Abstract

Blended learning is an important learning model application for today's needs, with meetings through e-learning and face-to-face. Basically, the purpose of this research is to observe carefully and then carry out a thorough discussion of the application of learning activities using the blended learning method, which is linked and linked to interest in learning PJOK. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The sample used is the students of SMAN 2 Bangkalan class X, with as many as 103 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed online at the school. The data were then analyzed using percentage calculations. Based on the research results, most of them are categorized as very low 9%, low 19%, moderate 45%, high 22%, and very high 5%. The results of this research can be interpreted that the implementation of learning using a blended learning approach to interest in learning PJOK subjects is moderate. The conclusion is that the implementation of blended learning is in the medium category, which means that it is not very interesting for students in PJOK subjects. Improving facilities as learning support using a blended learning approach to increase interest in PJOK subjects is a suggestion that can be given from research results.

Abstract

This test is motivated by the problem of student learning outcomes, especially information about soccer strategies and tactics which are still relatively low. The motivation behind this review is to determine the impact of animation on knowledge of the strategy and tactics soccer games on 12th grade Pangkalpinang Senior High School 3. This test provides a reference for educators in expanding student information. This research is an experimental quantitative research. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling procedure. The sample used is 32 students. This experiment uses a Pre-Experimental Design with a trial plan of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Plan. The data testing method used One Sample t-test (Pretest-Posttest). After testing the presumption using the t-test, it is obtained that tcount = 3.893 and ttable with a degree of 5% = 1.696, then Ha is recognized and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of animation teaching materials on the knowledge of strategy and tactics soccer game on 12th grade Pangkalpinang Senior High School 3.

For this reason, this literature review is directed to describe the synergies (positions, roles, and benefits) of schools (extracurricular sports and Physical Education) related to achievement sports that are disseminated in scientific journals. Databases used are; Sinta, google scholar, sciencedirect.com, springer, the Mendeley application, VOSviewer, and Publish or Perish. Results; 1) Schools are strategic places to promote achievement sports. 2) Physical education plays an important role in the mass and nursery stages. 3) Achievement sports have many benefits for children, but with a clear reference that is not for all children. 4) Important factors for the development of achievement sports in schools are an appropriate curriculum, run by professionals, adequate networks, parents, and government commitment. 5) Associations/ federations and sports clubs provide experts and staff, the government provides sports facilities, and Physical Education teachers and students become the subject of the development. 6) Sport and physical education extracurricular activities have a positive influence on children’s academic abilities (indirectly) because children are happy and feel at home in school, which increases their self-confidence and self-esteem. 7) Extracurricular sports do not interfere with children’s academic achievements when carried out properly.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the physical activity and traditional sports of Atoni Meto in North Central Timor Regency. The initial stage of the research method is that researchers develop research instruments that will be used to explore information from sources in depth through direct observation (observation), in-depth interviews, focus grup discussion, and documentation studies to find physical activities and traditional sports Atoni Meto "Mantika" in North Central Timor Regency. In the data analysis process, the research team was based on the Miles and Huberman analysis model: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing (verification). The results showed that the physical components contained in the traditional Atoni Meto sport in North Central Timor Regency were the values of sportsmanship, endurance, strength, coordination, balance, and accuracy. Some of these sports components can be integrated into the learning process of Physical Education in Sports and Health at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of fast lateral hop (LHC), slow lateral hop (LHL) and leg press (LLP) training on increasing the strength and explosive power of the leg muscles simultaneously. The approach method is in the form of an experiment using a Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample is 51 people divided into three groups using the ordinal pairing matched technique. Data were obtained using test and non-test instruments and collected using experimental techniques, observation and physical condition tests. Data analysis using one-way Manova technique Hotelings Trace method. The results of the analysis found that the F test = 25,413 and the significance of F = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that LHC, LHL and LLP training were effective in increasing the strength and explosive power of the leg muscles simultaneously. The results of the Between-Subjects Effects analysis in the form of partial eta squared variation KOT 15.6% and variation DEOT = 63.4%. The conclusion of the study was that there was a significant effect of LHC, LHL and LLP training on increasing the strength and explosive power of the leg muscles simultaneously. LLP training is more effective in increasing leg muscle strength, and LHC training is more effective in increasing the power of leg muscles.
