Abstract

Interactive E-LKPD is an alternative media that can be used to support the learning process, consisting of materials and practice questions categorized as computer-based media because it requires a computer to operate, allowing students to independently enhance their understanding of the learning material.Interactive E-LKPD can make learning activities interactive, enjoyable, and have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes.This research aims to implement interactive E-LKPD that highlights the local wisdom of Paghau Baganduang in order to improve student learning outcomes in IPAS lessons for fourth-grade elementary school students.The research method used is an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design, conducted in the fourth grade of SDN 015 Pebaun Hilir.The data collection technique was conducted through pretests and posttests to determine the improvement in students' learning outcomes.The results of this study indicate an improvement in students' learning outcomes by 54.6%, with a pretest percentage of 26% and a posttest percentage of 80.6%.The N-gain score obtained was 0.74, categorized as "high."This study concludes that the use of E-LKPD based on local wisdom Paghau Baganduang can improve students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Indonesian Language Learning for Class XI IPA and XI IPS of SMA Negeri 10 Makassar is quite low due to the use of inappropriate learning media which results in students not understanding Indonesian Language learning, the role of learning media in the learning process is something that cannot be separated from the world of education. Isn't it true that with the existence of various learning media, students are able to have many choices of learning media that can be used in the learning process according to their personal characteristics. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of Powtoon Media on the Drama Text Skills of students in class XI MIPA 1 and class XI IPS 1. This study used the Quasi Experimental Design research method. The population in this study were all students of class XI MIPA and IPS at SMA Negeri 10 Makassar. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets and test instruments in the form of multiple choice questions to measure student learning outcomes with Pretest - Posttest Control group Design. The results of the study showed that the learning outcomes of students before being given treatment in learning Drama Texts for class XI MIPA 1 and XI IPS 1 obtained the same average value of 20. While the learning outcomes obtained after being given treatment obtained an average value of 19.53 (experimental class) with the help of powtoon media and 19.28 (control class) using power point media. Furthermore, the value obtained from the hypothesis test using the Independent Sample T Test. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is a significant influence on student learning outcomes in learning Drama Texts

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic education management in instilling character education for children at Al Kausar Orphanage in Sangatta Utara. The background of this research lies in the crucial role of religious social institutions in shaping the character of the younger generation, especially children living in orphanages. This research employs a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and surveys. The results show that the implementation of Islamic education management at Al Kausar Orphanage includes planning moral development programs, organizing the roles of caregivers and volunteers, executing activities based on habituation and role modeling, and conducting regular evaluations of the children’s character development. The main supporting factors include the commitment of the caregivers, a religious and caring environment, and community support, while the inhibiting factors involve limited human resources, operational funding constraints, and the psychological challenges faced by the children

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps to become a professional teacher in improving the quality of Muhammadiyah teacher learning at SD Muhammadiyah Harjowinangun. Professional teachers are required to have balanced pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the steps taken include: improving competency through training and workshops, strengthening character and integrity, implementing innovative learning methods, utilizing educational technology, and continuous evaluation and reflection on the learning process. These efforts have a positive impact on the quality of learning in the classroom, as seen from the increasing active participation of students and the achievement of learning outcomes. Thus, systematic efforts in building teacher professionalism contribute directly to improving the quality of education in the SD Muhammadiyah Harjowinangun environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of the outdoor learning method in teaching descriptive text writing to the female students of Class VII-C at Junior High School Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. The background of this research is based on the role of outdoor learning in providing solutions for both educators and students in the teaching and learning process, particularly in learning to write descriptive texts.This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using observation as the primary data collection technique, supported by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as evidence.The findings indicate that learning through the outdoor learning method successfully increased students' learning interest and comprehension of descriptive texts. By directly observing objects outside the classroom, students were able to write descriptions more quickly due to the real-life experiences they gained. Furthermore, conducting lessons outside the classroom created a more enjoyable learning atmosphere and encouraged students to be more active in participating in learning activities.Based on the questionnaire results, all students stated that the use of this method was helpful. Therefore, the outdoor learning method can be considered an effective alternative to improve students’ writing skills.

