Abstract

Pupuan district which is the second rank of the most robusta coffee production in Bali with a total production of 2,663.0. In addition to the area of land and coffee production in the Pujungan area, this area also has tourist potential. The potential possessed by this village has not been utilized and developed properly because of the lack of facilities that are able to accommodate the process of cultivation, research, coffee processing, and low public awareness about the potential of the area itself. The methods used in data collection are surveying, literature studies, and observation, as well as data compilation and classification methods used for the presentation of data. Then the data obtained is analyzed by comparative methods, analysis, reduction, and synthesis. Coffee Agrotourism is designed to accommodate various main facilities that are channeled through the potential in Pujungan Village, such as educational facilities about the history and cultivation of coffee in Pujungan Village, how to grow coffee directly, traditional and modern coffee processing. The green architecture design with the concept of Sustainable Agritourism design is chosen because it is based on principles that aim to align the building with the surrounding environment and is oriented to long-term aspects, and the design of the development of coffee plantations remains sustainable in various aspects.

Abstract

The island of Bali is one of the main tourist spa destinations in the central part of Indonesia and is also one of the best tourist destinations in the world. The response to the development of tourism shown by the government with the creation of the Fitness Travel Book "Journey for Healthy Life". One of the districts that has begun to develop quite well from tourism activities is Tabanan Regency, but based on observations and interviews on one of the users of the Wellness Center facility in Tabanan Regency the existence of Wellness Center does not yet exist and some Wellness Center facilities such as retreats, yoga and meditation have not been established. Based on the results of the methodology, the results obtained in the form of Planning and Design with a Healing Environment Approach that is in accordance with the functions and characteristics of the Wellness Center. This Healing Environment approach is able to accelerate the recovery time of patient health or accelerate the patient's adaptation process from chronic and acute conditions by involving the psychological effects of patients in it. Healing Environment is a therapeutic environment design that combines natural, sensory and psychological elements. Then a concept of Planning and Design with a Healing Environment Approach in Angseri Village, Baturiti, Tabanan, Bali.

Abstract

The busyness of parents in working, especially in the city of Denpasar causes not a few of them to entrust the role of child care students to Daycare Facilities, but the currently available daycare facilities and infrastructure still do not meet the eligibility and safety standards to support the growth and development of children, especially for young children. 0 – 2 years. So that by providing facilities and infrastructure that are classified according to the age grouping of children, namely ages 3 months – 2 years, ages 3 – 4 years and ages 5 – 6 years, where the 3 age groups have different characters and needs in the growing process. their flowers. The purpose of this design is to design a daycare facility that is safe and comfortable for children and provides facilities that can support the growth and development and creativity of children from an early age. By using an architectural approach to behavior, age, color psychology and shape psychology with data collection methods in the form of literature study and observation and presentation methods, namely: compilation and classification of data. The design concept used is Kiddy Town with a building that is realized with a post modern design theme. Which produces 3 types of facilities, namely the main facilities, support and services tailored to the needs of users.

Abstract

Reading Park with an ecological architectural approach are designed to meet the needs or reading rooms in Singaraja City which are considered to be lacking. The design approach uses the principles of ecological architecture because of the need for harmony between nature and humans themselves. Ecological principles will be implemented in urban areas where the area is prone to environmental damage. As for later several civitas who will use this public facility, namely students, people with disabilities, and the people of Singaraja City. The reading park will also be designed to be friendly to people with disabilities. Several facilities to support the convenience of the disabled will also be available at this reading park. It is hoped that the activities and facilities in this reading park can run in harmony and become a reading room and study room that is able to answer problems in the city of Singaraja.

Abstract

The lack of utilization of natural potential and tourist facilities in Munggu Village is one of the inhibiting factors for tourism activities in Munggu Village. Through Pok Darwis, Munggu Village began to explore its natural potential to be developed, one of the natural potentials it has is a river that directly empties into Munggu Beach. Prior to the development of a research method, a research method was carried out in the site location area with the aim of seeing the physical condition of the site where the planning will be carried out, through literature studies and field observations that it is very feasible to make a new tourist facility Outfall Club. Through field observations by looking at the physical condition of the site on the riverbank, the author determines the theme of this Outfall Club using an Organic Architecture approach with several considerations that later this Outfall Club building will be designed by analogizing the shapes of the surrounding natural conditions. In this planning, a precedent study is conducted to conduct a comparative study with an existing facility with one that has not been built, the benefit of this precedent study is a reference to what functions and activities facilities will be presented in this Outfall Club plan.

