Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pengembangan bahan ajar berorientasi etnomatematika yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), Evaluation (evaluasi). Adapun instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar validasi, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan, angket respon siswa, dan lembar soal tes. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Kartika IV-6 Ambulu dengan jumlah 16 orang. Kualitas bahan ajar ditinjau dari aspek kevalidan termasuk dalam kategori valid dengan penilaian rata-rata ahli media yakni 3,77 dengan kategori valid. Penilaian rata-rata ahli materi adalah 3,87 dengan kategori valid. Penilaian rata-rata validasi RPP yaitu 4,08 dengan kategori valid. Penilaian rata-rata validasi lembar observasi keterlaksanaan adalah 4,6 dengan kategori sangat valid. Penilaian rata-rata angket respons siswa 4,08 dengan kategori valid. Rata-rata penilaian validasi soal tes yaitu 4,54 dengan kategori sangat valid. Aspek kepraktisan LKS diperoleh dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan dengan skor 87,5% dan hasil angket respon siswa dengan skor 84,62% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Aspek keefektifan LKS ditinjau dari hasil tes siswa dengan skor 86,67%. Dengan demikian bahan ajar berorientasi etnomatematika yang dikembangkan memenuhi aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan.

Abstract

Matematika adalah salah satu bidang pendidikan yang sangat penting. Pembelajaran matematika tidak hanya mengingat rumus apa yang dipelajarinya saja, tapi bagaimana menerapkan materi matematika, agar menghasilkan siswa yang tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan dalam kemampuan kognitif. Sehingga lebih baik jika ada modul ajar yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai islam secara tertulis. Modul ajar yang dikembangkan merupakan modul ajar materi garis dan sudut yang terintegrasi keislaman, yang mana belum banyak modul yang mengembangkannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Pengembangan modul ajar matematika yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman pada materi garis dan sudut layak (valid) digunakan sebagai modul ajar dengan melihat penilaian dari dari validasi ahli agama islam 71, 43% dan 85, 71%, validasi ahli matematika sebesar 85, 71%, validasi guru matematika sebesar 85, 71%, serta validasi teman sebaya sebesar 100%. Respons siswa terhadap modul matematika yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai islam menghasilkan rata-rata 86, 92% pada uji coba skala kecil dengan kriteria menarik.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan pusat informasi yang perlu dikelola secara efektif. Banyaknya pengunjung perpustakaan mencerminkan upaya yang dilakukan terhadap peningkatan literasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah pengunjung Perpustakaan Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Universitas Jambi dengan menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing Holt yang diramalkan dengan memberi nilai penghalusan pada serangkaian pengamatan sebelumnya dengan nilai parameter 0,775 dan = 0,367. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data harian perpustakaan Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Jambi yang berjumlah 125 data. Prediksi menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pengunjung dalam 5 periode selanjutnya diperkirakan akan meningkat 48 pengunjung. Nilai akurasi peramalan dari data jumlah pengunjung perpustakaan Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Jambi menggunakan nilai MAPE (Mean Absolute Precentage Error) sebesar 18,878% artinya model peramalan termasuk kategori baik.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi di sekolah adalah ketidaksesuaian pemilihan media yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pertimbangan utama dalam memilih media pembelajaran adalah media yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Dengan demikian, diperlukan uji kelayakan pada suatu media pembelajaran untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media video yang diproduksi oleh Jogja Belajar Media (JB Media) pada materi trigonometri sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis). Analisis yang dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan 4 aspek, yaitu aspek isi/materi, aspek media/kurikulum, aspek desain, dan aspek pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar penilaian media pembelajaran yang telah divalidasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari tiga penilai, didapatkan persentase kelayakan aspek materi sebesar 63,33%, aspek media 59,17%, aspek desain 66,67%, aspek pengguna 68%. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan dikategorikan layak dengan persentase 64.29%. Video tersebut belum secara kompleks memperhatikan beberapa aspek penting dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran, sehingga siswa belum dapat menggunakannya sebagai sumber belajar utama secara maksimal. Dengan demikian, diperlukan perbaikan guna menunjang penggunaan media pembelajaran secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penigkatan perkembangan kemampuan kognitif melalui bermain monopoli dengan media loosepart pada anak kelompok A di TK Darul Hikmah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan , yaitu (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelompok A di TK Darul Hikmah yang berjumlah 10 anak. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan kognitif anak melalui media monopoli MAK Round. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : observasi, wawancara / tanya jawab, dan dokumentasi. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi yang sudah divalidasi oleh para ahli. Indikator perkembangan kognitif yang diteliti meliputi empat standart perkembangan yaitu mengenal klasifikasi sederhana, mengenal bilangan, mengenal operasi hitung, mengenal bentuk geometri. Penelitian ini terdapat 2 siklus. Sebelum diberikan perlakuan (prasiklus) dengan menggunakan monopoli MAK Round dari empat standart perkembangan kemampuan kognitif, hanya ada satu standart perkembangan yang diatas standart rata-rata ketuntasan yaitu mengenal bilangan dengan rata-rata 30,5 dan persentase 76,25 %. Setelah diadakan perlakuan pada siklus 1, empat standart perkembangan mengalami kenaikan dan semuanya telah diatas standart rata-rata ketuntasan.

