Abstract

Bersumber dari data International Labour Organization bahwa 2,78 juta pekerja di dunia meninggal setiap tahun karena kecelakaan saat bekerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Kondisi pencahayaan yang tidak terang dapat menyebabkan keluhan yaitu mata terasa mengantuk sebagai gejala umum dari kelelahan mata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuin intensitas pencahayaan di ruangan farmasi apakah sesuai standar Peraturan Kementrian Kesehatan nomor 7 tahun 2019. Metode penelitian adalah penilitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggambarkan pengukuran pencahayaan RS X yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode bilangan. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa ruangan Farmasi mempunyai 7 bagian yang hanya 1 ruangan yang pencahayaanya yang cukup diatas 200 lux.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang: Seiring  dengan  kemajuan  teknologi dan tuntutan  masyarakat dalam  hal  pelayanan,  maka  unit  penyelenggara pelayanan publik dituntut untuk memenuhi harapan masyarakat dalam melakukan pelayanan. Pelayanan publicyang dilakukan oleh aparatur pemerintah saat ini dirasakan belum memenuhi harapan masyarakat. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari  berbagai  keluhan  masyarakat  yang  disampaikan  melalui  media massa  dan  jejaring  sosial. Tujuan: Diketahui analisis indeks kepuasan Pasien Komplementer dalam pelayanan kesehatan, Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, pengolaan data dan pengambilan sampel murni berpedoman menurut PERMENPAN No 14 tahun 2017. sampel diambil accidental sampling. Periode penelitian adalah Februari - Mei  2023. Dengan jumlah sampel 152 responden. Hasil: karakteristik responden 80,3% berumur dewasa awal 26-35 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak perempuan 74,3%, pendidikan 74,3% sekolah menengah atas adapun pekerjaan wiraswasta 57,3%. nilai rata-rata terendah unsur kecepatan waktu dalam pelayanan sebesar 3,02 dengan kinerja kurang baik, sedangkan nilai tertinggi 3,27 pada unsur kemudahan prosedur pelayanan. Nilai indeks kepuasan dimana nilai rata-rata tertimbang 3,088 kemudian di konversi dengan nilai dasar  25 didapat nilai indeks 77,2  mutu pelayanan B kinerja unit  pelayananan Baik. Saran: berikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk pengunjung dengan di buktikan melayani dengan cepat ikhlas dalam bekerja serta bekerja secara professional.

Abstract

In an effort to prevent anemia in pregnant women, apart from providing iron tablets and their distribution system, the thing that has the most influence on the success of the iron supplementation program is the compliance of pregnant women in taking Fe tablets obediently according to the recommendations of health workers. The initial survey showed that 4 out of 10 respondents were not compliant in taking iron tablets. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and family support with adherence to consuming iron tablets at the Lubuk Begalung Health Center. This research design is an analytical method, using a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in the working area of the Lubuk Begalung Health Center in Padang which was carried out from 24 July - August 2023. In this study, pregnant women at the Lubuk Begalung Health Center in 2023, population 503 with 83 respondents. The results showed that most pregnant women (62.7%) had poor knowledge and most (65.1%) had poor family support. Statistical tests concluded that there was a significant relationship between knowledge p0.007 (p <0.05) and family support p0.035 (p <0.05) with compliance of pregnant women taking iron tablets at the Lubuk Begalung Health Center Padang. It is recommended that health services at the Lubuk Begalung Health Center provide counseling regarding knowledge and family support in the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets.

Abstract

One the factors that influence patient satisfaction is the communication that exists between health workers and patients, if the nurse does not provide good theraupetic communication it will cause the patient and family to feel dissatisfied. Communication plays an important role in running the health service process. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between nurse therapeutic communication in the work phase and patient satisfaction with nursing services in the inpatient room at the DR.Drs.M.Hatta Bukittinggi Brain Hospital. The research design is a cross sectional study. The study population was all patients in the inpatient room at the Bukittinggi Brain Hospital. The sampling technique is quota sampling with a total of 67 people. The research instrument is a therapeutic communication questionnaire sheet and a patient satisfaction questionnaire sheet. The results showed that the patient stated that the nurse's therapeutic communication in the working phase was good (85.1%) and the patient stated that he was satisfied with the nursing services in the inpatient room, namely 82.1%. The results of the Spearman rank statistic test showed that there was a relationship between the therapeutic communication of nurses in the work phase and patient satisfaction with nursing services in the inpatient ward of the DR.Drs.M.Hatta Bukittinggi Brain Hospital with a p value of 0.000 < p value 0.05.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition in which toddlers have less length or height when compared to children of their age. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and stunting in toddlers aged 12-59 months at Posyandu Kasih Ibu 2, Mata Air Village. This type of research is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional approach which was carried out at Posyandu Kasih Ibu 2 working areas of the Rawang Barat Health Center in July-August 2023. The study population was 37 people. This study used a questionnaire using the Total Sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents with the highest incidence of stunting were in the normal category of 23 (62.2%) children and the highest eating pattern was in the inappropriate category of 26 (70.3%) of toddlers with the result (p-value = 0.027). It is hoped that the community, especially mothers who have toddlers, must pay attention to fulfilling nutrition by determining the type of food, the amount of food and the frequency of eating according to the needs of children according to their age in providing the right diet so that the incidence of stunting in toddlers is reduced.

