Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in various Indonesian schools faces the problem of low student learning motivation due to monotonous teaching methods and the lack of innovative technology utilization. This study aims to examine the use of interactive digital modules in PAI learning, covering their concepts and characteristics, effective implementation strategies, and the identification of opportunities in their application in educational institutions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation conducted at SMP Negeri Satap Basarani and SMA Negeri 1 Imogiri. The results indicate that interactive digital modules have multimodal characteristics that integrate text, images, audio, and video through platforms such as Google Classroom, Quizizz, Canva, and Google Forms. These modules are interactive, actively engaging students at every stage of learning, and adaptive to both subject matter characteristics and student needs. Effective implementation strategies include integrating digital modules at appropriate stages of learning, balancing digital technology with conventional methods, applying technology-based collaborative learning, and providing intensive teacher guidance. The identified opportunities include increased student learning motivation, enhanced flexibility and accessibility of learning, development of digital literacy and 21st-century skills, and improved efficiency in learning management. The study concludes that a hybrid approach combining digital technology with traditional pedagogical wisdom is the key to successful implementation of interactive digital modules in PAI learning.

Abstract

The intense competition in the vape industry and the similarity of products between stores require businesses to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. In this context, digital information through electronic word of mouth and the level of product innovation are important factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions at Martubung Vape Store. This study aims to determine the partial influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions, the partial influence of product innovation on purchasing decisions, and the simultaneous influence of electronic word of mouth and product innovation on consumer purchasing decisions at Martubung Vape Store. This study was conducted at Martubung Vape Store, with a total consumer population of 380 in 2024. The sampling technique used 5% of the total population, resulting in a sample size of 79 respondents. The results show that electronic word of mouth has a partial positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Product innovation also has a partial positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, electronic word of mouth and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.698 indicates that 69.8% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions can be explained by electronic word of mouth and product innovation, while the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

The sampling method used in this study was a nonprobability sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 96 respondents. This study used primary data collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used data analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 24 for Windows. The results showed that consumer behavior and purchasing interest partially influenced sales volume at the Parkir Fashion clothing store. Consumer behavior and purchasing interest simultaneously influenced sales volume at the Parkir Fashion clothing store. The coefficient of determination test showed that 54.6% of sales volume factors could be explained by consumer behavior and purchasing interest variables, while the remaining 43.6% was explained by other factors not examined in this study.

The results indicate that public services at the Karang Berombak Village Office are categorized as "Good" with an IKM conversion score of 80.58. The service elements with the highest scores were indicators of completion time, implementer behavior, and complaint handling. Meanwhile, the service elements with the lowest scores were indicators of facilities and infrastructure, and service costs/tariffs. This study recommends that the village office improve the quality of supporting facilities and the transparency of service cost information to increase public satisfaction. Abstract

This study examines the role of home industry as a strategy for empowering micro-businesses in increasing workers' financial revenue, with a case study of the Mama Zita cake home industry in Bantan Village. The research problem arises from several issues, including the lack of skill empowerment programs for workers from government institutions, limited marketing strategies in promoting products, and minimal attention to raw material management, production facilities, and access to capital that support business sustainability. This study aims to analyze how the home industry contributes to empowering micro-entrepreneurs and improving workers’ financial income. The research uses a qualitative approach in which the researcher acts as the key instrument. Data were collected through triangulation techniques including interviews, observations, photographs, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted inductively to interpret meanings rather than generalize findings. The results show that the Mama Zita cake home industry plays a strategic role in community economic empowerment. As a household-based business with flexible operations and relatively small capital requirements, the home industry provides employment opportunities, supports micro-entrepreneurs, and contributes to strengthening household economic resilience. Furthermore, workers involved in this sector experience a significant increase in daily financial income and receive additional bonuses when production orders increase. Therefore, the home industry can be considered an effective alternative strategy for empowering micro-businesses and improving workers’ financial welfare at the community level.
