Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of Profitability (ROE) and Liquidity (FDR) on the Financial Performance (ROA) of Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The panel data regression analysis method used was a quantitative method. The results of this research showed that the variables profitability (ROE) and liquidity (FDR) simultaneously influence the financial performance (ROA) of sharia banking listed on the BEI for the 2018-2022 period. Partially, Profitability (ROE) influenced Financial Performance (ROA) in sharia banking listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Partially, the influence of liquidity (FDR) on financial performance (ROA) in sharia banking listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The R-squared (R2) value obtained was 0.826759 or 82.68%, this showed that the percentage influence of the Profitability (X1) and Liquidity (X2) variables on Financial Performance (Y) was 83.68% while the remaining 17.32% in influence other factors not studied.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate on the price of the Indonesian Sharia Index for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is quantitative, the data used in this research is cross section secondary data published by Bank Indonesia (BI). The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index Price for the 2019-2021 period. The coefficient of determination value obtained is an R square value of 0.502 or equal to 50.2%. This shows that the contribution of the influence of inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index Price for the 2019-2021 period is 50.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research, such as interest rates, levels of imports of goods, political and legal conditions and overall stock market conditions which influence the price of the Indonesian sharia stock index.

Abstract

This research discussed the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Involvement on the Performance of DPRD Office Employees, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The population in this study were 63 employees of the DPRD Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The analytical method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explained that the t-count of each Leadership Style variable (X1) was 5.881 and Work Involvement (X2) was 7.023, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.00030 which stated that all variables had a significant influence on the Performance of Regency DPRD Office Employees. Ogan Komering Ulu. The calculated F value of 100.601 was greater than the F table of 3.15 which stated that together Leadership Style and Work Involvement had a significant influence on the Performance of Regency DPRD Office Employees. Ogan Komering Ulu. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.770 meant that in this case the contribution of the influence of Leadership Style and Work Involvement on Employees' Performance was 77%, while the remaining 23% was influenced by other variables outside of the variables included in this research model, namely work motivation, responsibility, work discipline and incentives.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Job Loyalty on Employees' Performance at PT. Patra Drilling Contactor Air Serdang Peninjauan, Ogan Komering Ulu. The data used was primary and secondary data. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the T test and F test showed that there was an influence of job satisfaction and work loyalty on employees' performance at PT. Patra Drilling Contractor Air Serdang Peninjauan, Ogan Komering Ulu either partially or simultaneously. The R square figure was 0.403, this showed that the proportion of overall variation in the value of the employees' performance variable (Y) which could beex plain edorca used by the linear relation ship between the variab les Job Satisfaction (X1) and Job Loyalty was 40.3% while the remaining 59.7% was explained by other variab les that were not included in this research model, namely Ability and Expertise, Knowledge, Work Design, Personality, Work Motivation, Leadership, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Commitment, Work Discipline.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT. Ninja Xpress Baturaja Branch. The data collection technique used in this research was through distributing questionnaires. The total population was 39 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was a positive influence of work motivation on employees’ performance with a calculated t value of 2,264. The job satisfaction variable had a positive influence on employees’ performance with a calculated t value of 3,438. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT Ninja Xpress Baturaja Branch. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.449. This showed that the contribution of the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance was 44.90%, while the remaining 55.10% was influenced by other variables outside this research, namely knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes that were not included in this research, for example abilities, improving results. achieved, work enthusiasm, self-development, quality and efficiency (Sutrisno, 2020:104).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the minimum wage and economic growth have an effect on labor absorption in south sumatra province, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the research results, it is clear that the minimum wage on labor absorption in south sumatra province, where the minimum wage (x1) is 0.229, the coefficient is positive. This means that if the minimum wage (x1) increases by 1 percent, then the average labor absorption (y) will increase by 0.229 percent and the economic growth variable (x2) is -1.752. The coefficient is negative, meaning that if economic growth (x2) increases by 1 percent means the average labor absorption (y) will decrease by 1.752 percent, the coefficient of determination (r square) is 0.969. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the contribution/contribution of the influence of minimum wages (x1) and economic growth (x2), together on variations in the increase/decrease in labor absorption (y) is 96.9% while the remaining 3.1% is influenced by variables others that are not researched such as technology, human development index, population and others.

Abstract

This research discussed the influence of workload (X1), work environment (X2), and position promotion (X3) on employees' performance (Y) at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1. The population in this study was all employees at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1 totaling 39 people. This research was quantitative research with the analytical method used, namely Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using Validity and Reliability Tests. The results of the analysis showed that the variables Workload, Work Environment and Position Promotion influenced employees' performance at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1 both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) was obtained at 0.617. This showed that the contribution of the influence of Work Load (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Position Promotion (X3) to Employees' Performance (Y) at PT Thamrin Brothers Baturaja 1 was 61.7%, while the remaining 38.3% was influenced by Other variables not included in this research include work motivation, work discipline and leadership (Afandi, 2018:86).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of digital banking transactions on fee based income in the banking sector. In the era of digital transformation, banks face the challenge of adapting to technological innovations that can increase fee-based income. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations at several banks that implement digital banking services. The research results show that digital banking transactions significantly contribute to increasing fee-based income, with factors such as the number of transactions and customer satisfaction being the main keys. The prospects of this research show that further development in digital banking services can increase bank competitiveness and provide added value for customers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU. The data collection technique in this study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to a population of 32 people. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was an influence of the workload variable on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Cooperative with a t-count value of 9.991 > t-table value of 2.045, and there was an influence of the work stress variable on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU with a t-count value of 2.674 > t-table value of 2.045. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU with an F-count value of 63.619 > F-table value of 3.33. The determination coefficient (R²) obtained was 0.814, indicating that the contribution of the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU was 81.4%, while the remaining 18.6% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study, such as perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and other factors (Riani et al. 2017).

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of work discipline and work commitment on total quality management (TQM) at the Tirtaraja Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), OKU Regency. The data collection technique in this research was through distributing questionnaires with a population of 151 people and a sample of 60 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was an influence of the Work Discipline variable (X1) on Total Quality Management (Y) with a tcount of 4.905 >ttable 2.002, there was an influence of the Work Commitment variable (X2) on Total Quality Management (Y) with a tcount of 5.083 >ttable 2.002, simultaneously it was found that there was an influence of Work Discipline and Work Commitment on Total Quality Management (TQM) with a calculated F value of 41.875 >Ftable 3.16. The coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained was 0.595, this showed that 59.5% of the contribution from Total Quality Management (TQM) at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirtaraja OKU Regency could be explained by the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Commitment (X2) while the remaining 40.5% was influenced by other variables apart from those in this research, for example Leadership, Rewards, Environment, etc. (Afandi, 2018:20)
