Abstract

Kimia Farma focuses on improving the quality of community life, especially in terms of health and the environment. Semarang Plant, Particularly producing  jatropha  oil, vegetable  oil, and  cosmetics (powder). The purpose of research is to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, Environment, and Employee Capability of Employee Performance. There are 95 respondents in the sample by census. Research using collection techniques with interview using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using the t test, F test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0. The result showed that the effect of motivation on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,773 and a coefficient of determination of 59,7%, the effect of discipline on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,724 and a coefficient of determination of 52,4%, the effect of Environment on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,856 and a coefficient of determination of 73,3%, the effect of Employee Capability on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,888 and a coefficient of determination of 78,9%, the effect of motivation, discipline, Environment, and Employee Capability of Employee Performance the effect on job statisfaction with the equation Y = 1,374 + 0,059X1 + 0,052(X2) + 0,180(X3) + 0,621(X4). This mean a good  motivation, discipline,  Environment, and Employee Capability of Employee Performance it will get higher  statisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the influence of experiental marketing strategy and product quality on purchasing decision of T-Shirt Dagadu in Yogyatourium outlet of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The samples in this research are 100 consumers who shop Dagadu T-Shirt in Yogyatourium outlet. The author used SPSS 16.0 program to test the regression on data analysis. And the study results indicate that experiental marketing strategy has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision, with coefficient determination is 5,9%, product quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision, with coefficient determination is 12,2%, and experiental marketing strategy and product quality have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision, with the coefficient determination is 20,8%. Results of this study indicate that in the order to enhance the purchasing decision, PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja should consider the experiental marketing strategy and product quality.

Abstract

PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi is a garment company that manufactures superior denim products for men and women of all age groups. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the sewing performance of the sewing department (Line A-W) at PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample used was 89 respondents in the sewing department employee (Line A-W) at PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results showed that partially the work discipline variables and work motivation had an effect on employee performance positively and significantly with regression coefficient values on the variables of work discipline (0.855) and work motivation (0.649) and the value of work discipline variables (5.829) and motivation work (4,869). And simultaneously the work discipline and work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variables positively and significantly with the multiple regression coefficient of the work discipline variable (0.644) and work motivation (0.377) with the calculated value (21.740).

Abstract

Human resource performance has an important role in production because its impact the company profitability. Physical working environment, stress and discipline should be an important notice from the company because its impact the employee performance. PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. is one of Indonesia State Owned Enterprise, wich focused on pharmacy-supplied business, and the production growth in past three years showed decline.The aim of this research is to understand the impact of physical working environment, stress and discipline towards production employmee. The type of the research is explanatory research. Interview use questionnaire and literature are a collecting data as a tool and 88 respondents. The data will analyze with statistic descriptive, simple and linar regression, correlation, determination and significant test. Result and disscusion, In partial physical working environment, and discipline give a positive and significant impact with, the relation in both variables is medium. Stress has a negative and significant impact. Discipline has positive and significant impact. Insimultaniously, physical working environtemt (X1) and discipline (X3) give a positive and significant impact and stress (X2) give a negative and significant impact trought performance (Y), the relation within those independent variables (X1,X2,X3) trought dependent variables (Y) are strong.The conclusion and suggestion, there are a significant impact between of physical work environment stress and discipline through performance. The suggestion company should pay more attention in physical working environment such as sanitation, descrease noise, and settle illumination in a working area also manage working stress in company, strive for working discipline by making regulation, giving a stict penalty and socialize it.