Abstract

Selama masa pendemi utamanya 2020-2021 kasus pengaduan anak terus meningkat khususnya di bidang Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH) baik yang berperan sebagai pelaku, korban ataupun saksi. Di Bali, kasus ini terbilan tinggi mencapai 746 kasus sepanjang tahun 2017-2020 dengan kasus tertinggi anak pelaku pencurian dan kasus tertinggi untuk korban yaitu pelecehan seksual. Untuk itu diperlukan fasilitas sebagai wadah pembinaan terhadap anak yang terlibat kasus hukum sekaligus juga mewadahi kegiatan konseling, sosialisasi dan treatment untuk penyembuhan luka psikis bagi anak yang diakibatkan oleh proses hukum yang panjang agar ABH dapat mendapatkan kepercayaan dirinya dan siap kembali menjalankan fungsi sosialnya secara normal di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan mendapatkan data faktual dan akurat. Kajian ini bertujuan mendesain Pusat Pembinaan dan Rehabilitasi Sosial Khusus ABH dengan penerapan konsep Privavy In Healing Environment yang berlokasi di pinggiran kota Denpasar dengan nuansa pedesaan dan alam yang jauh dari kepadatan perkotaan dengan mengutamakan privasi serta aspek pendekatan alam, panca indera dan psikologis ABH. Hasil penerapan konsep ini berupa fasilitas pusat pembinaan dan rehabilitasi sosial yang terkoneksi dengan alam di sekitarnya, di mana hal ini seturut dengan kondisi ABH yang memerlukan interaksi dengan alam untuk mengurangi stress, meningkatkan fungsi kognitif dan kreativitas.

Abstract

Currently Indonesia has been influenced by the existence of e-sports (electronic sports), this electronic sport conducts regional or national tournaments or competitions in online games. With the existence of e-sports, it is an opportunity for gamers / online game players in Indonesia to participate in the world of e-sports and play online games. Therefore it takes a place for gamers to gather and also as a place to hold matches. The process of making a forum or place that is centered on providing entertainment about game developments in Denpasar City with an innovative process of forming, iconic buildings and friendly to the urban environment. The design concept of the E-sport center has a futuristic architectural approach with a facade combined with wood that does not have ornaments and is plain, futuristic and minimalist so that it will become the center of development in playing games, because it does not only provide a gathering place, but also a Tournament Place to watch competitions. , Gaming Area, game shop, and also Cafe.

Abstract

The island of Bali is an island that has a variety of beautiful and diverse tourist destinations. Besides being famous for its tourist destinations, the island of Bali is also famous for its arts and traditions. . For example, in Tabanan Regency, there are 7 types of distinctive arts based on the results of an interview with Wayan Muder as Head of the Arts Division of the Tabanan Regency Culture Service, stating that there are 7 types of distinctive arts, including Okokan Tektekan, Andir Legong Dance, Cerekuak Baris Dance, Rejang Swing Dance, Mandolin Art, Kentungan Art, Leko Kusuma Sari Art. From the potential of the existing typical arts, it can be developed again as a show to support tourism in the Tabanan Regency area in particular. From the potential that can be developed, it is not supported by the existence of adequate training center facilities and performing arts. So the results of the existing problems can be concluded that there is a need for training center facilities and typical arts performances of Tabanan Regency to be a means of supporting and developing culture as well as a means of supporting tourism. as an effort to increase literacy, especially the younger generation to preserve and develop arts and culture in their area, as a gathering place for activists and art communities in Tabanan Regency, as well as a forum to facilitate the Community Arts Festival which is scheduled to be held every year.

Abstract

Food security in urban areas is a strategic issue that becomes an important concern in the present and the future, where there are many conditions and factors that affect food security, namely, in terms of production, distribution, consumption which are closely related to the economic, social and political dimensions of society. Denpasar City as the capital of Bali Province which is the center of Balinese life must be able to meet the high food needs of the city community. The Food Hub project was initiated as a city sustainable food system that accommodates aggregation, distribution, production, consumption, education and decomposition activities. The site is located on Jalan Cokroaminoto, North Denpasar, which is the main transportation route for the province, making it easier to access food distribution. Through the literature study stage, the study of precedents of existing facilities at home and abroad. So that results are obtained in the form of specifications for space and users as well as activities that will be carried out in this area, and also how the scheme designed for this facility, both in terms of architecture and meeting the food needs of the city community in a sustainable manner, is implemented through the concept of One Stop Sustainable Food Cycle and its application. green architectural theme that minimizes the impact on the environment. By considering all aspects of architectural design, it is hoped that the Food Hub idea will be able to realize a sustainable food system in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the ingredients of food or drink that we often encounter and even become one of the daily needs of the community. Coffee plants grow optimally throughout Bali at an altitude of 800-1500 meters above sea level which has a rainfall of around 2000-3000 mm/year with an optimal temperature of around 21-24 degrees Celsius. Wanagiri Village is one of the places where coffee plants grow, especially Arabica coffee in Bali. Behind the good quality of Balinese coffee, of course, it takes a reliable and experienced barista to mix the coffee drink in order to produce processed with very good quality for consumption. The existence of a barista is currently the main point in the success of a coffee shop in Bali. Currently, quite a lot of coffee shops are bankrupt due to their products being processed incorrectly, this is due to the knowledge of the baristas who are not good or just learning the self-taught way. The availability of barista school facilities and coffee shops can reduce existing problems, the design is carried out by responding to problems regarding coffee baristas by thinking about and creating learning space and facilities that are comfortable, clean, and can attract the attention and interest of the barista or the community to visit as well as to undergo education baristas and educate the public about coffee for economic and environmental sustainability
