Jurnal ini berfokus pada publikasi hasil penelitian, kajian teoretis, dan tinjauan konseptual dalam bidang pendidikan serta pengajaran di semua jenjang pendidikan. Lingkup topik yang diangkat mencakup berbagai isu yang relevan, mulai dari pendidikan dan pengajaran di sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah, hingga pendidikan tinggi. Abstract

This research examines how deictic markers in Adele’s well‑known song "Someone Like You" generate emotional significance through a semantic lens. Using a mixed approach that combines qualitative identification and quantitative frequency counts, the study isolates five categories of deixis—person, temporal, spatial, discourse, and social—within the lyric text. The analysis tracks how each type shifts its reference according to the song’s narrative context and maps those shifts onto the emotional states expressed across verses, chorus, bridge, and outro. The findings show that person deixis (I, you, someone) appears most often, building both intimacy and psychological distance. Temporal markers (never mind, sometimes) evoke nostalgia and regret, while spatial terms (here, there) mark emotional separation. Discourse connectors (but, so, and) weave the lyrical fragments into a coherent story, and a clear shift in deictic center moves the listener’s perspective from observer to dialogue participant to solitary reflector. These results confirm that deixis operates as a core semantic device for constructing affective meaning in popular music, directly answering the research questions about how context‑dependent reference produces the song’s emotional arc from longing to acceptance. Practically, songwriters and music educators can apply deictic mapping to enhance emotional storytelling or to teach language‑emotion interplay in lyrics. Future comparative studies across musical genres or languages are suggested to test the generalizability of these patterns.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era is currently confronted with multifaceted challenges, primarily the escalation of moral degradation and identity crises triggered by the pervasive integration of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This study aims to critically analyze and formulate strategic frameworks for implementing PAI values that remain adaptive to modern demands while preserving the ontological essence of spirituality and character integrity. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this research synthesized 20 high-quality scientific articles published within the last five years to ensure data actuality and relevance. The analysis proposes a "Synthesis Model" that bridges the gap between traditional Islamic pedagogical ethics and contemporary technological disruptions through a systemic approach involving input, process, and output components. The findings reveal that effective transformation is achieved through the reorientation of the curriculum toward a holistic-integrative model, where ethics-based digital literacy is organically merged with core theological subjects. Furthermore, technology is repositioned as a wasilah (strategic medium) to strengthen spiritual connections rather than a mere administrative tool. This study concludes that the future of Islamic education depends on its capacity to maintain a precise equilibrium between technological functionalism and spiritual depth, ultimately cultivating a generation that is digitally proficient, morally resilient, and capable of demonstrating religious moderation in a globalized society. This integration of values, specifically by adopting universal Quranic principles as social solutions, serves as a crucial foundation for the realization of the insan kamil who is resilient in facing the currents of globalization.

Abstract

The low level of student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut stem from conventional instructional patterns. Over-reliance on the lecture method without varied media support makes the internalization of moral values less dynamic. Therefore, this study is presented to the effectiveness of Edpuzzle as a digital solution in transforming students' cognitive processes within the learning environment. This research employs a quantitative approach with nonequivalent control group design on 40 class IX students. Data were comprehensively gathered via observation and learning outcome tests, which was then statistically tasted through the independent sample t-test and N-Gain analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. The analysis revealed significant findings; there is a distinct difference in student learning efficacy between the experimental classes, and the control class, with a significance value reaching 0.000. Through Edpuzzle's interactive features, the experimental class achieved learning outcome improvements in the high category, far exceeding the control class’s moderate rating. This substantiates that Edpuzzle acts as an effective catalyst, not just a technical tool, for enhancing academic achievement in Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

This study examines the internalization of religious moderation values through religious activities at TPQ At-Taqwa Purbalingga as a nonformal Islamic educational institution that plays a role in shaping students’ religious character from an early age. The study aims to analyze the process of internalizing religious moderation and the implementation of the four indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, namely national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodative attitudes toward local culture. This study employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. The formal object of this study is the internalization of religious moderation, while the material object focuses on religious activities conducted at TPQ At-Taqwa Purbalingga within the context of nonformal Islamic education. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the internalization of religious moderation is carried out through social habituation, teachers’ role modeling, collective interaction, and contextual religious experiences in the students’ daily lives. The four indicators of religious moderation are reflected in activities such as ziarah masyayikh and tadabbur alam, talaqqi learning and collective prayers, dialogical conflict resolution, and the use of Javanese Krama Halus in classroom interaction. This study concludes that TPQ functions not only as a space for Qur’anic learning but also as a strategic socio-religious environment for fostering moderate, tolerant, and adaptive students through experiential learning and social habituation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the nature and function of Islamic educational institutions in shaping insan kamil from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. This research is motivated by the gap between the ideal objectives of Islamic education, which emphasize the formation of a complete human being, and the reality of educational practices that tend to focus on cognitive aspects and pragmatic needs. This study employs a qualitative approach with a library research method by analyzing relevant classical and contemporary literature. The results show that the essence of Islamic educational institutions lies in their role as a means of developing human potential in an integrated manner, encompassing intellectual, spiritual, and moral dimensions. Islamic educational institutions function not only as a medium for the transmission of knowledge but also as a vehicle for value internalization and character formation. The concept of insan kamil becomes the primary orientation, requiring a balance between intellect, spirit, and physical aspects. However, in practice, there is still a reduction in the function of Islamic educational institutions, which tend to prioritize academic achievement alone. Therefore, a reconstruction of philosophical understanding is necessary so that Islamic educational institutions can optimally perform their role in shaping holistic human beings. This study provides a conceptual contribution in strengthening the philosophical foundation of Islamic education and serves as a critical reflection for its development in the modern era.

Abstract

School libraries play a vital role in supporting the learning process and improving students' reading skills. However, library management at SMP Negeri 1 Bojong is still manual, resulting in ineffective and inefficient administrative services. Limited facilities, limited book collections, and the lack of a digital system contribute to low student reading interest. Therefore, digital transformation is needed to improve the quality of school library services. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe the current manual-based library management at SMP Negeri 1 Bojong. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with the head librarian, staff, and relevant teachers. The results indicate that the SMP Negeri 1 Bojong library is still manually managed, resulting in ineffective administration, services, and collection data collection. Limited professional staff, facilities, and book collections also contribute to low student reading interest. However, the library has recognized the importance of digital transformation to improve service quality, management efficiency, and student literacy development. This research shows that the library at SMP Negeri 1 Bojong is still manually managed, with limited professional staff, administrative systems, facilities, and book collections. This situation results in suboptimal library services, resulting in low student reading interest. Therefore, digital transformation is a crucial step to improve management effectiveness, service quality, and student literacy development at the school.
