Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve promotional effectiveness and strengthen the brand image of the "Ridho Snack" MSME through optimizing digital marketing based on a consumer psychology approach. Problems faced by partners include the suboptimal use of social media as a marketing communication tool, inconsistent digital content development, and unclear market segmentation. The activity was carried out through field observations, discussions and interviews with business owners, and gathering consumer input through online questionnaires to obtain insights into customer perceptions, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Based on the results of the problem identification, the implementation team provided assistance in reformulating the target market, preparing content planning, developing creative content based on customer testimonials on the TikTok platform, and strengthening marketing messages that emphasize product quality and hygiene. The results of the activity showed an increase in the professionalism of social media displays, more structured promotional communications, and increased brand awareness. This community service program contributes to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs as an effort to continuously increase business competitiveness in the era of technology-based marketing.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out as an effort to improve the quality of learning at TK Islam Cikal Cendekia, particularly in developing creative technology-based visual media. The urgency of this activity arises from the condition that most visual media supporting storytelling used in early childhood education have limited variation and do not adequately contextually represent character values within the school environment. Through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, teachers can creatively develop new educational storyboards aligned with learning themes without requiring complex visual design skills. The objectives of this activity are to: (1) enhance teachers’ digital literacy and creativity in developing learning media, (2) introduce and train teachers in the use of the Gemini (Gem) platform as an innovative tool for generating ideas, scripts, and automatic storyboard visualizations, (3) produce a collection of thematic storyboards created by teachers for use in early childhood learning activities, and (4) strengthen the school’s identity through original and contextual learning media. The implementation method consists of five main stages: program socialization, storyboard creation training using Gemini (Gem), classroom implementation of the storyboards, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability through the formation of a teacher creative team. The approach is participatory, involving teachers as the main actors, supported by a team of lecturers and students from Universitas Dian Nusantara. The targeted outputs include: (1) the creation of at least five character-themed educational storyboards developed by teachers, (2) improved digital and pedagogical competencies of teachers, (3) a practical guide for using Gemini (Gem) in early childhood education, and (4) an activity report and publication of results in the school’s internal media.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of village government and BUMDesma human resources in preparing business feasibility studies. The program was conducted in Bendosari District, Sukoharjo Regency, where village economic potential is relatively high but not optimally supported by data-based business planning. The method used is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) combined with project-based learning through stages of socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of village potential mapping, financial projections, and feasibility analysis. Participants were able to produce village economic potential mapping documents, feasibility study reports, and financial templates. This program contributes to improving village business governance towards more transparent, accountable, and sustainable practices.
