in 2020 as having the highest rate of child marriage in Indonesia. This issue leads to problems such as domestic violence, gender inequality, and increased stunting. The prevalence of stunting in West Bangka Regency is 6.5%, with a 2024 target of 6.4%, meaning achievement is 98.43%. However, prevention has not been fully realized as new cases continue to appear. Thus, efforts must focus on reducing stunting from the source and promoting gender equality through preventive measures. One strategy in the draft Regional Medium-Term Development Plan 2025–2029 is women’s empowerment and strengthening family development, supporting the Regent’s mission of realizing welfare and socio-cultural resilience, with indicators being the Gender Inequality Index and the Family Development Index. Given difficulties in obtaining child marriage data, particularly unregistered cases, strengthening cooperation among stakeholders and pentahelix elements is essential. This paper applies a descriptive qualitative approach using Government Roles theory and policy alternative scoring based on effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term impact, while also assessing problems with the USG pattern (urgency, seriousness, growth). The aim is to provide policy recommendations for strengthening family resilience and quality. Keywords: policy strategy, women's empowerment, family development and child marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, accessibility, and tourism destination attractiveness on tourist visits to Atauro Island, Dili. Atauro is recognized as one of the leading ecotourism destinations in Timor-Leste, offering unique natural, cultural, and marine biodiversity attractions. However, tourist arrival data still shows significant fluctuations each year. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to tourists as respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the variables. The results reveal that promotion, accessibility, and destination attractiveness have a positive and significant impact on tourist visits, both individually and collectively. These findings highlight the importance of effective promotional strategies, improved accessibility, and sustainable destination management to enhance Atauro’s competitiveness as an international tourist destination.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the extent to which promotion, the capital addition system, and service quality influence financing decisions at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar Unit Margasari 2, Tegal Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach, relying on structured data collection methods through surveys distributed in the form of questionnaires. The respondents were selected from the official customer database of PT PNM Mekaar Unit Margasari 2, ensuring that the sample represented individuals directly involved with the company’s financing services. A total of 109 customers were chosen as the sample to reflect the broader population and to obtain results that are statistically reliable. The findings indicate that promotion, capital addition systems, and service quality each play a crucial role in shaping customers’ financing decisions. When analyzed simultaneously, these three variables demonstrate a significant and measurable effect, suggesting that improvements in promotional strategies, the design of capital addition mechanisms, and the overall quality of service delivery can directly increase customers’ willingness to engage in financing. These results highlight the importance of integrated management strategies within PT PNM Mekaar, emphasizing the need to continuously refine marketing efforts, optimize financial procedures, and maintain high service standards in order to build stronger customer trust and enhance decision-making outcomes.

Abstract

The problem with mangrove forest tourism is the unorganized nature of this tourist area and the lack of community participation in its development. Therefore, government intervention is needed to develop mangrove forest tourism. This study aims to determine the government's strategy for developing mangrove forest tourism in Pamoka Village, East Mimika District, Mimika Regency. The research used qualitative descriptive research, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis utilized data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the mangrove forest tourism development strategy in Pomako Village is implemented through distributive, regulatory, and constituent strategies. Supporting strategies for mangrove forest tourism development include promoting mangrove forest tourism, developing sustainable tourism, maintaining and preserving the natural potential of the mangrove forest in ecotourism areas, introducing local customs as supporting tourist attractions for mangrove ecotourism, and utilizing ecotourism potential as a business opportunity to optimize the economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran ikan lele (Clarias sp.) di Kecamatan Penawar Aji, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Data dikumpulkan dari produsen, pedagang, dan konsumen akhir melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran yang diidentifikasi, yaitu: (1) produsen–pedagang pengepul–pedagang pengecer–konsumen akhir, (2) produsen–pedagang pengecer–konsumen akhir, dan (3) penjualan langsung dari produsen ke konsumen akhir. Analisis margin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan elastisitas transmisi harga digunakan untuk menilai efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran 3 merupakan yang paling efisien, dengan farmer’s share tertinggi (100%) dan Rasio Profit Margin terbesar (21,08%), sedangkan elastisitas transmisi harga sebesar – 0,069 yang berarti tidak elastis. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa saluran pemasaran yang lebih pendek memberikan keuntungan lebih besar bagi produsen dan menekan biaya transaksi.

Abstract

Pewarisan merupakan peristiwa hukum yang menyebabkan beralihnya hak atas tanah kepada ahli waris, sehingga mereka berwenang melakukan tindakan hukum, termasuk jual beli. Penelitian ini membahas dua rumusan masalah: (1) prosedur jual beli hak atas tanah terkait objek warisan; dan (2) perlindungan hukum bagi ahli waris yang kehilangan haknya sebagai penjual. Penelitian menggunakan teori Perlindungan Hukum Sajipto Raharjo serta teori Le Mort Saisit Le Vit R. Subekti, dengan metode yuridis normatif berbasis kajian kepustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi perundang-undangan, kasus, analitis, dan konseptual, dengan teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum melalui inventarisasi aturan, literatur, jurnal, serta sumber hukum lain. Analisis dilakukan dengan penafsiran gramatikal, sistematis, dan konstruksi hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hak waris timbul secara otomatis sejak pewaris meninggal sesuai asas Le Mort Saisit Le Vif dan diatur dalam KUH Perdata. Dalam praktiknya, sering terjadi pelanggaran prosedural saat akta jual beli tanah dibuat tanpa persetujuan seluruh ahli waris, bertentangan dengan Pasal 833 KUH Perdata dan Pasal 37 PP No. 24 Tahun 1997. Kondisi ini menimbulkan cacat hukum yang dapat dibatalkan pengadilan sebagaimana ditegaskan putusan Mahkamah Agung. Perlindungan hukum bagi ahli waris yang dirugikan dapat ditempuh melalui gugatan perdata, pembatalan akta, atau mekanisme di BPN. Namun, praktiknya masih formal sehingga diperlukan penguatan peran notaris dan PPAT serta penerapan hukum progresif demi menjamin keadilan substantif bagi ahli waris.
