Abstract

Abstract: the aimed of this research is to described the model of teaching politeness in Javanese language at elementary school. the variety of activities that is done by the teacher’s and the students during the process of teaching politeness in javanese language subject at SDN Penanggungan Malang. The approach that was used in this research is qualitative methodology. The data was collected during the process of teaching javanese langage subject at SDN Penanggungan Malang which is done through the problem case study used qualitative analysis. Therfore, this research will result in the construction models of the practice teaching politeness in javanese language at elementary school. Model immersion learning is model of teaching which has attempt to directly involve the students in the learning process. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan model Pembelajaran Unggah-Ungguh Bahasa Jawa di Sekolah Dasar. Aktifitas apasaja yang dilakukan oleh siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran unggah-ungguh Bahasa Jawa di SDN Penanggungan Kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui praktik Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa di SDN Penanggungan Kota Malang, melalui penelitian studi kasus dengan analisis kualitatif, maka penelitian ini akan menghasilkan konstruksi Model Praktik Pembelajaran Unggah-Ungguh Bahasa Jawa di Sekolah Dasar. Model Immersion Learning adalah model pembelajaran yang berupaya mencelupkan langsung diri siswa ke dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to describe the relation among the organizational climate of the schools and the job satisfaction as well as the spirit at work of the Catholic elementary school teachers in Merauke city, Papua. The samples of the study were 97 (78.86%) out of 123 teachers as the population. The research data was obtained by using questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using SPSS for Windows version 21 software. The results of the study suggested that there was significant relation between organizational climate at schools and the teachers’ job satisfaction as well as their spirit at work. The results also showed the significant relation between the teachers’ job satisfaction and their spirit at work at Catholic elementary schools in Merauke city. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan iklim organisasi sekolah dan kepuasan kerja dengan semangat kerja guru-guru SD Katolik di Kota Merauke, Papua. Sampel penelitian diambil 97 orang (78,86%) dari populasi yang berjumlah 123 guru. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket. Pengolahan data menggunakan Program SPSS for Windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru dan semangat kerja guru. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja guru dengan semangat kerja guru SD Katolik di kota Merauke.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and character values that grow in students through the participatory-based Adiwiyata program at SDN Bareng 3 Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that SDN Bareng 3 Malang has implemented a participatory-based Adiwiyata program under the standards of participatory-based environmental activities. The activities include (a) maintenance and maintenance of the school building and environment; (b) participating in environmental action activities with outside parties; (c) forge partnerships and utilize sources from various parties to enhance environmental learning. As for the character values that grow in students of SDN Bareng 3 Malang, namely cooperation, caring for the environment, being independent, creative, disciplined, nationalist, religious, and responsible. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi dan nilai-nilai karakter yang tumbuh pada diri siswa melalui program Adiwiyata berbasis partisipatif di SDN Bareng 3 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Bareng 3 Malang telah mengimplementasikan program Adiwiyata berbasis partisipatif sesuai dengan standar kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif. Bentuk kegiatannya yaitu, (a) pemeliharaan serta perawatan gedung dan lingkungan sekolah; (b) mengikuti kegiatan aksi peduli lingkungan bersama pihak luar; (c) menjalin kemitraan dan memanfaatkan sumber dari berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran lingkungan hidup. Adapun nilai karakter yang tumbuh pada diri siswa SDN Bareng 3 Malang, yaitu gotong royong, peduli lingkungan, mandiri, kreatif, disiplin, nasionalis, religius, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Abstract: The current study utilized causal technique of survey method and path analysis. The research analyzed the influence of one variable to another, both direct and indirect influence on the endogenous variables. The samples were 65 principals of Education Department in Jagakarsa district South Jakarta. The results suggested that there was direct influence of (1) the leadership on the trust at work, (2) the work cultures on the trust at work, (3) the leadership styles on the organizational commitment, (4) the work cultures on the organizational commitment, and the trust at work on the organizational commitment. The results of the study also suggested that leadership styles had indirect influence on the organizational commitment through the trust at work and the work cultures had indirect influence on the organizational commitment through the trust at work. Abstrak: penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei teknik kausal, dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh satu variabel terhadap variabel lain, baik pengaruh langsung maupun tak langsung terhadap variabel endogen, dari sampel 65 orang kepala sekolah Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung (1) kepemimpinan terhadap kepercayaan kerja, (2) budaya kerja terhadap kepercayaan kerja, (3) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi, (4) budaya kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, (5) kepercayaan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung. Tetapi sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepercayaan kerja; dan budaya kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepercayaan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to synthesize and apply the concept of trilogy +1 learner in the learning process at school, so as to create a humanist education process. The research design uses qualitative-phenomenological, with Miles Huberman analysis model, and grand theory of humanist education Paulo Freire. The results showed that the results of the synthesis and application of the trilogy +1 learner concept had constraints on the involvement of parents of students. Factually and scientifically it can be proven that the involvement of students' parents, together with educators and students in a learning forum, can improve the quality of the humanist education process. Through the concept of trilogy +1 learner, the sympathy and empathy of students' parents is expected to get better. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesiskan dan menerapkan konsep trilogy +1 learner dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah, agar tercipta proses pendidikan humanis. Desain penelitian menggunakan kualitatif–fenomenologis, dengan model analisis Miles Huberman, dan grand theory pendidikan humanis Paulo Freire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil sintesis dan penerapan konsep trilogy +1 learner memperoleh kendala keterlibatan orang tua peserta didik. Secara faktual dan ilmiah dapat dibuktikan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua peserta didik, bersama pendidik dan murid dalam satu forum pembelajaran, dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pendidikan humanis. Melalui konsep trilogy +1 learner , simpati dan empati orang tua peserta didik diharapkan semakin baik.