Abstract

The Animal Feed Company is one of the most influential industries in Indonesia that focuses on the chicken feed industry. Currently, the animal feed industry in Indonesia, especially chicken feed, is estimated to control 80% of the staple food, where chicken meat can be affordably purchased by both upper and lower classes of society. With a 24-hour production schedule and high potential hazards, the company has committed to implementing an Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) system in its work area. Evidence of the application of OHS includes meeting the needs of PPE, so that PPE supplies must also be managed properly to meet the PPE needs of each worker. In managing PPE inventory, companies can use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal purchase. EOQ not only calculates optimal purchases but can also find out safety stock, reorder points, and purchase frequency. The results of the calculation analysis of the 8 types of PPE used by the company obtained differences between before and after using the EOQ method, after calculating using the EOQ method, the optimal purchase results in fulfilling PPE in the form of safety helmets, the optimal purchase results were 152 pc orders, safety stock 52 pc and reorder point 94 pc. Meanwhile, for the system used by the previous company, there were frequent orders for large quantities, namely all workers, there was no safety stock.

Abstract

Introduction: The implementation of occupational safety and health is one form of effort to create a safe, healthy and prosperous work environment, free from work accidents and occupational diseases, and free of environmental pollution towards increased productivity including the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management. Methods: This study aims to see an overview of occupational safety management. The research was conducted in the cutting process at the Warship Division of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) in 2022. This research is an observational study. Data collection was carried out through observation, discussion, interviews and literature studies related to process flow and work environment measurements. Data analysis using the HIRADC method. Results: Based on the risk management of the cutting process in the Warship Division of PT PAL INDONESIA (Persero), there are 7 hazards that pose a risk. Risks have varying severity and frequency. The most frequent and severe type of risk is fire. Conclusion: The risk control that has been implemented is good, as evidenced by the decrease in the risk category in the residual risk, which is a low and medium risk category. PT PAL INDONESIA Warship Division is very committed in implementing risk control.

Abstract

Fire incidents in the workplace is something that is undesirable because it can cause suffering and loss to the agency and workers. Preparedness is important in protecting property and saving lives when a fire occurs. Based on the construction safety plan document at the Surabaya City Bridge X Toll Road Preservation Work Unit, there is a high risk of fire. This study is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional time approach. The sample in this study was 44 emergency response team respondents. The variables used are stakeholder collaboration and preparedness in dealing with fires using binary logistic regression analysis to see the influence between variables. This research was conducted at the Surabaya City Bridge X Toll Road Preservation Work Unit. The results of the study showed that 59.1% of emergency response teams said that stakeholder collaboration had been going well. From this study, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of stakeholder collaboration on preparedness in dealing with fires in the Surabaya City Bridge X Toll Road Preservation Work Unit with a p-value of 0.011.

Abstract

Ciplukan (Physalis Angulata L.) is a traditional medicinal plant from the Solanaceae family that is often used to cure skin infections. Ciplukan leaves (Physalis Angulata L.) have antimicrobial activity in preventing acne. The flavonoid and saponin content in ciplukan leaves plays an important role as cell wall permeability and causes cell death. Ciplukan leaves have also been shown to contain Flavonoid, saponin, tannin, and glycoside compounds. Objective: From this study - to determine the antibacterial activity of Bacillus Subtilis using ciplukan leaf extract (Physalis Angulata L.) with the maceration method, - to determine at what concentration the ciplukan leaf extract (Physalis Angulata L.) can inhibit the growth of Bacillus Subtilis bacteria. Method: This study used the maceration method and the disc method. The design of this study was to see the antibacterial activity test of Ciplukan leaf extract (Physalis Angulata L.) against Bacillus subtilis bacteria. Results: Ciplukan leaf extract (Physalis Angulata L.) has an inhibition zone against the growth of Bacillus subtilis bacteria with a concentration of 25% of 16.23 mm which is considered moderate, a concentration of 30% of 17.24 mm which is considered moderate, a concentration of 35% of 18.22 mm which is considered moderate, a concentration of 40% of 19.23 mm which is considered moderate, a positive control of ciprofloxacin of 20.21 mm which is considered strong.

Abstract

The quality of healthcare services reflects the alignment between the services provided and patient satisfaction. Health insurance, such as BPJS, is essential for providing health protection and fulfilling basic health needs. Patient satisfaction is a key indicator in measuring the quality of services, which is heavily influenced by service performance. If the service performance meets or exceeds patient expectations, satisfaction will be achieved. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction with BPJS in the outpatient unit of RSI Ibnu Sina Padang in 2024. The research method used is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach, with the population consisting of outpatient patients and a sample of 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The independent variable is the quality of BPJS healthcare services, and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. Spearman Rank test was used for data analysis with a significance level of p ≤ 0.05. The results show a p value of 0.012, indicating a significant relationship between the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction. Therefore, it is expected that the hospital will improve service and employee performance to increase patient satisfaction with the services provided.
