This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Lubuk Pakam in marketing pre-retirement and retirement financing products. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that BSI KC Lubuk Pakam uses a marketing mix (7P) which includes product, price, promotion, place, people, processes, and physical evidence. Supporting factors for the marketing strategy are product flexibility and collaboration with various agencies. Inhibiting factors include the lack of utilization of social media and competition with other banks. This research provides recommendations to increase promotion through social media and expand collaboration with various parties.

This study aims to analyze the savings marketing strategy implemented by Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Marelan Raya in increasing the number of new customers. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Branch Manager and participatory observation. The results showed that Bank Sumut Syariah applies a marketing strategy based on the 7P marketing mix, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Supporting factors for the success of this strategy include a trusted bank image, competitive products, and quality service. Meanwhile, the challenges faced include intense competition and a lack of public understanding of sharia finance. This research provides implications for Bank Sumut Syariah to continue innovating, optimizing digital technology, and increasing sharia financial literacy to increase the number of customers and strengthen its position in the market.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Marelan Raya. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach, through observation and in-depth interviews with the Deputy Leader of the Bank. The results showed that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, where reliability, responsiveness, and assurance are the most dominant dimensions. This research implies the importance of continuous improvement of service quality, focusing on these key dimensions, to increase customer loyalty and bank performance

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the mudharabah contract in pension fund management at BSI KC Rantauprapat. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the Branch Operation & Service Manager of BSI KC Rantauprapat and document analysis. The results showed that BSI KC Rantauprapat applies the mudharabah muthlaqah contract to its pension savings product, providing flexibility in fund investment. The associated risks are managed through investment diversification and strict supervision. This study highlights the need for more comprehensive regulations to support the development of Islamic pension funds. Recommended development strategies include increased education, product innovation, and strengthened risk management.

. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of umrah financing products at Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Marelan Raya. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach, through observation and interviews with the Bank Leader. The results showed that the Bank implements a combination of conventional and digital marketing strategies. Factors such as competition, public understanding, and economic conditions affect marketing effectiveness. Strategic recommendations include increasing education, product innovation, and service enhancement. This research provides insights into sharia marketing and effective strategies in the context of umrah financing products.

This study aims to analyze the influence of housing quality on customer decisions in choosing subsidized housing (KPR) at Bank Muamalat KCU Medan Baru. The research method used is qualitative with a field study approach. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with the Branch Manager of Bank Muamalat KCU Medan Baru. The results showed that housing quality has a significant influence on customer decisions. The most dominant factors of housing quality are the quality of buildings and basic infrastructure, strategic location, housing facilities, and a safe and comfortable environment. Bank Muamalat needs to continuously improve the quality standards of housing financed through subsidized mortgages and tighten supervision of developers.

This research work is expected to provide a deeper insight into the factors related to the performance of the village government in implementing the Independent Village program, as well as providing recommendations for the improvement and development of the program in the future. The researcher determined the type of research used, namely the qualitative method where this method emphasizes more on observing phenomena and examining the substance of the meaning of the phenomenon and is greatly influenced by the power of words and sentences or often said to be in the form of statements or sentences. The results of the study are: First, the evaluation of the performance of the Tumori Village government in general has been going well, but there are still several sub-parameters that have not reached the maximum limit. Second, in the process of implementing the Independent Village Program, Tumori Village strives to support human resource development, natural resource management, management of local village potential and improving the community's economy. Third, the efforts made in implementing the Independent Village are by implementing the PKTD (Village Cash for Work) program where this program involves the entire community in village development activities or projects in order to support the economy, provide jobs, and improve the welfare of the entire community.

The main problems identified at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi is the lack of variation in discount strategies. The discounts offered tend to be monotonous and not adapted to various market segments and only for certain types of motorbikes, not comprehensively for all types of motorbikes marketed. This research uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative research type where data collection techniques are obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Milles and Huberman data analysis technique. The research results show that (1) Implementation of price discount strategies at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi is considered to have significantly increased sales of Honda brand motorbikes, especially during certain periods such as special events or new product launches. Price discounts are effective in attracting consumers and speeding up stock turnover, helping manage excess stock and minimizing the risk of unsold products, and (2) Price discount strategies also contribute to increasing customer loyalty and competitiveness in the market. PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi is advised to implement a discount strategy that is planned and not too frequent, such as at annual events or new product launches, to avoid reducing the perception of product value. In addition, companies can increase customer loyalty by complementing discount strategies with attractive loyalty programs, such as reward points or exclusive vouchers, which can strengthen relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

This research aims to provide a partial analysis of the impact of work ethics in supporting organizational transformation and to determine the factors that hinder work ethics in supporting organizational transformation in the Gunungsitoli City Satpol PP. In conducting this research, the type of research used is a descriptive qualitative research method, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher carried out direct observations in the field to find out the behavior and meaning of the behavior being studied and then the researcher conducted interviews to obtain as much data or information as possible and as clear as possible from the research subjects, namely key informants and supporting informants. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of the responsibilities of the Gunungsitoli City Civil Service Police Unit members had been carried out quite well. However, there is still something that needs to be improved by several members of the Gunungsitoli City Satpol PP who still have not demonstrated a positive work ethic, namely work discipline and perseverance.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of market segmentation in increasing sales at the Eiger Shop, Gunungsitoli City. Market segmentation is an important strategy in modern marketing that allows companies to divide the market into groups of consumers with similar characteristics. By focusing on the right market segments, companies can optimize resource allocation and increase sales. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with business owners and direct observations regarding market segmentation carried out at Eiger stores. The research results show that market segmentation has a very large and significant influence on increasing sales at the Eiger Shop, Gunungsitoli City. Psychographic segmentation and consumer behavior were found to be the most influential factors in increasing sales. These findings provide important implications for Eiger Store management in designing more effective and efficient marketing strategies to increase sales in the future.
