Abstract

The aim of the research is to explore how Learning Organization can affect the performance of lecturers at Bojonegoro University. Learning Organization is a concept introduced by Peter Senge in "The Fifth Discipline", which emphasizes the importance of organizations continually learning and adapting to create the desired future. In the context of higher education, it is hoped that this concept can produce areas that support long-term education for lecturers. It is hoped that this will improve their performance in various fields such as teaching, research and community service. The research procedure applied is library research, which links the collection and analysis of literature related to the concept of Educational Organization and its implementation in a large learning context. Various literature sources such as books, journals, scientific articles, and research reports have been reviewed to gain an in-depth understanding of this topic. The research results show that the key elements of Learning Organizations, such as people development, systemic thinking, mental models, shared vision, and team education, have a significant role in improving lecturer performance. Lecturers who are active in the ongoing educational process tend to be more innovative, collaborative, and able to adapt to changes. In conclusion, the application of the Learning Organization concept at Bojonegoro University has great potential to improve lecturer performance and the overall quality of education. Based on these findings, the research also provides several practical suggestions for implementing Learning Organizations including improving professional development programs for lecturers, strengthening supporting infrastructure, and promoting a dynamic and collaborative learning culture in the university environment.

Abstract

The success and sustainability of an organization, including a company, is greatly influenced by an analysis of its environment. The outside world includes many things, such as economic, technological, social, political, and environmental circumstances, and can provide opportunities or present threats to the company. Descriptive methods are used in this research to analyze the external environment of a company, especially in terms of industry, economic conditions, and social conditions. This research technique also involves scanning, monitoring, gathering competitive intelligence, and analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). A company can make plans to handle difficulties and capitalize on opportunities by understanding the external environment.

Abstract

The learning process is less interesting and enjoyable due to the lack of variation in the choice of media in learning which causes low student interest in learning in class V of SD N 017 Seberang Cengar. This is characterized by students' lack of enthusiasm for learning, feeling bored, going in and out of class, not paying attention to the teacher. This research aims to students' interest in learning in science subjects by implementing video based learning media in class V of SD N 017 Seberang Cengar. This research method uses a qualitative method with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The research res ults obtained were that student activity in cycle I increased from 50% to 59.3% in the quite good category. In cycle II, student activity increased from 78.1% to 93.7% in the very good category. And student interest in learning in cycle I from 2.00% to 2.25% in the good category. Meanwhile in cycle II it was 3.03% to 3.65% in the very good category. Thus, through the application of video based learning media, it can increase the interest in learning of class V students at SD N 017 Seberang Cengar.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the application of the bandongan method in learning Faraid science using the book I’natul Talib Fi’ Bidayati Ilmi Faraid written by Sayyid Ahmad bin Yusuf bin Muhammad Al-Ahdal which was considered less effective in increasing students’ understanding. The aim of the research is to describe the implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of a varied learning method that combines the bandongan method to improve the understanding of class XII students at MDMA Nurul Qarnain Baletbaru for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses qualitative methods with field and descriptive research types, to collect data through interviews, observation and documentation. As well as data analysis using the Miles Huberman technique, namely through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that teachers prepare teaching materials, semester plans and infrastructure, as well as apply the bandongan method and variations of the rote method to help strengthen understanding of the material, while the question and answer method and group discussion are applied at the end of the lesson to find out the extent of students’ understanding. Supporting factors are the availability of supporting books and special Islamic boarding school curricula, while inhibiting factors include limited allocation of learning time and a lack of learning aids such as understanding Arabic vocabulary and counting.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in the process of implementing Al-Qur'an Hadith learning is the lack of attractive learning methods or models used by teachers so that students do not understand the material taught by the teacher. The aim of this research is to describe the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model based on Snakes and Ladders Media, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model based on Snakes and Ladders Media in the Qur'an Hadith class XII class at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jembrana. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research are: 1. The application of the teams games tournament (TGT) type learning model based on snakes and ladders media is learning in groups of 4-6 people, training cohesiveness, understanding the material, developing thinking skills, a sense of respect and helping each other. There are 3 learning activities, namely: preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. Assessment includes: pretest, formative assessment and summative assessment. 2. Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the teams games tournament (TGT) type learning model based on snakes and ladders media. Supporting factors are the use of appropriate media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, students who are enthusiastic and enthusiastic and comfortable in learning activities. Inhibiting factors are different learning characteristics, students' lack of self-confidence and limited time for learning activities

Abstract

Employee well-being depends not only on material factors but also on psychological conditions and the social environment at work. This study explores psychological management strategies using a socio-emotional approach, emphasizing healthy interpersonal relationships, openness, and appreciation of diversity. Organizational leaders act as facilitators in creating a supportive work climate. The results show that effective communication and emotional support can enhance employees’ motivation, sense of belonging, and psychological well-being.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era has had a significant impact on the education and moral development of the younger generation, particularly students at MAS Plus Al-Ulum. Social media has become an important tool not only for communication but also for seeking information, expressing oneself, and shaping daily thought patterns and behaviors. This study aims to describe the process of internalizing Islamic moral values ​​through students' use of social media. The methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that social media can support moral learning when used wisely, such as by following educational accounts, engaging in polite discussions, and creating positive content. Teachers play a strategic role in guiding students so that their digital experiences reinforce Islamic values, including honesty, responsibility, caring, and social ethics. However, inappropriate use of social media can have negative impacts, such as the spread of unverified information. Therefore, the role of teachers and parents is crucial in guiding and supervising students' interactions in the digital world to ensure optimal moral internalization.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MAS Plus Al Ulum Medan plays an important role in shaping the religious and moral values of students. PAI learning is systematically designed with a holistic approach, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, thereby instilling spiritual awareness and noble character behavior in students’ daily lives. Through interactive learning methods, the inculcation of Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and respect can be realized concretely. Evaluation results show a significant improvement in students’ religious and moral attitudes, both within the school environment and in the wider community. Therefore, PAI learning at MAS Plus Al Ulum Medan has proven effective in shaping students’ character based on Islamic values.

Abstract

The development of character based on noble morals at MAS Al-Ulum Medan is a strategic effort to shape students who are not only academically excellent but also possess strong moral integrity. This program is designed through the integration of Islamic values into learning activities, daily routines, and exemplary behavior demonstrated by all members of the school community. Through a holistic approach that encompasses spiritual, emotional, and social aspects, the school is committed to instilling values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and respect for others. The results of this implementation show positive changes in students' attitudes and behaviors, which are reflected in their daily interactions both within and outside the school environment, thereby supporting the creation of a morally upright generation ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation and impact of regular Quran recitation activities for children in optimizing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to foster a Qur'anic generation in Bangun Sari Village, Setia Janji District, Asahan Regency. The activity was carried out through the Thematic Community Service Program of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra in September 2025, involving children, parents, community leaders, and students. This study applied a descriptive qualitative method, where information was collected through observation, interviews, and document searches. All information was then processed narratively to describe the process and findings that emerged. The results showed that the recitation activities went well and received community support. The program focused on tahsin, tahfidz, and the formation of religious character traits such as discipline and responsibility. Approximately 75% of participants experienced an improvement in their ability to read the Qur'an and memorize short surahs. In addition to strengthening religious values, this activity also fostered a spirit of community among the community, and for students, this program became a valuable experience in applying their knowledge and fostering social empathy.
