Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate plastic waste management policies at the Rawajati Waste Storage Depot, South Jakarta. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the policy manager stated the aim of creating a healthy and clean community environment from plastic waste from the plastic waste management policy at the Rawajati Waste Storage Depot, South Jakarta. The problem with this plastic waste management policy is the need for more public awareness to help manage plastic waste, and many people still need help to throw rubbish carelessly. Standardization of activities in this plastic waste management policy, namely reduce, reuse, and recycle. Officers collect rubbish from the community, then sort out which rubbish can still be used, and there is also rubbish that is then recycled again. Then, the level of change that has occurred in the management of plastic waste at the Rawajati Waste Storage Depot, South Jakarta, has become better, and there has been a high commitment to waste management. The observed changes result from these activities or other causes of waste management in Rawajati Waste Storage Depot, South Jakarta. This change occurs because there is a relationship of internal commitment to plastic waste management. The community feels the management of plastic waste at the Rawajati Waste Storage Depot, South Jakarta, by reducing the sight of piled up rubbish and unpleasant odors and using plastic waste to make other materials or be recycled at the Rajawati waste bank.

Abstract

In helping to carry out concurrent affairs and regional government affairs, the Regency/City Regional Head is assisted by regional officials. Juridically, the existence of district/city regional apparatus in Law Number 23 of 2014 consists of (1) Regional Secretariat, (2) DPRD Secretariat, (3) Inspectorate, (4) Regional Regional Services, (5) Regional Agency, And (6) District. Regarding regional apparatus, this is also strengthened by Government Regulation (PP) Number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus. From these regional apparatus organizations, a head leads the organization. The leadership of heads of regional apparatus organizations is the main factor in achieving a better regional government system. Leaders determine how an organization, namely regional government, is run. The leadership style of heads of regional apparatus provides high levels of support and interacts more with subordinates/staff members of the organization, consults more, provides guidance motivation, and provides advice to achieve the goals of running the organization's performance program. Based on a sustainable environment. We also remain committed to/refer to and are guided by the RPJMD, Strategic Plan, Regional Regulations, APBD, and APBN. We do not violate the law in creating organizational performance programs based on a sustainable environment. Apart from that, the proposed leadership model/style is more ideal and rational by the hopes and desires of stakeholders, so the collaborative leadership style model is the one that best suits the situation and conditions of heads of regional apparatus in DKI Jakarta, namely collaborative, participatory leadership style, consultative leadership style, and transformational leadership style.

Abstract

Language is the ability to express desires and needs through communication. The function of language is basically a statement of thoughts or feelings as a tool for communication, carried out in writing or orally according to the opportunity to express language with its relative scientific power. Not all students at SMP Negeri 56, especially in interpersonal communication, are able to express their feelings using expressive language. It was identified that 1 to 3 people in each class like to make noise based on expressive language, causing negative impacts such as bullying among their friends. This research aims to determine the use of expressive language in interpersonal communication of students who need counseling services. The research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The research sample consisted of 62 students from classes VII A and VII B. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses the percentage formula (F/N X 100%). The results of this study indicate that the frequency of each use of expressive language in interpersonal communication is in the very low category which requires counseling services. Expressive language was 30 students with a percentage of 48% and interpersonal communication was 33 students with a percentage of 53% of the total number of respondents. Based on the data that has been processed and analyzed, it can be concluded that the use of expressive language in students' interpersonal communication is in the very low category so that counseling services are needed so that the implementation of this communication can run well, of course the language factor and the way it is expressed need to be taken into account. Keywords: Expressive Language, Interpersonal Communication ABSTRAKBahasa yakni kemampuan untuk mengungkapkan keinginan dan kebutuhan melalui komunikasi. Fungsi bahasa pada dasarnya merupakan pernyataan pikiran atau perasaan sebagai alat untuk komunikasi, dilakukan secara tertulis maupun secara lisan sesuai dengan kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan bahasa dengan daya relatifnya secara ilmiah. Tidak semua siswa di SMP Negeri 56 khususnya dalam komunikasi interpersonal mampu menyatakannya perasaan dengan bahasa ekspresif, teridentifikasi 1 sampai 3orang disetiap kelas suka ribut dilatar belakangi bahasa ekspresif sehingga menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti pembullyan sesama teman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan bahasa ekspresif dalam komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang membutuhkan pelayanan konseling. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 siswa dari kelas VII A dan VII B. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase (F/N X 100%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi masing-masing dari penggunaan bahasa ekspresif berkomunikasi interpersonal pada kategori sangat rendah yang membutuhkan pelayanan konseling. Bahasa ekspresif sebanyak 30 siswa dengan persentase 48% dan komunikasi interpersonal sebanyak 33 siswa dengan persentase 53% dari jumlah responden. Berdasarkan data yang telah diolah dan dianalisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa ekspresif dalam komunikasi interpersonal siswa masuk dalam kategori sangat rendah sehingga diperlukan pelayanan konseling supaya penerapan komunikasi tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik tentu dari faktor bahasa dan cara pengekspresifnya perlu diperhatikan. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship or influence of learning outcomes on career choices for students at Shailendra High School Palembang. Bearing in mind that during the initial visit the researcher primarily consulted regarding students' career choices, for this reason there is something that this research wants to achieve, namely to find out the influence or relationship between learning outcomes and students' career choices at Shailendra High School Palembang. The method used in this research is a quantitative correlation type method which seeks to determine the relationship or influence or connection between the two variables in this research X and Y. In taking samples in this research using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 75 students from part of the population. The results of research and data analysis show that there is an influence or relationship and a small relationship on the intensity of learning outcomes (X) on career choice (y). Obtaining R Square data of 0.06, this value is converted into a percentage of the results obtained, 0.06 x 100% = 0.6, so it can be said that the influence or relationship between variable X and variable Y is only 0.6. This means that there is a relationship or influence or relationship between the intensity of learning outcomes and career choices, but at a small or low level. So it can be concluded that there is a small influence or relationship between learning outcomes on students' career choices at Shailendra High School Palembang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and describe the improvement in the ability to write core sentences and transfirmative sentences in class VI students at SDN Batu Belah Timur I, Dasuk sub-district, Sumenep district, Madura. The research method in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method, using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The activity of writing core and transformative sentences tested improving the ability to write core and transformative sentences of class VI students at SDN Batu Belah Timur I. Of the total number of students, 16 were able to understand the material of core sentences and transformative sentences effectively. Even though there were still 1-4 of the 16 students, there were still problems in working on the questions given, compared to the observation time, only a portion of the students were able to make sentences well and correctly, which could be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Abstract

