Abstract

Kota Banjarmasin menjadi salah satu kawasan perkotaan dengan tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kerentanan wilayah terhadap bencana banjir. Kota Banjarmasin melalui metode skoring sederhana berlandaskan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Parameter yang dianalisis mencakup curah hujan, jarak dari sungai, jenis tanah, kemiringan lahan, ketinggian lahan, dan penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh dari sumber sekunder yang diolah secara spasial melalui tahapan klasifikasi, pemberian skor, dan proses overlay guna menghasilkan peta kerawanan banjir. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah Kota Banjarmasin termasuk dalam kategori rawan hingga sangat rawan banjir. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh tingginya curah hujan, topografi yang datar, ketinggian lahan yang rendah, dominasi tanah aluvial, serta penggunaan lahan yang didominasi oleh permukiman dan sawah. Kombinasi faktor-faktor tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya infiltrasi dan tingginya limpasan permukaan, sehingga meningkatkan potensi genangan dan banjir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya mitigasi yang terintegrasi melalui pengelolaan drainase, pengendalian penggunaan lahan, serta peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat guna mengurangi risiko banjir di Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Music education plays a strategic role in shaping character and fostering national values in Indonesia. This article aims to explore how music education can serve as a medium to internalize the values of Pancasila as the state foundation while simultaneously strengthening students’ character. The research method employed is a literature review of recent books and academic journals related to music education, music psychology, ethnomusicology, and music technology, with a focus on integrating Pancasila values. The findings indicate that music functions not only as an aesthetic medium but also as an effective tool for cultivating ideological awareness, discipline, cooperation, and patriotism. Furthermore, the use of creative and technology-based learning methods enhances students’ engagement in understanding Pancasila values contextually. This study implies that music education integrated with Pancasila values can serve as an important instrument for nation-building and support a national curriculum oriented toward strengthening national values. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan musik dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai dasar negara, sekaligus memperkuat karakter peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur (literature review) terhadap buku dan jurnal akademik terbaru terkait pendidikan musik, psikologi musik, etnomusikologi, serta teknologi musik, dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa musik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana estetika, tetapi juga efektif dalam membangun kesadaran ideologis, disiplin, kerja sama, dan cinta tanah air. Selain itu, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan berbasis teknologi musik memperkuat keterlibatan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila secara kontekstual. Artikel ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pendidikan musik yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat menjadi instrumen penting dalam pembentukan karakter bangsa, sekaligus mendukung kurikulum pendidikan nasional yang berorientasi pada penguatan nilai kebangsaan. Abstract

Companies need to pay attention to determining the appropriate method for valuing merchandise inventory, which is useful for ascertaining the inventory value in a certain period and for determining the cost of goods sold (COGS) that will ultimately impact the company’s profit acquisition. Inventory is a vital element in a store's operational activities. Proper inventory management will help the company maintain service continuity to customers, reduce the risk of stockouts, and optimize storage costs. Inventory is an important component in store operations that affects the smooth flow of service and financial recording. This study aims to analyze the ending inventory value, cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross profit at Toko Singer using three inventory valuation methods: FIFO (First-In, First-Out), LIFO (Last-In, First-Out), and Average (rata-rata). The data used is the sales and purchase data of cooking ingredients during February 2025. The analysis results indicate that the FIFO method yields the lowest ending inventory value at Rp7,000,000, the highest COGS at Rp41,500,000, and the lowest gross profit at Rp8,000,000. The LIFO method provides the highest ending inventory value at Rp8,000,000, the lowest COGS at Rp40,500,000, and the highest gross profit at Rp9,000,000. The Average method produces intermediate values between the two other methods, with an ending inventory of Rp7,461,400, COGS of Rp41,038,600, and a gross profit of Rp8,461,400. Based on the comparative results, the FIFO method is recommended as the best method to be implemented at Toko Singer because it better reflects the actual physical flow of goods, consistent with the practice of retail stores selling consumer goods. Despite resulting in a lower reported profit, this method is considered more accurate and aligns with applicable accounting standards. The selection of the appropriate method will affect the financial statements, especially in recording the cost of goods sold and the ending inventory value. It is essential for business actors, including small and medium-sized stores, to understand the impact of each method on their accounting information system and business financial performance.   Keywords : Average, FIFO, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, LIFO, Inventory.   