<![CDATA[The development of e-commerce is currently increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. Customer satisfaction and trust are the most dominant problems in every business unit operating in the service sector, but the process of achieving customer satisfaction is not easy. Because many other factors can influence the achievement of this level of customer satisfaction. Through this research, the author aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction, namely by using the Customer Satisfaction Index method. Based on the research results, it is known that female consumers, consumers aged 23-28 years, and private employees are the dominant respondents. The level of consumer satisfaction with e-commerce based on CSI is 97.12%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by a company engaged in the agency. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of dual roles, work stress and workload on the performance of female employees. This research was conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. This research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were all female employees as many as 30 employees of UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. the technique used to analyze is with the SPSS IMB version 27 program. Data analysis techniques in this study with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and R2 determination coefficient test. The results of this test concluded that the t test showed that the dual role variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of <0.001 and a tcount value of 3.874. The work stress variable partially has a non-significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.065 and a tcount value of 1.925. The workload variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.932 and a tcount value of -0.086. And the results of the f test show that the dual role variable, work stress and workload have a significant effect on the performance of female employees with a significant value of <0.001 and a Fcount of 18,145 .]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix (4P) and consumer behavior on the intention to choose the Metallurgical Engineering study program. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who know Metallurgical Engineering, Institute Del Technology. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in research. The research results show that the intention to choose a Metallurgical Engineering study program is strongly influenced by the marketing mix (4P) and consumer behavior. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to empirically determine the analysis of competency and innovative work behavior on employee performance mediated by knowledge sharing by conducting a study at the Tual City Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency). This research is positivism research, with the type of research being explanatory research. The population in this study was all employees of the Tual City Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency, totaling 33 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS application. The research results show that competency is empirically unable to encourage increased employee performance. Innovative work behavior is empirically unable to encourage increased employee performance. Competency can empirically encourage increased knowledge sharing. Innovative work behavior is empirically able to encourage increased knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing is empirically able to encourage increased employee performance. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the strategies used by tempe craftsmen through the production process regarding the impact of rising soybean prices and to find out whether the income of tempe craftsmen due to the increase in soybean prices has changed in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya City. In conducting this research, the descriptive qualitative method was used by the researcher. The findings in this research are how the tempeh production process, the strategies used by tempeh craftsmen to overcome the increase in soybean prices and the increase in soybean prices affect the income of tempeh craftsmen. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits, especially for all elements of society, for theoretical and practical benefits. The research results show that reducing the size of tempeh sold at a fixed price is a way for tempeh craftsmen to overcome the decline in income. The increase in soybean prices not only affects the income of tempeh craftsmen but also affects the amount of tempeh production which decreases by 50%. Some of the suggestions offered by researchers include craftsmen expanding tempe marketing, for the Indonesian government to help resolve the problem of rising prices of basic commodities, especially soybeans, which are still unstable, and for researchers who can then carry out further research on the impact of rising soybean prices on the purchasing power of tempeh. community in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya City.]]>

The sample in this research was 45 ASN employees with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. <![CDATA[This research tries to test whether transformational leadership style, competence and teamwork partially or simultaneously have an influence on the performance of BUMDes employees in Gemilang Village Ketajen Gedangan Sidoarjo. The sample of respondents in this research was 41 people. The data collection method used was through distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is a technique used to analyze data. These findings explain that there is a partially significant relationship between the transformational leadership style variable and employee performance, the competency variable and employee performance, and the teamwork variable. Employee performance is influenced by the variables of transformational leadership style, competence, and teamwork simultaneously. Furthermore, looking at the analysis of the R2 coefficient of determination, the R2 value (or R square) has an influence of 49.8%, and the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to (1) determine the influence of work discipline on the performance of education staff at Unisba Blitar. (2) to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of educational staff at Unisba Blitar. (3) to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of educational staff at Unisba Blitar. (4) to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment, and compensation simultaneously on the performance of educational staff at Unisba Blitar. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population in this study was the Education Personnel at the Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar with a total of 88 Education Personnel. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the t test, it is known that the t count of the work discipline variable is 3,681, the work environment variable is 2,155, the compensation variable is 3,349, and the F-count value is 229,750. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work discipline, work environment, and compensation simultaneously influence employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how effective the duo lingo application is in improving the English vocabulary skills of SMP Islam Al Azhar Tulungagung students in the 2023/2024 school year In this study, researchers used an experimental method, and was conducted at SMP Islam Al Azhar Tulungagung, researchers chose eighth grade students in the 2023/2024 school year as the population. The total sample in this study was 20 eighth grade students. This study found that students' English vocabulary skills improved after using the duo lingo application in eighth grade students' English learning. The effectiveness of this study is evident from the difference between the pre-test and post-test results, with a mean pretest score of 67.75 and a post-test score of 85.00 indicating the effectiveness of the app. By using paired samples t-test. The result obtained is 0.001. In the rules of the paired t-sample test if the significance is 0.05. From all the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the use of duo lingo application is effective on students' English vocabulary addition ability.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are companies that produce goods to meet the needs of local communities. To attract customers in the face of stiff competition, business owners must plan their prices and internet marketing tactics. The aim of this research is to find out whether discounts and internet sales influence customers' decisions to buy products at the Omah Bouquet Bendogerit shop, Blitar City. Omah Bouquet company customers who have made purchases are the subjects of this research, and questionnaires are used as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study totaled 124 people. A quantitative approach is the research method used. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis method. At a significance level of 0.000<0.05, research findings show that “the price variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing choice variable (Y). At a significance level of 0.000<0.05, the online promotion variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the purchasing choice variable (Y). At the significance threshold of 0.000 < α 0.05, the price variables (X1) and online promotions (X2) jointly influence purchasing choices (Y).”]]>
