This study aims to develop a historical learning model based on Soekarno's thinking to improve students' leadership attitudes. Soekarno is known as the founding father of the Indonesian nation whose leadership both before and after Indonesia's independence.. The form of this research is research on the development of learning models (R&D) from the ADDIE model. The results showed that the results of the effectiveness of Sukarno's thinking-based learning model combined with existing learning approaches and models, showed that the experimental class had better results than the control class. This is indicated by the average test results for the control class, namely the pre-test 37.77 and the post-test 65.92. While the T-test was 6.983 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.25, while the average test results for the experimental class were 33.66 pre-test and 72.33 post-test. While the T test is 122,058 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.25. The average test results for the control class were 95.66 before treatment and 98.85 after treatment. While the T-test is 5.135 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.025, while the average test results for the experimental class are 98.20 before treatment and 1.003 after treatment. While the T-test is 4.267 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.025.

Human rights are fundamental rights that must be given by the state to its citizens, including prisoners. The granting of these rights must of course be fair and proportional. This study aims to see and find out how to fulfil the special needs of female inmates in the Penitentiary, considering that women have specific characteristic according to their nature, namely menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding. With knowledge about the special needs of female prisoners in prison, it is possible to formulate special policies or regulation that dea; with and overcome these problems . In this case, more sensitive correctional policies and institutional rules related to gender issues are needed to ensure the fulfillment of the needs of female prisoners. Based on the research , it is stated that Indonesia is one of the countries that agrees to the Bangkok Rules, which recognizes that women in the criminak justice system have special needs, but their implementation has not been maximized so that optimization is needed in their handling. The research method sed is literature review, by tracing related research to strengthen the research results. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of meeting the needs for female prisoners is still not uniform in all Correctional Technical Implementation Units, because ther is no national policy in Indonesia that legally and specifically regulates female prisoners.

The problem of tolerance is one of serious problem in Indonesia. A number behavior and intolerance cases are proof that inhancancing tolerance attitude is very needed, including through Islamic education institution, especially through social studies learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The amis of this research are: 1) describe the understanding and perspectives of social studies teachers of strengthening tolerance attitude; and 2) describe social studies teachers approach in strengthening tolerance attitude in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study was a qualitative (case study tife) research. The object of the study was social studies teacher in Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bengkulu City. Data were elicited using interviews, questionnaires, document analysis and observation. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model of Milles & Huberman. Based on the research, the results obtained are:1) Social studies teachers at MTs Bengkulu city views that toletance needs to be instilled, especially because it in line with Islamic religious teanhing, relevance to the vision of social studies learning and because of the encouraging socio-cultural reality of the Indonesian people; and 2) there are three main approaches that aer applied by teachers in strengthening tolerance, namely religious moderation which aims to introduce a moderate way of religion, especially through the teaching of Islam, multicultural education apptroach that seeks to instill the principles of unity in diversity to Indonesia is a multicultural, and character education approach that seeks to instill the value of tolerance to students through the process of value

Traditional games are an integral part of cultural heritage that needs to be preserved and promoted to maintain its identity and continuity. The purpose of this study is to identify efforts to preserve traditional games through the empowerment of students at Asy-Syifa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut District, Bengkulu City. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collecting through observation, interview and documentation. The research findings indicate that MI Asyifa Syifa has made many efforts to preserve traditional games, including conducting active and experiential learning activities, teacher training, and collaboration with local communities. Empowering students by active participation in these activities also contributes to their understanding of the need of preserving cultural heritage. However, further efforts are still needed to enhance public awareness and participation in preserving traditional games to ensure the continuity of local culture in the future.

Abstract: The Palace Site Plered as a Learning Media of Historical Reconstruction. The purpose of research on the Palace Site Plered during Islamic Mataram was to see how big the potential and the prospective site of the Palace as a learning Medium Plered Reconstruction History either to students, a student of history, as well as lovers of history. This research uses qualitative deskriftif method with this type of research is historical. As for the method of this research consists of the stages of data collection, data analysis, and then the last stage of verification or conclusion. In the third stage of the four-stage research history. The results showed that the Palace historical site Plered beneficial to provide insight into the history of the Sultanate of Mataram Islam and has potential as a medium of instruction in developing the learning model reconstruction of history. The Palace site is useful as a productive activity of Plered as preparation of scientific papers, final project, the creation of media, and natural history education, laboratory for students, students of history and public history lovers.

