Abstract

The personality type proposed by Hippocrates and Galenus has become a topic of discussion in the world of education. While it cannot be considered an accurate and valid measure of a student's cognitive ability, understanding personality type can help teachers or parents understand student learning styles and support learning more effectively and efficiently. Each student has a learning style that is different from one another. and understanding personality types can help identify student strengths and weaknesses and provide learning methods that fit student learning styles. This article discusses the personality types of Hippocrates and Galenus and their influence on students' cognitive abilities. This article also suggests that understanding personality type is only one of the factors that influence students' cognitive abilities, and effective learning strategies must consider other factors such as students' interests and motivation, learning objectives, and learning contexts. This article recommends several references about student personality types and cognitive abilities that can be used as teaching materials for teachers or parents.

Abstract

Several aspects of life are currently undergoing transformations due to the rapid advancement of communication technology, and one such aspect is entertainment, specifically online games. The primary purpose of online games is to provide amusement to individuals and prevent them from experiencing boredom after completing routine tasks. However, individuals become addicted to online games primarily due to the intense gameplay, particularly among teenage groups. Even excessive online games has negative consequences, including social inequality such as timelessness and a decline in manners. This study aimed to examine the correlation between online games and the social behavior of high school students in the Bangil District. This study employed a quantitative method utilizing an analytical survey. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, conducted in several coffee shops within the Bangil District, with a sample size of 50 respondents. The findings of this study revealed a negative impact of online games on the social behavior of high school students, as indicated by the equation Y = 5.066 + 0.848X, demonstrating a significant influence. The correlation between X and Y is 0.774, indicating a negative relationship between the variables. The remaining 0.226 falls outside the scope of this investigation. There existed a strong and significant negative relationship between online games and the social behavior of high school students. The impact of online games on students' social behavior manifested in several negative aspects, including the usage of harsh language, disruption of daily productivity leading to health deterioration, failure to keep promises to others, neglecting religious worship, abandoning tasks, and a decrease in the display of empathy towards others. Abstract

The independent learning curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture has brought changes to the national education system. At the beginning of the policy or termed the first period, there were four policies that started it, namely the elimination of the national exam and replacing it with a minimum competency assessment and a character survey with literacy and anumeration. The national school-based exam (USBN) was replaced with a school exam held by each school. Simplification of the Lesson Implementation Plan (RPP) with the aim of reducing the teacher's administrative burden. The RPP made by the teacher only includes 3 components, namely learning objectives, learning activities and evaluation. The zoning system is enforced, the zoning pathway PPDB can accept a minimum of 50 percent students, the affirmation pathway at least 15 percent, and the displacement pathway a maximum of 5 percent. The independent learning curriculum as a new paradigm in education is oriented towards the profile of Pancasila students who are the target in directing the implementation and assessment of policies. Although there are many criticisms of the Free Learning policy, there are also many educational practitioners who say the realization of the independent learning curriculum is be a breath of fresh air for teachers and students who want changes to the learning system that are emancipatory in nature and develop student competencies, especially in the context of the globalization era and the industrial revolution era 4.0 towards society 5.0

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the agricultural countries with the livelihood of the population coming from agro-industrial agriculture. Onfarm agricultural activities, commodities that are widely cultivated are vegetable and fruit crops. The problem that occurs at this time is that physically the vegetables grown experience failure and a decrease in the quality of growth. Socially, many people complain about the quality of vegetables in the market, and this has an impact on the economic decline of farmers. For this reason, this research aims to assist farmers in classifying their land information data. The data classification is a web-based application that will process data in the form of soil type, soil texture, soil pH, temperature, rainfall, soil fertility, soil moisture, altitude, wind speed and sunlight. The data processing uses the Naïve Bayes and Laplacian Correction methods. The trial was conducted in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra, Indonesia. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based Vegetable Crop Agrarian application. test data used as much as 27 data on the types of vegetables that have the potential to be planted in Padang Panjang City and produce the most recommended crops, namely Radish vegetables. This interprets that the application can be built well and presented as an alternative in helping farmers before planting crops in Indonesia.
