Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the mind mapping method on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in the Pancasila Education subject at SDN 14 Dalam Koto Surian. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of students caused by the learning method which is still lecture-based and teacher-centered. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design. Data collection techniques are carried out through learning outcome tests. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use the mind mapping method and those who do not use it. Abstract

Now the world is changing rapidly, especially after Covid 19, the world is experiencing The Great Reset (large scale changes) resulting in disruption. As a result of this, many institutions, institutions and companies have closed down because they are not ready to face these changing times. Because of the importance of this problem, in this paper we try to highlight a holding company that has successfully carried out the process of changing this era, namely the Djarum Group. In this case the problem raised is what factors play a role in the successful adaptation of PT's marketing strategy. Djarum (Djarum Group) through Cultural Shift? This paper uses the literature study method using the Djarum Group case study with a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach.  From the description it was found that the factors that played a role in the successful adaptation of PT's marketing strategy. Djarum (Djarum Group) through Cultural Shift is a strong and visionary leadership factor of two brothers, namely the Hartono Brothers who are the heirs to the founders of PT Djarum, where they have both succeeded in realizing the vision and mission of their parents when founding PT. Djarum even goes beyond this by providing a touch of innovation and sophisticated production technology. Making the Djarum Group a global company that is world-famous and the Hartono brothers are always listed as the richest people in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesian research has various problems, namely the lack of basic research with major breakthroughs, publication cornering, professoring cornering, very quantitative research standards, and so on. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology discussed several policies such as the not mandatory publication of Scopus to become a Professor, Indonesian journal publishers prioritize quantity over quality so that only 11 journals are included in Q1 Scopus, and the rampant cornering of professors is the responsibility of the campus. This research is qualitative and the literature study uses the perspective of the newness level of research and the level of thinking Bloom's Taxonomy to provide constructive criticism and recommendations on the discourse of national research policies. This research relies on its specific literature data on reporting in mass media and credible online media. The findings of this research show that research problems need to be solved systematically starting from the research system itself. This research recommends a research system policy in the form of an emphasis on basic research to find new theories, a lecturer career path that leads to the highest level of research novelty, a contribution indicator for the community, placing functional positions as a tool to achieve the best level of novelty and contribution, proportionality of research quantity, and proportionality in viewing reputable international journal indexers. These recommendations are a systemic solution to improve the quality of research and competitiveness in the international arena. On the other hand, these recommendations can reduce the practice of capitalism and feudalism in Education systemically.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation in Dopo Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. This study not only discusses the application of the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation, but also discusses the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation, and the impact of implementing the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in Dopo Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. To address the research questions, the author utilizes various theories and a descriptive qualitative approach to explore and explain the application of the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation. The theories used are Behaviorism and Humanism. Furthermore, the researcher also utilizes a conceptual framework, namely the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism, combined with efforts to strengthen religious moderation. This framework aims to identify inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation.The results of this study indicate that the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism can strengthen religious moderation in Dopo Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. This is evidenced by the existence of 1) differences in beliefs, and 2) cultural practices or traditions that are still practiced today, such as Nyadran (a traditional ceremony), Kenduren (a traditional ceremony), and Slametan (a religious ceremony). These traditions or cultures should be practiced exclusively by Hindus, but other communities also practice them to strengthen religious moderation in Dopo Hamlet.