Abstract

Abstract: The current study was aimed at describing the functions of the Teacher Work Group (TWG) within the perspective of the continuous professionalism development. The study took place in Kras district Kediri Regency and had 17 elementary school teachers as the research subjects. The data was collected by using interview and inductive analysis. The results of the study suggested that TWG was positively responded by the teachers as the means of sharing knowledge and experiences especially those which were related to the improvement of the teaching and learning quality in the classrooms. TWG was an effective vessel in developing the teachers’ continuous professionalism development. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan fungsi Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dalam perspektif pengembangan profesionalisme berkelanjutan. Lokasi Penelitian di Kecamatan Kras Kabupaten Kediri, dengan subjek 17 guru sekolah dasar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberadaan KKG direspon positif oleh guru sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman, khususnya mengenai peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. KKG efektif sebagai wadah pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: The study was aimed to describe the teachers’ perceptions of the concepts of the authentic assessment, performance assessment, project assessment, portfolio assessment, and written tests. The results of the study suggested that the teachers’ perceptions of the authentic assessment concept were categorized as good (61.3%), the teachers’ perceptions of the project assessment were categorized as very good (70.2%), the teachers’ perceptions of the portfolio assessment were categorized as good enough (59.8%), and the teachers’ perceptions of the written tests were categorized as good (62%). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan medeskripsikan persepsi guru tentang konsep penilaian autentik, penilaian kinerja, penilaian proyek, penilaian portofolio, dan penilaian tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persepsi guru terhadap konsep penilaian autentik termasuk kategori baik (61,3%), persepsi guru terhadap penilaian kinerja termasuk kategori baik (66,25%), persepsi guru terhadap penilaian proyek termasuk kategori sangat baik (70,2%), persepsi guru terhadap penilaian portofolio termasuk kategori cukup baik (59,8%), dan persepsi guru terhadap penilaian tertulis termasuk kategori baik (62%).

Abstract

Abstract: this research aimed at describing the effectivity of teaching method and basic phisical act toward dribling ball skill in football section of elemenary students. This research was done by using exprimental study. The analysis of the data used Anava 2 ways method. The result showed that: (1) there are significant differences of dribling ball skill between the students who taught by applying drilling method and TAKTIS. (2) A drilling method in groups which have higher motoric than TAKTIS method. (3)There are no significant differences in groups of low basic phisical act that is taught with drilling teaching method and TAKTIS method. (4) There are no influences factors of interaction beween teaching method with basic motoric ability toward dribling skill in football. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas metode pembelajaran dan kemampuan gerak dasar terhadap keterampilan dribling permainan sepak bola siswa SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan Anava 2 jalur. Hasil: (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan keterampilan dribling permainan sepak bola antara siswa yang diajar dengan metode drill dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran taktis. (2) Metode drill pada kelompok berkemampuan motorik tinggi lebih dari metode taktis. (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada kelompok berkemampuan gerak dasar rendah antara kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran drill dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran taktis. (4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh faktor interaksi antara metode mengajar dengan kemampuan motorik dasar terhadap keterampilan dribling permainan sepak bola.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the faktors of learning difficulties in mathematics and analyze the faktors of learning difficulties in terms of the results of learning mathematics in fifthh grade elementary school students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire instrument, observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation conducted during mathematics learning activities in Pagersari I Elementary School Tulungagung Regency. Data analysis techniques using triangulation techniques and observer perseverance. The data obtained are 55.93% internal learning difficulties and 59.2% external learning difficulties. Data analysis of learning outcomes obtained 36% of students have difficulty learning mathematics in the cognitive realm. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripiskan faktor kesulitan belajar pada mata pelajaran matematika dan menganalisis faktor kesulitan belajar ditinjau dari hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran matematika di SDN Pagersari I Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan ketekunan pengamat. Data yang diperoleh yaitu faktor kesulitan belajar intern 55,93% dan faktor kesulitan belajar ekstern 59,2%. Data analisis hasil belajar diperoleh 36% siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar matematika pada ranah kognitif.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is to determine the relationship between parental attention to the learning outcomes of class II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau. The research was using quantitative correlation by the sample of 55 students. Techniques in collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Techniques in data analysis by applying the formula "product moment correlation" and "double correlation". The results of the study showed a significant relationship between parental attention to learning outcomes. This is evidenced by rxy amount 0.51542, rxy amount 0.26566, t-count 3.2944. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between parental attention to the learning outcomes of class II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah students. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Lubuklinggau. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jenis korelasi kuantitatif, dan sampel sebanyak 55 siswa. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik dalam analisis data menerapkan rumus "product moment correlation" dan "double correlation". Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan dari rxy sama dengan 0,51542, rxy sama dengan 0,26566, t-hitung 3,2944. Simpulannya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDIT Raudhatul Jannah.
