Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Muha'arah Extracurricular Activities have on Strengthening the Cognitive Aspects of Santri at Daarul Rahman III Islamic Boarding School. In this study the authors use quantitative research, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of research in the form of data and information related to the title to be studied. The data obtained by the author through the distribution of questionnaires, documentation, observations and interviews. In analyzing the data, the writer uses editing, scoring, data tabulation, data display, conclusing drawing/verification. The population in this study were students of class IX A Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman III who were taken randomly, amounting to 39 students. The results of this study indicate that the calculated r value is 0.645 and is included in the strong category. With a coefficient of determination (KD) of 41.7%. Thus this understanding proves that there is a positive influence between muha'arah extracurricular activities on strengthening the cognitive aspects of students at Daarul Rahman III Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Talking about child tantrums, of course the teacher also plays a big role in this. This is because development is a continuous process of change leading to maturity. Therefore, communication is very necessary in dealing with children with tantrums at school. Early childhood behavior is strongly influenced by the environment. So if children want to behave well, the environment must also be good. For parents and teachers, provide good behavior for children such as giving affection, love and dealing with children calmly and patiently. In addition, children should also be invited to speak with a sincere heart and soft and smooth language so that children get used to and imitate good things too. Tentrum occurs when a child's emotional development is hampered so that the child becomes frustrated and then expresses it through uncontrolled emotions and anger.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main factor in an agency. Whatever the purpose, the organizational structure is made based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out its mission it is managed and implemented by humans. In this study, the human resources meant are teachers, schools would really like to have teachers who have high performance, but in fact there are still some problems that are found that show low teacher performance, after observations found that supervision activities and teacher work ethic are considered to be factors that affect teacher performance. can improve the performance of Al-kausar boarding school teachers. This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of principal supervision on teacher performance, 2) The effect of teacher work ethic on teacher performance, 3) The influence of principal supervision and teacher work ethic on teacher performance.The approach used in this research is quantitative. The research location was conducted at Al-Kausar Boarding Shool Sukabumi with sampling technique. This technique includes saturated samples. Saturated sample is the determination of the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation, and interviews and questionnaires are distributed, one of which uses a form to the respondents. Then the hypothesis is tested by means of a simple regression test and then a multiple regression test. Based on statistical calculations 1) Principal's supervision has no effect on teacher performance at Al-Kausar Boarding School Sukabumi, this is evidenced by the results of the t test which obtains a t count of -1.426 which is smaller than the t table of 2.042, besides that there is also a significant value of 1, 61 is greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ho is accepted. 2) The work ethic of teachers affects the performance of teachers at Al-Kausar Biarding School Sukabumi, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.261 which is greater than t-table 2.042, besides that the significance value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis Ho is rejected. Principal supervision (X1) and teacher work ethic (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on the teacher performance variable (Y). Because the significance shows 0.003 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In addition, 24.1% teacher performance is influenced by the supervision of the principal and the teacher's work ethic together

Abstract

The development of science and technology (science and technology) is a challenge for Islamic education, especially when faced with the era of globalization which has been able to  cover the distance and  time between  various  countries  in  the  exchange of information and knowledge, especially in the field of Islamic education. The  purpose  of  this  study is  to  describe  and  analyze  (1)  digital-based  PAI learning planning, (2) digital media-based PAI learning implementation, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in digital-based learning at SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data includes triangulation and membercheck techniques. The results of the study show that 1) learning planning that refers to the syllabus set by the government (dikbud) and PAI teachers are active in developing lesson plans, digital media-based learning planning is a learning design that utilizes technology as a learning medium with a teaching strategy that is centered on students, 2)   SD   Muhammadiyah   Bojonggede   has   implemented   various   learning   models including: (1) discovery learning; and (2) problem based learning and inquiring and implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom have used various digital-based learning media, 3) Supporting factors include the role of teachers who master the competence of managing digital-based learning which is the main key to digital success and inhibiting factors in the online learning process sometimes the signal is not good, the limitations of students who have android cellphones and the absence of quotas besides that are difficulties in dealing with differences in the characteristics of students

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia still requires extra attention, both in terms of government policies and internal problems at the school level. The school as an organization is led by a principal who is authorized to apply a certain leadership style for the realization of the school's goals. To achieve the goals of national education and realize the vision of the school, factors are needed that can be successful ranging from leadership, educators, staff, infrastructure, work climate and several factors in it. So that the objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (2) To analyze how much influence the school organizational climate has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (3) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership and climate school organization of school productivity at SMPI Nuurshshibyan Cileungsi. This research uses a quantitative approach, using a descriptive study method, which is a method directed at solving problems by explaining or describing what the results of the study are, all populations are made into samples so that they are called saturated samples. The results of this study are; (1) The influence of transformational principal leadership on productivity was highly influential by 36.4%; (b) The organizational climate has a 34.5% influence on school productivity; and (c) For transformational principal leadership and the school's organizational climate both have a 72% effect on school productivity.