Problems in classroom learning are becoming more complex day by day, especially regarding the final results in learning activities that will be achieved. This is caused by several factors in teaching and learning activities which are not optimally implemented by teaching staff or lecturers. Lecturers have a very important role in achieving the success of their students or students. But in reality, when studying citizenship, students do not appear active in participating in the teaching and learning process in class, the class only looks monotonous, with the lecturer playing an active role, students only listen and do not play a role. active in the learning process. In situations like this, creativity is needed from a lecturer or teaching staff to stimulate student activity in participating in the learning process so that the learning process does not only go in one direction but there is reciprocity between lecturers and students. In order for learning to occur in a class where students are actively involved, the lecturer or teacher must use an interactive model or method such as using a cooperative model. In teaching this citizenship course, researchers use the problem based learning (PBL) learning model.The aim of this research is to find out how the learning activities of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) students class of 2023 in the Citizenship course use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research method used by the researcher is the classroom action research method which applies research stages using cycles, where in the research it is planned to carry out three cycles consisting of three face-to-face meetings in each cycle. With each cycle using the steps or syntax of the PBL model. The results obtained in the research were an increase in student activity after participating in classroom learning using the method applied by the lecturer using the PBl model. This can be seen from the results of learning activities in cycles I, II and III showing significant improvement from cycles I, II and III.

Entrepreneurship and tourism have gained attention from researchers due to their contribution to society's social and economic welfare, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze scientific literature on entrepreneurship and tourism in Indonesia by using the Scopus database. Bibliometric analysis was performed to analyze the documents to answer the research questions. A sample of 48 documents is selected and analyzed using R software (Biblioshiny). The result finds that entrepreneurship and tourism in Indonesia, widely studied by Indonesia University as an affiliated, contributed most to the documents. The thematic areas of entrepreneurship and tourism in Indonesia are entrepreneurship, tourism, innovation, rural tourism, sustainable tourism, and training. The entrepreneurship and tourism sector supports economic and sustainable development to support ecotourism based on the natural or to reach sustainable tourism. This study contributes to practical and theoretical studies of entrepreneurship and the tourism sector in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine whether happiness at work and organizational culture are related to employee performance in a fertilizer distributor company. Using a quantitative correlational design, the study involved 43 randomly selected employees. The instruments measured employees’ levels of workplace happiness, their perception of the organizational culture, and their daily performance achievements. The results reveal that neither happiness at work nor organizational culture is related to employee performance. Employees who reported higher levels of workplace happiness did not demonstrate better performance than their peers. Likewise, positive perceptions of organizational culture did not contribute to improvements in work quality, timeliness, or overall effectiveness. In general, employees were able to maintain stable performance levels even though their happiness and cultural perceptions were only in the moderate category. These findings indicate that employee performance in this company is likely influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as workload, supervision systems, or work experience.

This study aims to reconstruct the history of the pantauan tradition of mangkal laugh in the Kedurang Village, South Bengkulu and analyze its relevance to learning history in high school. The research was conducted using historical methods consisting of four main stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of the study show that: 1) the pantauan tradition of mangkal laugh is a tradition rooted in the pantauan tradition in the Besemah area, Pagar Alam. The tradition of monitoring mangkal luagh has existed in Kedurang for a long time. At least since before Indonesia's independence; 2) since it was first carried out until now, the pantauan tradition of mangkal luagh has undergone three changes in form. These changes occurred mainly in terms of the number of executors and the form of implementation of Mangkal Luagh; 3) in relation to learning history in high school, for the Indonesian History subject there is no material that directly intersects with the Pantauan Mangkal Luagh tradition. This is because the mangkal luagh tradition does not have links with prehistoric, Hindu-Buddhist, Islamic or Western-influenced traditions. However, the mangkal luagh tradition can be integrated into learning history of interest, especially on the theme of historical thinking, historical source and historical research methods (for grade X) and the theme of the development of Indonesian culture in new order and reformation era (for grade XII).

has become a reality that the earth and all the resources contained in it have been exploited to fulfill material interests and pursue economic income. As a result, the earth began to experience an imbalance marked by the emergence of various natural disasters. This reality encourages the educational environment, be it schools, families and communities to try again to maintain the balance of the earth and environmental sustainability through an ecopedagogic approach. On this basis, this research seeks to elaborate in depth the efforts of farmers in Bulutellue Village in mainstreaming ecopedagogic activities. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach through ethnographic methods. The results showed that the farming community in Bulutellue Village as part of the community that still cares about environmental sustainability tries to apply ecopedagogy to their children in their daily lives, both in the household environment and on agricultural land. Activities that have an ecopedagogic nuance can be seen when children are involved in cleaning the yard and yard of the house, making compost from kitchen waste and livestock manure to reducing consumption of packaged food and drinks.This practice has proven to be effective because children from farming families can directly apply the knowledge they get at school.
