Abstract

The potential of students is one of the gifts and creations of Allah SWT which is very unique compared to His other creations. Its uniqueness can be seen in the ability of these students to change themselves in a more advanced and developing direction, in line with their growth and development. The ability to change students themselves does not take place immediately, but many things that influence and play the most role are the family environment and the world of education and their association in the community. The purpose of this research is to answer these problems in an effort to internalize the value of Islamic religious education in increasing student productivity. The method used in this research is literature review. Sources of data are in the form of books, journals, government regulatory documents or other relevant references. The data is then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this study state that the value internalization approach is related to the process of actualizing, instilling normative values that determine behavior according to academic goals. Meanwhile, academic productivity is related to works that are made independently in the form of innovative works or finished goods. The concoction found is a display of behavior based on scientific values and independence in academic production.

Abstract

Nigeria, as a multicultural society, is confronted with issues of ethnicity, insecurity, corruption, political crises, ethnoreligious dichotomies, weak institutions, and poor governance, which result in a lack of trust among its citizens. As a result, many Nigerians advocate secession, while others advocate restructuring. This research aims to explain the place of citizenship education in Nigeria's national unity process. They are using qualitative methods with an interpretive paradigm approach. Civic education produces active citizens who are socially responsible, sensitive, adaptable, and socially intelligent members of their immediate environment and broader society. Genuine national unity will be ushered in by a sincere and willful commitment among Nigeria's diverse citizens to live honestly and consistently, demonstrated in a progressive nation working towards long-term development for present and future generations. This research suggests a way forward to include, among other things, that all Nigerian citizens should seek to imbibe the spirit of accommodating and working with others to promote national unity and integration.

Abstract

Instilling a leader character with integrity is an important requirement to be achieved in the educational process. The values that are embedded in the personality of the Ar-Rohmah students have a positive impact in contributing to the organization both within the orphanage and in the community. This study aims to describe the concept, implementation, and results of implementing the character of a leader with integrity in the Ar-Rohmah santri organization. This type of research is qualitative research, with a natural approach (natural setting). The subjects of this research were the leaders of the orphanage, the care department, and the head of the ISA organization (Ar-Rohmah Santri Association). Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation of data related to research. The analysis technique used is the Milles and Huberman qualitative analysis model, data reduction, data display, and verification. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation: credibility, transferability, precedence, and confirmability. The findings of this research are that the cultivation of a leader character with integrity in the Ar-Rohmah Santri Association (ISA) organization begins with systematic and measurable concept planning by the ISA chairman. The results of the planning are then implemented based on daily, weekly, monthly and annual programs using three methods, namely communication methods, evaluation and providing sanctions to students who violate them.

Abstract

This study aims to reflect on the improvement and course of research on the Islamic religious education system in publications indexed by the Scopus database. This study uses bibliometric analysis techniques to examine all Islamic education and learning publications indexed in the Scopus database from 1972 to 2023. The obtained data were analysed using Microsoft Excel and R/R Studio. Visually analyse keyword occurrence and document citation using VOSviewer. The author found 695 matching publications with specified features, topics, and criteria. The most relevant authors are those whose work is successfully published and indexed by Scopus. The author with the highest influence is indicated by the author with the highest bar, namely Majdzadeh, R., and the author with the least influence is indicated by the author with the lowest bar, such as Chamsine, C., Larijani, B., Lubis, M.A, etc. The limitation of this study is that only data sets or metadata are extracted from Scopus-indexed publications. Other national and international databases were not included in this study. This study provides an overview of the literature available to educational researchers and provides recommendations for future research.

Abstract

Crucifixion is a significant theme in both Christianity and Islam, representing one of the most debated theological issues between the two traditions. In Christianity, the crucifixion of Jesus Christ is regarded as the foundation of salvation, while in Islam the Qur’an explicitly rejects this event, affirming instead that Jesus was saved by God. This doctrinal divergence has generated long-standing debates among scholars and provides a compelling context for interfaith dialogue. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perspective of Muhammad Abu Zahrah, a prominent twentieth-century Muslim scholar, on the crucifixion and to identify its implications for Islamic theology and interreligious engagement. This research uses a qualitative approach through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the SPIDER formula. This study identifies and synthesises relevant literature from Scopus, DOAJ, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Al-Azhar repositories, covering publications from 2000-2024. The collected sources were analysed through thematic content analysis to identify core theological principles, comparative interpretations, and implications for interfaith dialogue. The findings reveal that Abu Zahrah consistently emphasized the theological meaning of the crucifixion narrative as a rejection of atonement theology, an affirmation of tawhid, and a demonstration of divine protection for prophets. His approach integrates theological, historical, and sociological dimensions, distinguishing his thought from classical scholars and offering a framework for constructive interfaith dialogue. The study concludes that Abu Zahrah’s interpretation remains relevant for contemporary Islamic studies by providing fresh insights into theological renewal and interreligious cooperation. However, the research is limited to textual analysis without empirical validation in interfaith practice, suggesting that future studies should explore the practical application of Abu Zahrah’s thought in modern interreligious contexts.