Abstract

The Biology learning process at SMAN 3 Cibeber still produces achievements that are not optimal, this condition is due to the application of a more dominant conventional learning process approach, where teachers often use lectures rather than actively involve students. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an experimental design to test the effect of the application of the sole learning process approach on students' academic activities and achievements. The subject of this study is grade XI students in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. A total of 25 students were selected for the experimental class and another 25 students for the control class. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with data collection through initial evaluation and final evaluation. The data obtained was analyzed using the paired sample T-test. The results of the analysis showed a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating a significant difference in the academic achievement of students in experimental classes that applied the sole learning process. The increase in students' cognitive academic achievement can be seen from the N-Gain value of 0.46 which is included in the medium category. These findings show that the application of the sole learning process in the excretory system learning process can increase both student engagement and academic achievement.

Abstract

This study examines the ability to write narrative texts of fifth grade students of SD N Ketiwijayan with qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and document analysis. narrative text is a form of writing that tells an event or incident by prioritizing the role of characters, arranged chronologically to provide a complete explanation or story, and aims to enrich the understanding of readers or listeners through a systematic sequence of time The results show that most students have good narrative writing skills, but there are still some who need improvement, especially in terms of spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure. Out of 13 students, 8 students have good writing skills, 3 students have sufficient skills, and 2 other students have poor skills. Common errors include the use of capital letters and sentence structure which still need to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of interactive learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 in improving the learning achievement of fourth grade students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with Thiagarajan's 4D development model, which includes the Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate stages. This research involved 56 fourth grade students of SD Kasongan as research subjects. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests, then analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research shows that the developed media has a very high level of feasibility based on the assessment of media experts (average score 4.4) and material experts (average score 4.38). In addition, the media was rated very practical based on positive responses from students (82%) and teachers (90%). The effectiveness analysis using statistical tests showed significant differences between the control class and the experimental class (Sig. 2-Tailed = 0.001), it was concluded that the developed media was effective in improving student learning achievement in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Classical Janger Dance activity in fostering an attitude of love for arts and culture in the youth organization Sekaa Teruna Teruni (STT) Tri Dharma Bakti Banjar Pesalakan, Pejeng Kangin Village, Tampak Siring, Gianyar, Bali. This study uses a qualitative research method and was held in Banjar Pesalakan. Data were obtained through direct observation and documentation regarding the profile of STT Tri Dharma Bakti and interviews with the Kelian of Banjar Pesalakan and the Classical Janger Dance instructor. The results indicate that the role of the Classical Janger Dance activity is as a form to introduce arts and Balinese songs, which contains moral learning values, good character and national character education. Concerns about the absence of the younger generation preserving Balinese arts and culture due to economic needs, becoming tourism actors, studying far from the village are the reasons that drive the desire of kelian banjar to form a Classical Janger Dance group for young people at STT. Indirectly, learning the Classical Janger Dance has a very important role in shaping the character of the younger generation, a tolerance, a mutual respect for one another, patience, fostering self-confidence, a spirit of mutual cooperation and fostering a love for the attitude of the younger generation, continuing and preserving the Classical Janger Dance. Thus, the younger generation of STT can play a role and preserve Balinese traditional arts so that they are not eroded by the waves of globalization that are currently developing rapidly.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental aspect of students' character formation and intelligence. One of the subjects that plays an important role in shaping historical understanding and Islamic values is the subject of SKI. However, in practice, history learning often faces various obstacles, both in terms of learning methods, student involvement and material understanding. This research aims to find out the influence of Mind Mapping media in improving students' learning outcomes in Islamic cultural history subjects at MAN 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study was quantitative by using an experimental approach with the design of the Quasi Experimental Design (Experimental All) using the Pre-Test Post-Test Non-Equivalent Control Design Group consisting of a control group and an experimental group treated differently. Research results: 1) using Mind Mapping media has a significant effect in improving student learning outcomes on the material of the History of Islamic Kingdoms in Java at MAN 2 Bogor City. This is indicated by the results of the t-test with a significance result of 0.011. 2) The effectiveness of Mind Mapping media is proven by the results of the N-Gain increase obtained in the control class by the less effective category. While in the control class it is quite effective.
