Abstract

Based on a survey from the Japan External Trade Organization in 2020, 55.8 percent of Japanese companies were dissatisfied with the productivity of Indonesian workers. This shows that there are factors that influence the dissatisfaction of Japanese companies with Indonesian migrant workers. Among them are due to differences in the level of discipline, work culture and level of job satisfaction possessed by Indonesian migrant workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of Indonesian migrant workers in Ishinomaki City, Japan. This research is quantitative and qualitative research with data sources from primary data. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method using the Slovin formula as many as 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that work culture and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of Indonesian migrant workers in Ishinomaki City, Japan, while job satisfaction had no significant effect on the performance of Indonesian migrant workers in Ishinomaki City, Japan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant or insignificant influence of customer friendliness and availability of goods on purchasing decisions at the 5F clothing store in Batu Ajamu Market, Panai Hulu District. The study used quantitative methods and an associative causality approach. The data collection technique used was through observation and interviews. The sample in this study was 99 respondents or consumers. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used statistical techniques/SPSS by conducting validity and reliability tests, then for the questionnaire and multiple linear regression analysis with the T Test and F Test to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that there was a close and significant influence of customer friendliness on purchasing decisions, there was no close and significant influence of the availability of goods on purchasing decisions, the influence of customer friendliness and availability of goods was 35.6% and the remaining 64.4% was influenced by other factors and variables.

Abstract

This study uses the Quantitative Descriptive method, sample selection is carried out by purposive sampling method, namely the researcher chooses MSMEs Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut Karawang. The purpose of this study is to know, analyze, calculate and explain how the business feasibility of Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut Karawang MSMEs and how the business feasibility of the Rawasikut Karawang swimming pool. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that Bakso Mas Eko and Rawasikut Karawang Swimming Pool MSMEs are declared feasible, because the results of the NPV calculation are positive and the Profitability Index value is PI>1. In the business feasibility of MSMEs Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut and Rawasikut Karawang Swimming Pool, the results of the analysis show that it is more feasible to develop between Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut and Rawasikut Swimming Pool, namely Bakso Mas Eko Rawasikut through the calculation of its financial feasibility.

Abstract

Indonesian people often face financial pressures, especially during Eid preparations, and need financial solutions. Special savings programs such as Eid al-Fitr emerged as a way to help people plan their finances. This research was conducted on Eid package savings owners in Cikuntul Village which has the largest number of participants, namely 168 customers. This study aims to analyze income and profits from Eid al-Fitr package savings in Tempuran District, Karawang Regency. This program offers a variety of package options, such as chicken, beef, basic necessities, cakes, and money, with a payment period of 11 months. The research method used was qualitative descriptive through observation, interviews, and documentation from the period of May 2023 to March 2024. The results of the study explain that in the implementation of this Eid package savings activity, it provides benefits for the participants who follow it. This activity not only helps participants in preparing for their needs ahead of Eid, but also encourages participants in managing finances ahead of Eid al-Fitr. In its implementation, the Rp. 3,000 and Rp. 5,000 packages are the most popular package choices by participants. The trust of the people who participate in this activity is very important for the sustainability of the Eid package savings. The profit generated on the Eid package savings managed by Mrs. Eva shows that the Eid package savings managed to provide a profit of Rp. 26,468,700 from all types of packages offered.

Abstract

Traditional markets according to Permendagri No. 42 of 2007, is a location where sellers and buyers meet to make transactions and become a means of social and cultural interaction of the community, as well as encouraging local economic growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze, calculate, and explain how the income of beef traders and what obstacles are faced by beef traders in the new market of Karawang. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The location of the study was selected using the purposive sampling method, namely based on certain criteria that are considered relevant to the purpose of the study. The results of the study showed that the income and costs incurred by beef traders vary according to sales volume. The average income of beef traders per day is Rp. 8,305,083. The obstacles faced by beef entrepreneurs include the discounts and delivery services.

Abstract

Food business in Indonesia, especially in the food sector, faces very tight competition. Sellers need to understand how to satisfy customers in order to maintain their position in the market. By recognizing the steps needed to achieve customer satisfaction, they can influence and convince customers to choose their products. Customer satisfaction with a product or service is very important for sellers, because it is an indicator of their success. Spicy food is now very popular, especially among Indonesian people. The purpose of this study is to investigate how customer happiness is impacted by location and excellent service. Mie Jablay, located in South Rengasdengklok, Karawang, was the site of the study. In order to gather data, 96 Mie Jablay clients were given questionnaires as part of a quantitative technique. Techniques from scale analysis and multiple linear regression were used in the analysis. The category "Stimme Zu" successfully reflected high levels of customer happiness, product quality, and service, according to the results of descriptive analysis. Customer satisfaction at Mie Jablay Rengasdengklok is greatly impacted by both outstanding customer service and product quality, whether evaluated separately or in tandem, according to the verification analysis's findings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect or not of the speed of presentation and menu diversity on consumer purchasing interest at Pondok Anugrah Padang Bulan Rantauprapat, Labuhan Batu Regency. The study used quantitative methods and through an associative causality ap-proach. The data collection technique used was through observation and interviews. The sample in this study was 88 respondents or consumers. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used statistical techniques / SPSS by conducting validity and reliability tests then for questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis with the T Test and F Test to prove the hy-pothesis. The results showed that there was a close and significant effect of the speed of presentation on consumer purchasing interest, there was a close and significant effect of menu diversity on consumer purchasing interest, the effect of the speed of presentation and menu diversity was 97.6% and the re-maining 2.3% was influenced by other factors and variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product attributes and consumer preferences on the purchasing decision of single origin coffee at Salapan Djati Coffee. Single origin coffee, as one of Indonesia’s leading commodities, holds great potential in the coffee industry, both for the domestic and export markets. The method used in this research is a quantitative verification design with a purposive sampling technique, involving consumers who have purchased and consumed V60 single origin coffee. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results show that product attributes—such as quality, price, and brand—have a significant influence on purchasing decisions by 14.79%, and consumer preferences also show a positive influence on purchasing decisions by 18.08%. Simultaneously, these factors have a significant combined influence of 32.48%. These findings provide strategic insights for producers and marketers to align products with consumer needs, enhance preferences, and strengthen marketing strategies to compete in the coffee market..

Abstract

The development of technology and information accompanied by the growth of the number of hospitals has encouraged the hospital business to become increasingly competitive. Currently, government and private hospitals implement various marketing public relations strategies to build trust, increase loyalty, and build company reputation. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing public relations program of regional general hospitals in Bandung Regency in building communication with the public. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive studies. The data collection techniques used were literature studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that hospitals implement marketing public relations to build communication with the public. The marketing public relations program implemented by the hospital is health promotion, patient services, special events, and collaboration with external publics. Health promotion is carried out to improve the level of public health. Patient services are provided to serve various queries and consultations from patients. Special events are held in collaboration with third parties such as foundations, communities, and companies. Meanwhile, collaboration is carried out with insurance, companies, and mass media. Digital media and mass media are used to optimize health education to the wider community.

Abstract

The company's success is influenced by employee performance, one of the main factors of which is work motivation. Motivation can come from intrinsic factors, such as job satisfaction and self development, as well as extrinsic factors, such as salary, incentives, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Alfamart Perumnas Kamal with qualitative methods through in-depth interviews. The results showed that high motivation improves performance, while lack of appreciation, excessive workload, and poor communication lower morale. The main factors that drive motivation are career opportunities, job stability, and the reward system. Alfamart is advised to increase training, improve incentives, and strengthen internal communication to create a more conducive work environment, thereby increasing employee productivity and loyalty.
