Abstract

Learning evaluation is a crucial component of the educational process, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). It serves not only to assess the extent of students' achievement of learning objectives but also as a reflective tool for teachers to improve teaching methods, media, and strategies. However, many PAI teachers still face challenges in conducting evaluations manually, such as time-consuming calculations, potential errors, and limited technological proficiency. The use of Microsoft Excel offers an effective and efficient solution for these issues. Equipped with features like automatic formulas, tables, and charts, Excel helps teachers process student scores, analyze learning outcomes, and prepare systematic and accurate reports. Moreover, Excel utilization supports the development of teachers' digital literacy, aligning with 21st-century education demands and the "Merdeka Belajar" (Freedom to Learn) policy. This research employs a library research method to explore the concepts, challenges, and benefits of using Excel in PAI learning evaluation, aiming to provide practical insights for improving the quality and effectiveness of evaluation in schools.

Abstract

Educational supervision is a crucial component in efforts to improve the quality of learning and develop teacher professionalism in educational institutions. This study aims to comprehensively examine the concept of educational supervision, encompassing its definition, objectives, functions, principles, types, and the roles of principals and supervisors in its implementation. Using a qualitative method with a literature study approach, data were obtained through analysis of various relevant literature, books, and documents. The study results indicate that educational supervision is not merely administrative oversight, but rather a form of ongoing professional development. Supervision must be conducted with scientific, democratic, cooperative, constructive, practical, objective, and sustainable principles. Types of supervision include academic, administrative, clinical, and individual and group supervision. Principals and supervisors play a strategic role in implementing humanistic and communicative supervision, thereby encouraging teachers to improve their competence and the quality of the learning process and outcomes. Therefore, a proper understanding and implementation of the concept of educational supervision is essential to support the improvement of educational quality in schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of an educational institution that has implemented a work culture by forming a group, but the work culture has not run maximally due to the classic problems such as many educators who are still not disciplined in terms of time, limited school budget, and different motivations from educators in developing competence. Therefore, the work culture in improving achievement motivation will run if the principal and educators can complete tasks well, overcome problems immediately, and commit to the tasks given. This research is a qualitative descriptive study from an educational perspective with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Then, data analysis is carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that the principal's work culture in improving educators' achievement motivation has been well-implemented, including the principal always motivating educators to apply time discipline, the principal as a role model who is responsible for school policies, and encouraging teachers to develop their abilities through various educational activities. However, the obstacles in the work culture in improving educators' achievement motivation are the lack of discipline in terms of time, limited school budget policies, and different motivations from educators in developing competence. The solution to overcome the obstacles in the principal's work culture in improving educators' achievement motivation is for the principal to increase educators' discipline, submit requests for assistance to the education department, and continue to try to increase achievement motivation through developing educators' competence.

Abstract

This paper discusses five basic human potentials from the perspective of Islamic educational psychology: the ruh (spirit), nafs (nafs), akal (reason), qolb (heart), and fitrah (natural disposition), as the primary foundation for realizing human beings as 'Abdullah (servants of Allah). These five potentials are integral aspects in the formation of a complete, balanced Islamic personality, and aim to bring humans closer to God. This approach emphasizes that Islamic education focuses not only on cognitive aspects but also on spiritual and moral ones. Through the integration of these potentials, students are guided to understand the purpose of their lives as a form of devotion to Allah SWT.

This study aims to identify the forms of bullying, analyze their effects on mental health and learning outcomes, and propose preventive strategies applicable within educational settings. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing relevant sources including books, scholarly articles, and institutional reports. The findings reveal that bullying may occur in physical, verbal, social, and digital forms, all of which significantly increase the risks of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, as well as decreased learning motivation and academic achievement. This study highlights the crucial roles of schools, parents, and communities in establishing a safe and inclusive learning environment free from violence. Abstract

This article is a systematic review that aims to analyze the development of personality theory from a psychodynamic perspective, from classical psychoanalysis to the Neo-Freudian approach. The review process was conducted by examining literature discussing Freud's basic concepts, the development of thought by Adler, Jung, Horney, Sullivan, and Fromm, and their relevance in explaining psychological dynamics and mental disorders. The results of the review indicate that psychodynamic theory has undergone significant expansion, from an emphasis on intrapsychic conflict and biological drives to a more holistic understanding involving social, interpersonal, and existential factors. This review also highlights the relationship between personality structure and defense mechanisms, as well as the fundamental differences between neurotic and psychotic disorders within a psychodynamic framework. Overall, this systematic review confirms that the psychodynamic approach continues to make important contributions to understanding human behavior, personality dynamics, and the formation of psychological symptoms, and is relevant for use as a conceptual foundation in clinical and academic studies.