Abstract

The economic paradigm shift due to the Industrial Revolution 4.0, characterized by the integration of digital technology, automation and artificial intelligence (AI), is happening significantly. This is also accompanied by the phenomenon of an aging population, which is estimated to reach 2.1 billion by 2050, and is an important challenge facing Indonesia. In this context, the silver economy approach is considered relevant and inclusive in order to optimize the role and potential of the elderly in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Silver economy sees the elderly not as a vulnerable and dependent group, but as subjects who can still be empowered, given skills, and given access to appropriate technology. This is in line with the concept of Human Capital and Harrod-Domar's modernization theory, which focuses on the importance of the quality of human resources for the achievement of development. This study found that the silver economy can be a solution for demographic transformation, if there is synergy between the government and the private sector, namely through training, policy support, and access to available and appropriate technology. With this approach, Indonesia's aging population is no longer a problem, but a potential that can be maximized for a more independent, prosperous, superior, and inclusive society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilakukan di Gugus TK Ceria Kecamatan Toboali Bangka Selatan dengan responden sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan validitas konstruk sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji Prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas serta data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 44,6%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 44%;. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 58,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta sinergi antar guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri wilayah Kecamatan Lubuk Besar, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah khususnya gugus 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 98 guru sekolah dasar yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, kerja sama antar guru juga terbukti memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Analisis simultan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dan kolaborasi yang erat antar guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peningkatan kolaborasi antar guru guna mendukung tercapainya mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik

Abstract

This study analyzes Sarah J. Maas's novel A Court of Thorns and Roses (2015) through the perspective of Jacques Rancière, specifically the concept of distribution of the sensible and subject migration. The focus of the study is directed at the transformation of the character Feyre Archeron who experiences a "magical migration," namely the shift in identity from poor and marginalized humans to the empowered High Fae who have a position in the Prythian social order. This migration is not only physical or biological, but also reflects the political process of emancipation. The subject who was initially "the part that has no part" (the wrong) demands existence within the power structure. The research method uses qualitative descriptive, making the novel ACOTAR as the material object and Rancière's theory as the formal object. Data were obtained through a review of primary texts and secondary sources in the form of articles, journals, and relevant previous studies. The results of the study show that Feyre is positioned as the wrong through social class, gender roles, and species status. Her transformation into the magical world of the Fae reveals a moment of dissensus, when the marginalized subject challenges the partition regime and claims a space of equality. However, this study also uncovers a paradox: post-migration, Feyre continues to face new forms of partition that mark the reproduction of the dominant order in a different form. Furthermore, the novel ACOTAR demonstrates that popular literature functions not only as entertainment but also as a critical medium that represents power relations, identity negotiations, and the politics of equality. This study affirms the potential of popular fantasy literature as a symbolic space for re-reading the dilemma of subject emancipation in contemporary society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji secara kritis penyebab adanya sikap apatis dari Pemerintah berupa tidak melaksanakan kewajibannya yang sudah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Pada kasus yang diangkat, Pemerintah memiliki kewajiban untuk mencegah terjadinya pencemaran udara di wilayah DKI Jakarta, namun kewajiban tersebut tidak dilaksanakan baik oleh presiden Republik Indonesia, kementerian lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan, maupun gubernur provinsi DKI Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penyebab dan memberikan rekomendasi atas sikap apatis dari pemerintah dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya yang sudah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undanan khususnya dalam mencegah terjadinya pencemaran udara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan konseptual.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sikap apatis dari pemerintah disebabkan kesalahan dalam menafsirkan peraturan perundang-undangan dan tidak adanya komunikasi dengan instansi terkait maupun dengan masyarakat. Sebagai solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah sikap apatis dari Pemerintah adalah perlu adanya pertukaran ide/gagasan untuk merangsang partisipasi dari berbagai pihak dalam membentuk kebijakan untuk dapat memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of Polya’s problem-solving model on the mathematical problem-solving ability of elementary school students. A quasi-experimental research method with a posttest-only design was employed, involving fifth-grade students of SD N 05 Sungai Aur. The experimental group was taught using Polya’s model, while the control group received conventional instruction. Data analysis included normality and homogeneity tests, which confirmed that the data were normally distributed (Sig = 0.132 for the experimental group and 0.118 for the control group) and homogeneous (Sig = 0.520). Descriptive analysis showed that the experimental group had a higher mean score (86.9) compared to the control group (82.8). However, the independent sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.182 (p > 0.05), indicating no significant difference between the two groups. The findings suggest that the use of Polya’s model did not have a significant effect on improving students’ mathematical problem-solving ability.
