The Athletic Team in Banjarnegara Regency in facing the Central Java Students Athletic Championship (SAC) event has not been known the level of mental readiness because this is an international event that has only been held for the last two seasons. Mental Readiness is the most important thing in an athlete's performance in a match. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine the mental readiness of athletes in terms of motivation, self-confidence, anxiety and concentration. This study is a quantitative study with a survey design. The research analysis uses statistical analysis and descriptive exploration methods. The results of the analysis of the Mental Readiness of Athletic Athletes in Facing the Central Java Student Athletic Championship (SAC) Event are in the "high" category. This study is limited to the factors of motivation, self-confidence, anxiety and concentration. It is hoped that further research can add other psychological aspects. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the supporting factors in the mental readiness of athletic athletes include motivation factors in the "very high" category, self-confidence factors in the "high" category, anxiety factors in the "sufficient" category, and concentration factors in the "high" category. Suggestions in this study are that coaches must always monitor the mental readiness of athletes in every training to face a championship

The background of this study is that there is no research that comprehensively discusses the supporting and inhibiting factors of swimming learning in one study and there has been no related research conducted at SMP special sports classes. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of inhibiting factors for swimming learning in regular junior high schools and special sports classes. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach model. The data collection method is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 29. The results showed that (1) The supporting factors for swimming learning in regular junior high schools were in the moderate category with a percentage of 40.0%, while in special sports class junior high schools were in the moderate category with a percentage of 33.3%. (2) The inhibiting factors for swimming learning in regular junior high schools are in the moderate category with a percentage of 40.0%, while in special sports class junior high schools are in the moderate category with a percentage of 33.3%. The background of this study is FORKI as the basis for sports coaching to produce outstanding karate athletes. Achievement itself is influenced by many factors, one of which is psychological personality. Sports psychology requires personality to understand the personality characteristics of an athlete. This study aims to measure the level of aggressiveness and power of Karate Athletes in Forki Jepara Regency. This survey was conducted using a quantitative approach method. In this study, 17 PPAP athletes from Jepara Regency will be used as samples through purposive sampling techniques. As a data collection instrument, the author used the SPQ20 questionnaire which was disseminated online via a goog;e form consisting of 168 questions that looked at various elements such as achievement and competition, belief and toughness, interaction and sportsmanship, aggressiveness and power. The results of the research obtained for male and female athletes are in the same item, namely Aggressiveness has a score of 205 with an average of 3.66. Meanwhile, femaleathletes have a score of 270 with an average of 3,375. And Power has a score of 124 with an average of 3.54. Meanwhile, female athletes have a score of 174 with an average of 3.48. It can be concluded that the level of aggressiveness and power of karate athletes in FORKI Jepara Regency is high

Futsal is a sport that has a high intensity of movement. There are differences in physical conditions and disorders felt by male athletes and female athletes. Psychological disorders due to menstrual pain such as irritability, offence, fatigue and others will certainly affect managing emotions properly, so that indirectly emotions can be the reason for decreasing or increasing the performance of athletes. This study aims to determine the effect of menstrual pain on the emotional regulation of female student athletes during futsal training. This research method uses correlational quantitative research methods with simple linear regression analysis. With a population of athletes aged 15-18 years, 50 athletes as a sample. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis on the coefficient of determination test on the variables of menstrual pain and emotional regulation obtained an R Square value of 0.467 = 46.7%. So it can be concluded that in this study menstrual pain affects emotional regulation by 46.7% and the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined in this study.

