Abstract

Human resource (HR) development is a key element in supporting the success of organizations, including educational institutions. However, the challenges of modernization and globalization require human resources who are not only technically competent, but also have strong moral and ethical values. This research aims to analyze the urgency of human resource development in the educational context, with a focus on improving the quality of teaching staff through training, learning innovation and effective leadership. The method used in this research is a literature review based on descriptive analysis to integrate theory and empirical findings related to human resource development in the education sector. The research results show that human resource development contributes to increasing teacher competence, preparing a competency-based curriculum, and implementing interactive learning methods. In addition, human resource development strengthens the role of religion in building the morality of teaching staff as an effort to fight the challenges of globalization and social change. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of planning strategies in human resource development programs that focus on continuous learning, innovation and collaboration. Thus, superior educational human resources can play an optimal role in improving the quality of education and building a young generation that is adaptive to global change.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of Market Day activities in strengthening student profiles related to Pancasila values in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and document analysis. Research findings show that Market Day can effectively introduce, internalize and apply Pancasila values to students. Apart from that, this activity also facilitates the development of social skills, entrepreneurship, and the courage to innovate. The implications of this research provide an important contribution to character education at the elementary level and guide other schools that wish to implement similar strategies in increasing understanding and appreciation of Pancasila values among students.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of a problem-solving design-based Arabic language learning approach in improving students' language skills. The scope of the research covered intermediate level students in a junior high school in Indonesia. The method used was a qualitative approach with a classroom action research design, which involved observation, interviews and document analysis to collect data. The results show that the application of this approach can significantly improve students' learning motivation and Arabic language skills. Students showed improvement in speaking, listening, reading and writing skills through activities designed to solve real problems. In addition, the interaction between students during the learning process also strengthens their understanding of the Arabic language. The conclusion of this research confirms that the problem-solving design-based learning approach is not only effective in improving Arabic language skills, but also encourages students to think critically and creatively. Therefore, this approach is recommended to be applied more widely in Arabic language teaching at various levels of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the techniques and methods used in the transmission of Hadith, as well as the conditions that must be fulfilled in the process of transmission. The research employs a library research method, examining various literature and reliable sources related to the transmission of Hadith. The primary focus of this study is to understand the different techniques of Hadith transmission, whether it involves transmission through exact wording (oral transmission) or through meaning (translation or interpretation), as well as to identify the conditions required for a Hadith to be accepted as a valid narration. In the transmission of Hadith, several methods are used, including As-Sima' (direct hearing), Al-Qiroah (reading), Al-Ijazah (permission to transmit), Al-Munawalah (providing written works or books), Al-Mukatabah (written communication), Al-I'lam (notification without permission), Al-Washiyah (written will), and Al-Wijdan (finding narrations in books). The results of this study show that each transmission method has its own characteristics and role in maintaining the authenticity and authority of Hadith. Additionally, conditions such as the integrity of the narrators, the consistency of the chain of narrators (sanad), and the alignment of the Hadith text (matan) with historical facts are crucial in ensuring the validity of accepted narrations. In conclusion, a deep understanding of the techniques, methods, and conditions for Hadith transmission is essential to preserving the authenticity of Islamic teachings and passing down the legitimate knowledge to future generations.

Abstract

This study discusses the types and application of qualitative research methods in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) research. The scope of the study includes four types of qualitative research: case studies, grounded theory, phenomenology, and ethnography. The purpose of the study is to explain these types and their application in the context of Islamic Religious Education. The research method used is library research with data collection techniques in the form of literacy and content analysis. The results of the study show that the four methods have different characteristics and applications in Islamic Religious Education. Case studies are suitable for understanding specific phenomena, grounded theory for developing new theories, phenomenology for revealing the meaning of experience, and ethnography for understanding culture in the context of Islamic Religious Education. In conclusion, qualitative research methods are very relevant in Islamic Religious Education research to explore deep meanings and contexts related to religious values ​​and educational practices.