Times continue to change, cultural shifts continue to occur continuously. The world of education is no exception. It is inevitable that the erosion of information and communication technology will continue to touch the world of education. From management, learning and finances, the use of information and communication technology can be maximized.This research method is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. A case study is a model that focuses on "bounded system" exploration of one case or several cases in detail by extracting data in depth. Various sources of information that are rich in context are used for data mining.. Basic Concepts of Information and Communication Technology, The Role of ICT in the Learning Process in Higher Education and Supporting Institutional Administration, Stai Nurul Ilmi Tanjungbalai slowly began to complete the infrastructure for managing the campus and conducting learning. The room is provided with multimedia equipment and WiFi which can be used as a source of learning material.In the end, based on the experience of universities that have successfully used ICT to improve performance, it can be said that the ICT "invasion" in the world of higher education will not be successful. Campus human resources must be ready to change their paradigm, way of thinking and daily habits.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Mind Mapping model in science learning. This literature review is used to strengthen the analysis from the various sources used. The literature study in this writing was taken from various data sources related to previously published journals related to the mind mapping model for science learning in elementary schools. Data collection was carried out by tracing data sources from online journals on Google Scholar with journals from the last 5 years. The results that the author obtained from this search were reviewed using analytical descriptive principles. Based on the results of data analysis from various sources, the use of the mind mapping learning model has had a positive impact on science learning with many different improvements in each lesson. Abstract

This research aims to examine the business ethics associated with sustainable green resource innovation in the context of social entrepreneurship. Secondary data was obtained from existing literature on sciencedirect.com from the last 10 years. A descriptive approach was used to describe the phenomenon, with a focus on business ethics and green resource innovation. This article discusses the concepts of social entrepreneurship and sustainable entrepreneurship, and the importance of technology to support green innovation. Business ethics in the context of social entrepreneurship, collaboration, responsibility, and green resource innovation are the focus of discussion in this article. Business ethics in social entrepreneurship is essential to foster sustainable green resource innovation. Green innovation is increasingly important in business due to increasing business interest in sustainability and customer awareness of environmental issues.

Abstract

The literacy program is a strategy implemented by schools worldwide with the aim of making their citizens literate for a lifetime. This research aims to determine: 1) the implementation of character development of students through an English literacy program based on storytelling, 2) the integration of character development of students through an English literacy program based on storytelling. This research used qualitative descriptive methods with data collection and analysis techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research were two teachers acting as model teachers and students from classes X-1 and X-3. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Makassar in the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Before conducting the research, the researcher and teachers discussed the implementation process of the learning, the timeline of activities, and the agreed-upon topics. The results of this research were as follows: 1) the implementation of character development began with a prayer before starting the English literacy program based on storytelling. It was then followed by reviewing narrative text material, Q&A sessions, assignment, and finally, performing storytelling to foster the characters of discipline, hard work, responsibility, and creativity with a percentage ranging from 78.86 (good category) to 87.68 (very good category). This indicated that all students actively participated in each stage of the program, emphasizing the importance of character education, as clearly stated in Surah al-Qalam, verse 4. 2) English teachers at MAN 2 Kota Makassar have integrated character development into English language learning. It was included in lesson planning, material selection, media usage, classroom management, and assessment. In addition, English teachers have a comprehensive understanding of English language learning based on storytelling. This literacy program could foster the character of students as education and habituation in their daily activities.

Abstract

This research is a form of early childhood learning in Palopo City in achieving an intelligent and moral Karimah generation, using exemplary methods, habituation, and giving advice to early childhood children in Palopo City. This research aims to provide religious education to young children so that they become intelligent and ethical human beings using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to obtain more accurate information. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews, then analyzed using data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that parents as the main educators and the community have the duty to help children by providing religious and moral education by providing direct examples and habituation to carry out worship activities with parents and family and other social activities as well as providing innovative advice in the form of attitudes that reflect Early childhood personality in everyday life.