Abstract

The role of the media is very important in information technology like today. In the era of globalization, the emergence of information and communication technologies such as the internet, radio, television has opened up new opportunities for the development and process of spreading da'wah messages. The main purpose of the media is to make it easier for people to get information both in general and Islamically, this has become a necessity that cannot be separated from human life, and is also a very effective persuasive communication tool. This is a step forward if the media is used as a means to broadcast Islamic teachings more broadly. Mass media such as radio, television and the internet are the best alternative media for Islamic da'wah. Islamic broadcasting in the mass media can be conveyed to mad'u who see and listen to the good messages that will be conveyed, be it through lectures, cults, recitations, Islamic broadcasts and so on. Abstract

Islamic religious education is a learning carried out by a person or an educational institution which will later provide Islamic religious material in it. Islamic Religious training also does not escape importance of the national education system. It can be seen from the system of national education, which is based on Law No. 20 of 2003 which has provided breadth to Islamic religious education with all forms and models of learning in it. In Indonesia, Islamic religious education is a foundation and a strong basis to be able to instill Islamic valuesthrough the educational process. This is of course very related to Islamic religious education to national education. In connection with Islamic religious education which has the second position in the national education system, later it will be shown here that the position and position of the Islamic religious education system will affect the national education system, the reality of Islamic religious education and the various aspects that complement it.

Abstract

Education is a way of endeavor for every human being to seek a decent life to continue life in an increasingly advanced and developing era. Discussion related to education in the State of Indonesia, has been contained in Law no. 20 of 2003. In order to achieve the target of education, it is necessary to have a curriculum to assist and facilitate the educational process. The Minister of Education and Culture or Nadim Makarim has initiated a new curriculum called MBKM (Freedom Learning Campus Merdeka). The Independent Learning Curriculum has the goal of liberating education by liberating ways of thinking and liberating new innovations. Socialization related to the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program is also often carried out to be able to understand the concept of this curriculum. Understanding of Freedom to Learn on an Independent Campus needs to be deepened so that it can be realized as much as possible. Merdeka Learning Campus Learning is a program from the Minister of Education and Culture with the main vision of supporting students to have various abilities and understanding of various knowledge so that they are ready to be involved in the world of work. Permendikbud Number 3 of 2020 has explained regarding the National Higher Education Standards which discuss the MBKM policy. In some views, Merdeka Learning provides an opportunity for students to learn individually or independently and be responsible for themselves. Students are allowed to participate in the learning process that is carried out outside of their department on campus or other campuses in several types of activities. The participation of students in these activities has many positive values ​​and can provide learning experiences to prepare them for facing life in the future. In order for this learning experience to materialize, it is hoped that good cooperation between universities and the industrial/business world and the government is expected. The collaboration was initiated within the framework of developing the professionalism of the academic community. The study in this research uses a literature study approach which has the possibility of providing reference material in other research to serve as a basis for research related to MBKM.

Abstract

This research is set against the backdrop of the increasing number of unemployed and the declining Indonesian economy during the Covid 19 pandemic, and the number of women who cannot do an activity that produces. So the author conducted a study with the title Effectiveness of Sewing Training With Machines In Increasing Women's Productivity During the Covid 19 Pandemic (UPT Case Study). Deli Serdang Work Training Center), The aim to find out the training at BLK Lubuk Pakam is already effective to increase women's productivity and reduce the number of unemployed. The results showed: 1) the participants took sewing training because they wanted to hone their skills to be proficient in sewing and increase their income. 2) All participants understand what is taught during training even now they also still remember the materials provided during training. 3) Many benefits are provided after participating in Sewing With Machine training at BLK Lubuk Pakam. 4) Sewing With Machine training at BLK Lubuk Pakam the participants have 70% got a job and opened a small business at home, if viewed as a whole, and understand the materials provided to date, benefits in everyday life. If viewed from the whole can be concluded Sewing Training With Machinery in BLK Lubuk Pakam is already effective and needs improvement so that the quality of the workforce is better and can reduce the unemployment rate.

Abstract

Aqidah moral education is a means in the formation of a good personality. The formation of personality that is applied in schools is needed to instill an understanding in a child, that a good personality will produce good character, all forms of attitude and behavior, both good and bad, will become a moral person, the responsibility of every human being in everyday life. in this world and in the hereafter. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of moral aqidah education on the personality of fifth grade students at MIS Mathlail Khoir, this type of research uses quantitative research methods that are descriptive analysis with a total sample of 54 students and the sampling technique is Saturated Sampling as many as 54 students who assigned to students. These instruments are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The method of data analysis was carried out by a simple linear regression technique. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results of the study indicate that the education of moral aqidah and personality of the students in the school is said to be high with a mean value of X 52.93 while Y 43.80. And it shows that there is a significant influence between moral aqidah education on students' personality from the regression equation obtained by Y' = 7.419 + 0.687 X showing that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 34.8% while 65.2% is influenced by by other variables not examined.