Abstract

This research examines the development of library research methods which aim to identify, analyze and synthesize information from various written sources, such as scientific journals, books and related documents. The research approach involves exploration of the literature through academic databases such as Google Scholar and Scopus, as well as thematic, chronological and methodological analysis to identify research patterns, trends and gaps. This method offers high flexibility in various fields of knowledge, both social, technological and scientific. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach to identify main themes, a chronological approach to understand research development, and a methodological approach to compare methods used in previous studies. As a result, this research succeeded in identifying patterns, trends and research gaps that can be used as a basis for further research. This study also illustrates the application of literature methods to the analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in higher education, demonstrating the benefits of AI in increasing the personalization of learning as well as teaching efficiency, despite the challenges of technology adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of quantitative research methods in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Quantitative research methods have been widely used to evaluate the learning process, curriculum effectiveness, and factors that influence PAI learning achievement. This article discusses the advantages, limitations, and recommendations for the application of this method in the context of PAI. The results show that quantitative research methods provide strong empirical data to support decision making in education. A descriptive analytical approach is used to analyze various literature that discusses the application of quantitative methods in the context of Islamic religious education. The research results show that this method is superior in producing measurable, accurate and generalizable data. Other advantages include the ability to systematically test hypotheses through statistical analysis. However, its limitations lie in its reliance on basic assumptions and lack of flexibility in understanding complex and dynamic phenomena. In the context of Islamic religious education, quantitative methods are very relevant for evaluating data-based policies and increasing the effectiveness of the learning process. This research recommends integrating quantitative methods with qualitative approaches to enrich understanding and provide more holistic results.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the position and function of theory as well as literature reviews in qualitative research. The problem identified is a lack of understanding and effective application of theory and literature in various types of research, which can hamper the quality of research results. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of theory and literature in supporting methodological design, data collection and qualitative interpretation of research results. This research method takes the form of an in-depth literature review, referring to various theoretical and empirical sources regarding research methodology. This research explores how theory is used inductively in qualitative research to develop contextual understanding. The research results show that theory acts as a conceptual framework that helps researchers understand phenomena and develop targeted research designs. Additionally, literature reviews serve to identify research gaps, strengthen the validity of findings, and support the development of new insights. In conclusion, good integration of theory and literature will increase the validity and contribution of research to science.

Abstract

The study of Islamic ethics and moral philosophy has great significance in understanding the application of religious values and morality in individual and community life. In the Islamic tradition, ethics plays a role as a guide to behavior as well as a manifestation of the purpose of life to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter that is blessed by Allah SWT. The concept of Islamic ethics is a concept that integrates the theory of obligation (deontology) and morality (morals). This concept integrates the theory of obligation (deontology) which focuses on moral rules and the theory of virtue (virtue ethics) which focuses on character development. This research aims to explore the relationship between the theories of obligation and virtue within the framework of Islamic ethics, as well as assess their relevance in addressing modern moral challenges, such as social justice, the environment, and politics. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method, involving primary sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and classical Islamic literature, and comparing with Western moral theories. The results of the study show that Islamic ethics is holistic, uniting the obligations of Sharia with the development of noble morals. It offers flexible and universal moral guidance, is relevant to address global issues, and opens opportunities for constructive dialogue between Islamic ethics and contemporary moral philosophy.

Abstract

This study examines the role of parental upbringing in shaping children as Qur’an memorizers in Citeureup District, Bogor Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, focusing on parental upbringing patterns in forming Qur’an memorizers in Puspasari village and Puspanegara sub-district, Citeureup District. Data sources were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The findings reveal that authoritarian and democratic parenting styles are the primary approaches implemented. The authoritarian style emphasizes discipline through strict rules, while the democratic style focuses on balancing freedom and emotional support. Both styles are effective with their respective strengths: the authoritarian style supports the achievement of memorization targets through discipline, whereas the democratic style fosters intrinsic motivation and harmonious relationships between parents and children. The study also found that selecting a parenting style must consider the child’s individual characteristics to achieve optimal results. Furthermore, proportional control and consistency in parenting application are key to successfully nurturing Qur’an memorizers. The implications of this research highlight the importance of collaboration between parents, teachers, and educational institutions in supporting Qur’an education processes. Recommendations are provided for parents to integrate authoritarian and democratic approaches flexibly, for educational institutions to provide Islamic parenting training, and for future researchers to explore the long-term impact of parenting on children’s education.
