Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of simple linear regression and multiple regression in determining the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The research method used is quantitative analysis with statistical testing through regression analysis techniques. The data used in this study were obtained from observations and documentation related to the research variables. Simple linear regression is used to determine the effect of one independent variable on the dependent variable, while multiple regression is used to determine the simultaneous effect of two or more independent variables. The results show that the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that the regression model is able to explain the relationship between variables effectively. Thus, regression analysis can be used as an analytical tool in predicting and understanding the influence between variables in research

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media based on Gemini Artificial Intelligence integrated with the Problem Based Learning model for fifth-grade science learning at SD Inpres 2 Talise. The study employed a Research and Development method using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation development model. The research subjects consisted of one fifth-grade teacher, sixteen fifth-grade students, and a media expert validator. Data were collected through validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, and student interviews. The data were analyzed using a Likert scale and presented in percentage form. The results show that the developed learning media achieves a validity score of 98.1%, which is categorized as highly valid. The practicality test results indicate that the teacher response reaches 100% and the student response reaches 99.75%, both categorized as highly practical. The developed media creates a more engaging, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment and increases student participation in science learning activities. Therefore, the Gemini Artificial Intelligence-based learning media integrated with the Problem Based Learning model is suitable for use as an innovative digital learning medium in elementary school science education.

Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum demands digital transformation at all levels of education, including elementary schools in rural regions. This study aims to analyze the utilization of digital technology in Christian Religious Education (CRE) learning by teachers at UPTD SDN Air Panas, Pantar Tengah District, Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This study applied a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection was carried out through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with CRE teachers, and learning documentation. The results showed that teachers at SDN Air Panas utilized digital technology through audio-visual media of Bible stories on YouTube, mobile-based digital Bible applications (YouVersion), and semi-digital collaborative assignments. This utilization proved capable of increasing students' concentration, retention, and active engagement in reflecting on Christian faith values. However, the effectiveness of this integration is still hindered by geographical challenges in the form of unstable internet network constraints and the uneven distribution of school gadget infrastructure. This study recommends the need to strengthen offline-digital strategies and continuous theological-practical assistance for optimizing the quality of CRE in outermost, underdeveloped, and frontier areas.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is an essential foundation in learning English at the elementary school level. However, many students still experience difficulties in understanding and remembering vocabulary because learning activities tend to rely on conventional methods. This study aimed to analyze the effect of using mini flashcard media on the English vocabulary mastery of third-grade elementary school students. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using the nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 39 third-grade students of SDN Kepatihan Lamongan, including 20 students in the experimental class and 19 students in the control class. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, an independent samples t-test, and an N-Gain test. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The hypothesis test obtained a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.430 (p>0.05), indicating that the use of mini flashcards did not have a significant effect on students’ English vocabulary mastery. Nevertheless, the N-Gain score of 0.3791 indicated a moderate improvement. Therefore, mini flashcards have not been proven to produce a significant effect, but they have the potential to support more engaging vocabulary learning and moderately improve students’ vocabulary mastery.