Abstract

This research is conducted due to the low learning motivation of students, which affects their mathematics academic performance. This is caused by differences in students' backgrounds, which can trigger adolescent issues such as choosing friends, refusing advice, and so on. As a result, some students become reluctant to interact and their motivation in learning decreases. The purpose of this study is to find solutions or strategies that can be applied to improve students' learning motivation, particularly in mathematics, so that their academic achievement can improve. Additionally, this research is expected to provide an overview of the importance of positive social interactions among students to support a more effective learning process. to improve students' achievement and learning motivation through the Problem Based Learning model with the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) approach in class VIII in mathematics lessons at SMPN 1 Madiun. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out with stages in each cycle including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 32 students in class VIII B at SMPN 1 Madiun. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, learning motivation questionnaires, initial ability tests and student worksheets. The data analysis used was qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, and each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. The results of this study showed an increase in achievement from an average in the first cycle of 71.87% to 81.25%. In addition, there was also an increase in students' learning motivation from the beginning of 51.04% to 69.78% in cycle I and to 81.22% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The updated learning process includes improving the quality of education through engaging teaching methods to make the learning atmosphere enjoyable. One way to make learning more effective and enjoyable is for educators to use learning media as a support for teaching and learning. Wordwall is a medium that can make students more interested in learning. Wordwall media based on Game Based Learning was used in research involving 11th grade students of class A.1 SMA in South Lampung. This research aims to delve into the influence of game-based learning on students' learning activities. The method applied is R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model approach. The objective of developing the resulting learning tool product based on the Wordwall Game is designed to attract students' interest in learning mathematics. The results of the media expert feasibility validation test, which met the criteria and received a percentage of 94%, fall into the very feasible classification, while the subject matter expert validation test received an average of 88%, and the language expert validation test received an average percentage of 93%. Based on the trials, the Wordwall Game media is valid and suitable for use as an interactive learning aid in mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this exploration is to design a Student Worksheet (LKPD) that focuses on realistic mathematics on the topic of Function, with the aim of improving students' creativity potential, so that students can better understand and understand how to determine functions related to daily activities. This research method adopts the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 30 student respondents to be tested in large groups and 15 student respondents to be tested in small groups by implementing the 2024/2025 independent curriculum. Data collection in the study included questionnaires, tests, and documentation as well as expert assessment questionnaires to assess product validity, and student response questionnaires to assess the practicality of the products used and measure the accuracy of the effectiveness of the refined products. The validation process was carried out by media, material, and language experts. Product testing was carried out inviting student responses to the use of the product and the results of the evaluation of creative thinking skills which included indicators of initiation, fluency, originality, and elaboration. The results of the study showed that the products made had high validity, with an average percentage reaching 90% where all were included in the very accurate category, practicality was assessed as very good showing an average value of 100 from the student response questionnaire. Meanwhile, the results of the students' creative thinking ability test showed an average value of 100, which was included in the "Very Effective" classification. The conclusion of this study refers to the potential for students' creative thinking being in the creative category.

Abstract

Many students still have difficulty solving problems related to mathematics, one of which is algebraic material. Computational thinking is an ability needed to assist students in solving problems faced by students through abstraction, pattern recognition, decomposition, and algorithm skills. This study aims to describe the computational thinking abilities of IX grade junior high school students in solving mathematical problem solving. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The time for conducting research is in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects taken were IX A grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung. Using the problem- solving ability test, 2 students with high-level problem-solving abilities, 2 students with medium-level problem-solving abilities, and 2 students with low-level problem-solving abilities were selected using the problem-solving ability test. The data collection techniques used were problem solving ability tests, computational thinking ability tests, and interviews. Data analysis techniques were carried out in 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Data validity checking technique uses source triangulation. The results of this study show that students with high-level problem-solving skills are able to meet all indicators of computational thinking, students with medium- level problem-solving abilities are able to meet fulfill 3 of 4 computational thinking indicators, while students with low-level problem-solving skills are able to fulfill 2 of 4 computational thinking indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to show the effect of counting tactics that will occur when students study student mathematics. The method used in this study used a quasi-experimental method with a research design of Two Group Randomized Subject Posttest Only. Research activities at SD 4 Panggungrejo Kepanjen were carried out from 16 August to 5 October 2022 for second-grade students at SD 4 Panggungrejo Kepanjen. The sample used was 17 students in 2A grade as the experimental class and 20 students in 2B grade as the control group. The research instrument used was a learning achievement test. The research instrument used was a learning achievement test. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test to test the proposed hypothesis. The results obtained were counted as much as 0.606 and then consulted using a significance level of 0.05 and 35 degrees of freedom obtained a ttable value of 1.6897. The value of tcount < ttable (0.606 <1.6897) then H0 is accepted, as a result there will be no disparity that will occur in students' mathematics learning between classes taught with arithmetic strategies compared to students with techniques using traditional algorithms. In conclusion, there is no effect of learning the art of arithmetic management on students' mathematics learning outcomes.