Abstrak Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan dalam menentukan metode yang tepat untuk penilaian persediaan barang dagang yang berguna untuk mengetahui nilai persediaan barang dagang pada periode tertentu dan untuk menentukan harga pokok penjualan barang dagang yang nantinya akan berdampak pada perolehan laba perusahaan. Persediaan barang merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam kegiatan operasional suatu toko. Pengelolaan persediaan yang tepat akan membantu perusahaan menjaga kontinuitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan, mengurangi risiko kehabisan stok, serta mengoptimalkan biaya penyimpanan. Persediaan barang merupakan komponen penting dalam operasional toko yang mempengaruhi kelancaran pelayanan dan pencatatan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai persediaan akhir, harga pokok penjualan (HPP), dan laba kotor pada Toko Singer dengan menggunakan tiga metode penilaian persediaan, yaitu FIFO (First In First Out), LIFO (Last In First Out), dan Average (rata-rata). Data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan dan pembelian bahan masakan selama bulan Februari 2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode FIFO menghasilkan nilai persediaan akhir terendah sebesar Rp7.000.000, HPP tertinggi sebesar Rp41.500.000, dan laba kotor terendah sebesar Rp8.000.000. Metode LIFO memberikan nilai persediaan akhir tertinggi sebesar Rp8.000.000, HPP terendah sebesar Rp40.500.000, serta laba kotor tertinggi sebesar Rp9.000.000. Metode Average menghasilkan nilai tengah dari kedua metode lainnya, dengan persediaan akhir sebesar Rp7.461.400, HPP sebesar Rp41.038.600, dan laba kotor sebesar Rp8.461.400. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan, metode FIFO direkomendasikan sebagai metode terbaik untuk diterapkan di Toko Singer karena lebih mencerminkan arus keluar-masuk barang secara nyata, sesuai dengan praktik toko ritel yang menjual barang konsumtif. Meskipun menghasilkan laba lebih rendah, metode ini dianggap lebih akurat dan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Pemilihan metode yang tepat akan mempengaruhi laporan keuangan, terutama dalam pencatatan harga pokok penjualan dan nilai akhir persediaan. Penting bagi pelaku usaha, termasuk toko-toko skala kecil dan menengah, untuk memahami dampak dari masing-masing metode terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi dan performa keuangan usaha mereka.   Kata Kunci: Average, FIFO, Harga Pokok Penjualan, Laba Kotor, LIFO, Persediaan.

Abstract

Music is an effective medium for shaping character and instilling the values of Pancasila in students. This study employs a literature review method to examine the role of music in developing nationalism and Pancasila-based character. Data were collected from relevant books and academic journals, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to synthesize findings from various sources. The results indicate that music, both traditional and modern, can strengthen patriotism, foster cooperation, and instill moral and national values comprehensively. Music education integrated with Pancasila values can serve as an effective learning model to develop students with strong character and a sense of nationalism. Keywords: music, Pancasila, character, nationalism, education Abstrak Musik merupakan salah satu media yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk meninjau peran musik dalam pembentukan jiwa nasionalisme dan karakter Pancasila. Data dikumpulkan dari buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif untuk menyintesiskan temuan-temuan dari berbagai literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa musik, baik tradisional maupun modern, dapat memperkuat rasa cinta tanah air, menumbuhkan sikap gotong royong, serta menanamkan nilai moral dan kebangsaan secara menyeluruh. Pendidikan musik yang dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk membentuk peserta didik yang berkarakter dan berjiwa nasionalis. The Effect of Deep Learning Instructional Management and Classroom Management Skills on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Junior High School Students in North Langowan District. Supervised by Prof. Dr. Jeffry SJ Lengkong, M.Pd and Dr. Zoya F. Sumampouw, M.Pd. Master's Program in Educational Management, Graduate School, Manado State University. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of deep learning instructional management on the mathematics learning outcomes of junior high school students in North Langowan District, (2) the effect of classroom management skills on the mathematics learning outcomes of junior high school students in North Langowan District, and (3) the effect of deep learning instructional management and classroom management skills simultaneously on the mathematics learning outcomes of junior high school students in North Langowan District. The population of this study consisted of all students of SMP Negeri 3 Langowan and SMP Negeri 9 Langowan, totaling 160 students. The sample consisted of 61 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) deep learning instructional management has an effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes by 50.22%, (2) classroom management skills have an effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes by 56.44%, and (3) deep learning instructional management and classroom management skills simultaneously have an effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes by 64.2%. Supervisor II: Prof. Dr. Henny Nikolin Tambingon, M.Pd. This study aims to analyze the influence of principal managerial competence and teacher work motivation on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Airmadidi. The research problem is motivated by several indicators of low teacher performance, such as a lack of variety in teaching methods, low initiative in self-development, and delays in completing instructional administration. These conditions highlight the need for the principal's leadership role and an increase in teacher motivation to support performance improvement. This study employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all 