Lack of mastery of agility is the cause of decreased achievement in male futsal players of SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training Ladder drill two feet step and Ladder drill icky shuffle on the agility of male futsal players SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo. This research uses quantitative research with experimental design using ‘two groups pretest-posttest design. The results of data analysis are the influence of the effect of training ladder drill two feet step and ladder icky shuffle on the agility of male futsal players SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo at the level of Sig < 0.05 and t count> t table. Ladder drill icky shuffle training is more significant in improving agility than Ladder drill two feet step training with a difference of 3.99% increase in agility. The conclusion of this study is that agility training with the Ladder drill two feet step training method and Ladder drill icky shuffle training has an effect on increasing the Male Futsal Players of SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo Year 2024. Ladder drill icky shuffle exercise is more significant than Ladder drill two feet step in improving agility in Male Futsal Players of SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo Year 2024

Passing accuracy plays an important role in the sport of futsal. This research aims to determine the effect of active triangular and rectangular passing exercises on passing accuracy in U16 Hawk Warrior Futsal Academy players in Purbalingga City 2024. This research is quantitative research using experimental methods, with a Matching Subject Design pattern. The results of the t test analysis in experimental group 1 obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 12,429 > t-table 2,262, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of active triangle passing training on passing accuracy in U16 Hawk Warrior Futsal Academy Purbalingga players. The results of the t-test analysis for experimental group 2 obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 9,798 > t-table 2,262, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of active rectangular passing training on passing accuracy in U16 Hawk Warrior Futsal Academy Purbalingga players. Based on the percentage increase, it can be concluded that accuracy with active triangle passing training (67.44%) has a greater increase than active rectangular passing training (40%). The conclusion of this research shows that the triangle active passing training model has a better effect than the rectangular active passing training model on increasing futsal passing accuracy

The main problem faced is the lack of students' lower and upper passing skills in volleyball. This study aims to develop an effective ‘Volleyball Chain Ball Game’ model in volleyball learning. This research is a type of development research using 10 stages of research based on instructions derived from Sugiyono's sources. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis, the development of the volleyball chain ball game was declared feasible to use. This is based on the results of the large-scale test which obtained a total percentage of 88.94%, which is in the ‘Very Good’ category. Thus, this volleyball chain ball game is feasible and can be implemented in learning PE at Junior High Schools.

The background in this study is that most of the MAN Tegal City futsal extracurricular participants have a low level of passing accuracy. This type of research is quantitative, the research design used is an experiment using quantitative descriptive data analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out which exercises are good to apply to passing accuracy. The research location was in the South Tegal Sports Building with 14 meetings with the instruments used in this study, namely the passing accuracy test. The results of this study are from 24 samples using total sampling in MAN Tegal City futsal extracurriculars. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the small side games training was higher than the Rondo exercise, it can be seen that the average score obtained in the Small Sided Games training was 6.42 with an increase of 40.17%, while for the Rondo training it was 5.33 with an increase of 20.59%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Small Sided Gamestraining is better to improve the passing accuracy results in the MAN Tegal City futsal extracurricular, compared to using Rondo training. The research in this thesis is based on improving the ability of passing accuracy through repetitive and regular practice which ultimately has a significant influence on players.

The education curriculum in Indonesia is always changing with the times.. The aim of this research is to find out how to implement the Merdeka Curriculum in Physical education subjects at SD Al Madina Wonosobo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the application of Physical education learning consists of 3 activities, first the introduction, then the core and the conclusion. Then there are obstacles, namely educators' lack of training, lack of teacher creativity in modifying learning facilities and infrastructure and mindset. So the efforts made to overcome these obstacles are by attending workshops, increasing the creativity of Physical education teachers and sharing to change mindsets in teaching. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the merdeka curriculum in Physical education learning at SD Al Madina Wonosobo has been carried out well. Starting from implementation, obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles, everything has gone well.

The background of this research problem is the lack of variation of PE learning models in State SLB in Tegal. The purpose of this study was to create and develop a 3L Healthy game product for physical fitness learning in State SLB in Tegal. This type of research is development research (Research and Development). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study show a modified 3L Healthy game product that goes through several stages, namely: 1) adaptive PE education expert validation test gets a percentage score of 82% (good), 2) small-scale test PE learning experts get a percentage score of 94% (very good), 3) the average score of small-scale test students is 79%, 4) large-scale test PE learning experts get a percentage score of 92% (very good), 5) ) the average score of large-scale test students is 88% (good). The development of a physical fitness learning model through modified games (3L Healthy) for State SLB students in Tegal is included in the good category and can be said to be suitable for use.
