RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) is a first-treatment method that can be used. With the onset of the intention, this handling behavior may appear. The theory of planned behaviour offers an explanation for this. This study intends to examine the variables that affect intention based on the theory of planned behavior with regard to the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) strategy in the first management of ankle injuries at Mandala United Football School students, Denpasar. This study is a cross-sectional quantitative descriptive study. By employing a comprehensive sample methodology and distributing questionnaires to a total of 54 students as respondents, primary data was collected. With a significance level of 0.05, the Spearman's rank test was used to conduct descriptive and bivariate analyses on the data. According to the study's findings, there is a substantial connection between knowledge and attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. The same conclusions were obtained regarding behavioral attitude, subjective norms, and perceived intentional behavior control. The study's findings indicate that Mandala United Denpasar Football School students had outstanding knowledge, positive attitudes, low subjective norms, and inadequate perceived behavior control. Abstract

Empowerment model of accomplished athlete civil servants at The Ministry Of Youth And Sport affairs Of The Republic Of IndonesiaAbstractSince 2018, the Government has paid considerable attention to the welfare of outstanding athletes in Indonesia. Giving appreciation is the government's effort to further develop the potential of athletes, coaches, and assistant coaches to encourage the progress of sports achievements in Indonesia. Through the Regulation of the Minister of Youth and Sports (Permenpora) Number 6 of 2018, the mandate of Law no. 11 of 2022 concerning Sports, by awarding ASN. ASN Athletes with achievements are part of the HR at Kemenpora and have the right to be empowered by agencies because this policy has been stipulated in Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus and PP No. 11 of 2017. It must be emphasized that the appointment of ASN Athletes with Achievements is a form of implementing an award policy, which is not based on calculating ASN needs. However, if the empowerment of ASN Athletes with Achievements is carried out well, it is possible that these Athletes with Achievements will not only be able to strengthen sports in Indonesia but also contribute maximally to strengthening Kemenpora from an administrative side. This type of research uses Mix Methods. This research was conducted to find out the appropriate empowerment model for ASN Athletes with Achievements at Kemenpora through the Khan empowerment model variable. The results of this study, namely desire, credibility and communication are factors that have a significant effect on the empowerment of ASN Athletes with Achievement. Even so, a merit and monitoring system must still be applied and then it must be strengthened with a performance evaluation system for ASN Athletes with Achievements so that the right form of personnel development for ASN Athletes with Achievements can be identified.

Abstract

Sleep quality and anxiety are closely related. Those who have difficulty sleeping often have problems with anxiety, and vice versa, those who have difficulty often experience problems sleeping. Sleep quality has a significant effect on anxiety and is influenced by, among others, the type of work, physical activity, physical exercise, and sports. This study aims to determine the relationship between exercise body performance, sleep quality, and anxiety. This research is descriptive research with a survey method. Using purposive sampling with certain criteria. Participants are members of Studio Primadonna. Instruments with online questionnaires: the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) for sleep quality and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 questionnaire were used to assess anxiety. Statistical analysis using chi-square. The survey results show that on average Primadonna studio members have quite good sleep quality, as evidenced by PSQI data 16 people (80%) have quite good sleep quality and have minimal anxiety, as evidenced by the results of GAD-7 data as many as 10 people (50%) ) has a minimal anxiety category. Subjects in the moderately good category on average had minimal anxiety and exercised 5 times a week, while subjects in the moderately poor category on average had mild anxiety and exercised 3 times a week It can be concluded that body performance exercise has a good influence on the sleep quality and anxiety of body performance exercise members at Studio Primadonna. The more often and consistently participants do body performance exercises, the anxiety decreases and the quality of sleep improves. Conversely, the less often you exercise, anxiety increases and sleep quality worsens. Future research is expected to be able to link sleep quality, anxiety, and other relevant variables, with varying subjects and views from various perspectives.

Abstract

Academic learning and sports coaching are things that must be done by Sports Class (KKO SMA) students. Specific and well-planned training, coaching, competition and recovery will ensure optimal development throughout an athlete's career. Academic paths, self-development, and continuing studies from high school to university are factors in preparing for the future. so that academic education and sports skills development must be synergistic. The method used in the research was descriptive with the instrument being a questionnaire adapted from Renzully's three ring prize concept which was tested for validity and reliability on 20 respondents with Cronbach's Alpha with a result of 0.79. so that the results of interest in majors at KKO High School show KKO (M = 4.596, SD = 0.754), Learning and training process (M = 2.662, SD = 0.816), so it can be concluded that school and training schedules are the two lowest items, need to be given attention and special treatment to be scheduled in an organized manner so that training and education can complement each other and be synergistic.

Abstract

An athlete needs to pay attention to the amounts of nutrients that give the body energy. If an athlete doesn't know much about proper nutrition, it can make them less aware of how important it is to eat healthy food. Indonesian athletes who aren't performing well are doing so because they aren't getting enough healthy nutrition. This is because their teachers don't know how nutrition can help athletes perform better. The study aimed at investigating the relationship between nutritional knowledge and macronutrient intake with the nutritional status of athletes. Analytic descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. There were 94 athletes as the population, and a sample of 63 athletes in the dormitory involved, through simple random sampling method. The instruments used were the respondent's identity, nutritional knowledge questionnaire, 3x24 hour food recall, height measurement using microtoice and weight using digital scales, then the analysis of the data was conducted with 3 stages, namely univariate, bivariate analysis with chi square test and multivariate analysis with linear regression test. The results identified a relationship between nutritional knowledge (p=0.012) and macronutrient intake, namely energy intake (p=0.029), protein intake (p=0.001) with the nutritional status of athletes. Nevertheless, the study findings revealed no significant relation between fat consumption (p=0.781) and carbohydrate intake (p=0.927) and the nutritional condition of athletes. The most influential factor on nutritional status is energy intake. The greater the amount of energy intake, the greater the tendency to have more nutritional status. Therefore, it is crucial to implement the nutrition education to athletes in relation with nutritional intake and feeding based on balanced nutrition menu guidelines according to the needs of athletes.