40 Civil Servant (ASN) teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Airmadidi. Data collection was conducted through Likert-scale questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that principal managerial competence has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, with a t-count of 3.067 > t-table 2.051 and a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. Teacher work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, with a t-count of 4.282 > t-table 2.051 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Furthermore, simultaneously, principal managerial competence and teacher work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance with an F-count (9.97) > F-table (3.35) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that principal managerial competence and teacher work motivation play a crucial role in improving teacher performance. Therefore, principals are expected to continuously enhance their managerial skills in managing schools and provide support that can boost teacher motivation, thereby improving the quality of learning in schools. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of internship experience and task commitment on students' career readiness. This research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study consisted of students of SMK Negeri 3 Bitung, with a sample of 36 respondents. The variables examined in this research include Internship Experience (X1), Task Commitment (X2), and Career Readiness (Y). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, including the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that internship experience and task commitment have a positive relationship with students' career readiness. The regression analysis shows that internship experience has a significant effect on career readiness with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, while task commitment also has a significant effect on career readiness with a significant value of 0.020 < 0.05. Simultaneously, internship experience and task commitment significantly influence career readiness with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.498, which means that both variables explain 49.8% of the variance in career readiness. Supervisors: (1) Prof. Dr. Shelty DM Sumual, M.Si, (2) Prof. Dr. Joulanda AM Rawis, M.Pd. This research is motivated by the critical role of instructional leadership and educators' emotional maturity in enhancing the quality of learning. The study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance; (2) the influence of Social-Emotional Competence on Teacher Performance; and (3) the simultaneous influence of both Principal Leadership and Social-Emotional Competence on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan.The research method employed is quantitative with a causal-associative approach. The population for this study consists of all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan, totaling 30 individuals. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using Product Moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software.The results indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance, with a t_count of 3.067 > t_table of 2.051 and a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of Social-Emotional Competence on Teacher Performance, with a t_count of 4.282 >t_table of 2.051 and a significant value of <0.05; (3) simultaneously, Principal Leadership and Social-Emotional Competence significantly influence Teacher Performance, contributing 58% to the teacher performance variable, while the remaining 42% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that effective principal leadership, supported by teachers' social-emotional maturity, is a key factor in optimizing teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam arus sejarah bangsa Indonesia dan relevansinya terhadap pembelajaran Pendidikan Musik di era kontemporer. Nilai-nilai Pancasila yang terkandung dalam sila-sila dasarnya—Ketuhanan, Kemanusiaan, Persatuan, Kerakyatan, dan Keadilan—merupakan fondasi ideologis yang dapat diinternalisasikan melalui pendekatan seni, khususnya musik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis historis-pedagogis. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah dokumen, kajian pustaka, serta analisis konten terhadap kurikulum pendidikan musik dan repertoar musik tradisional maupun kontemporer Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik sebagai medium ekspresi budaya memiliki potensi besar dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada peserta didik. Lagu-lagu kebangsaan, musik daerah, dan komposisi kontemporer yang bertemakan nasionalisme terbukti mampu membangun kesadaran kebangsaan, toleransi, dan semangat persatuan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran pendidikan musik bukan sekadar strategi pedagogis, melainkan upaya nyata dalam membentuk karakter bangsa yang berjiwa Pancasila. The values embedded in Pancasila's five principles—Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice—constitute an ideological foundation that can be internalized through the arts, particularly music. The study employs a qualitative methodology with a literature review and historical-pedagogical analysis approach. Data were collected through document analysis, literature review, and content analysis of music education curricula as well as traditional and contemporary Indonesian musical repertoires. The findings indicate that music, as a medium of cultural expression, holds significant potential for instilling Pancasila values in students. National anthems, regional folk music, and contemporary compositions with nationalist themes have demonstrated their capacity to foster national awareness, tolerance, and the spirit of unity. This research concludes that integrating Pancasila values into music education is not merely a pedagogical strategy but a genuine effort to shape a national character imbued with Pancasila spirit.