Abstract

This research is motivated because of the negative pressure that arise in the human being called Threat Emotions or feel threatened. While Trust (Brand Trust) awakened because of the expectation that the other party will act in accordance with the needs and desires of consumers. For that, Pepsodent toothpaste trusted by consumers will be able to overcome the problems of dental health experienced by consumers in the District of Jambu.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Threat Emotion and Brand Trust on Purchase Decision of Pepsodent Toothpaste (Case Study on Consumers in Jambu District). This type of research is explanatory, with data collection techniques through kuesione, interview and literature study. The technique of taking respondents using multistage sample technique. Respondents numbered 100 people who are consumers of toothpaste consumers of Pepsodent in the District of Jambu. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Quantitative analysis uses validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and F test).The results of this study indicate that Threat Emotion and Brand Trust have a positive influence on Purchase Decision of Pepsodent Toothpaste (Case Study on Consumers in Jambu District). Variable Brand Trust has the greatest influence that is 0.750 while variable Threat Emotion has the effect of 0.427. Simultaneously (together) the variables of Threat Emotion and Brand Trust have contributed 57.7 percent to the Purchase Decision of Pepsodent Toothpaste.Suggestion that can be given, for pepsodent toothpaste manufactures, should be more aggressive to conduct product introduction progams to consumers about what is given or the benefits of pepsodent thoothpaste more fully for consumers who use it. So that will feel the effect or deeper threath emotion that will increase brand trust that makes purchasing decisions increase.

Abstract

Competition occurs among private hospitals make patient satisfaction a top priority, which will be fulfilled when the patient satisfaction of services provided in accordance with their expectations. Therefore, hospitals need to assess what are the factors that will affect patient satisfactions and patient satisfactions are met in order to maintain the patients. This study aimed to analyze the level of patient satisfaction at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang seen from the dimensions of service quality. The hypothesis, there are differences in quality service for hospitalized patients in each class. This type of research in this research is explanatory research with a number of respondents 120 respondents were taken using proportionate stratified sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Based on the analysis of the IPA, found that for the VIP class, I class, II class, and III class have different attributes in Quadrant A, Quadrant B, Quadrant C, and Quadrant D. From the analysis of patient satisfaction showed that the overall level of patient satisfaction in VIP class and I class in the category of satisfied. While the level of satisfaction of hospitalized patients in class II and class III in the category of very satisfied. RSI Sultan Agung Semarang advised to maintain and improve service performance attributes in Quadrant A.

Abstract

AbstractAlong with the development and progress of time resulted in increasingly tight competition among companies, so one way to enhanced the competitiveness of a company is to delivered products that have high quality and able to meet consumer desired, affordable price and attractive promotions. The purpose of this study was to determined the effect of pricing, promotion, and quality of service on purchasing decision on Freshasan fruit soup branch Banjarsari Selatan Semarang.The population in this study are all consumer who ever bought a Freshasan’s fruit soup branch Banjarsari Selatan Semarang, with a sample size of 100 respondents with a sampling technique “purposive random sampling”. The type of data used are primary data by using the method of data collection through questionnaires. An analysis tool used is linear regression analysis.The result of the study are : Price having influence on purchasing decision by 52,4%. Promotion having influence on purchasing decision by 42,9%. Quality of service having influence on purchasing decision by 53,4%. Together price, promotion, and service quality having influence on purchasing decision by 94,7%.Based on these result, it is suggested Freshasan need to keep the price to match with the quality of their products. Freshasan also have to increase the intensity of promotion, the quality of service needs to be maintained so that consumers satisfied and make repeat purchases.

Abstract

This research is grounded by the widespread dissemination of internet technology along with its advancements, not only bringing a revolutionary impact on human life, but also the impact of real business operations. This phenomenon is characterized by the increasing number of internet users in the world from 2014-2018. Lazada Indonesia is a startup with the largest funding value in Southeast Asia. However, Lazada.co.id experienced sales decrease in the last 3 years in every sector. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of shared value and web quality towards online repurchase intention through trust as intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are consumers of lazada.co.id. This research uses quantitative and SEM analysis techniques. SEM is used to analyze the relationship or the effect of independent variable to dependent variable that form a path. The result of the research shows that there is a positive effect of shared value variable to trust variable and web quality variable to trust variable. Based on hypothetical test by analyzing the regression weight, trust variable has a positive effect towards online repurchase intention variables. Thus, the variable trust can be said as a variable partial mediation.

Abstract

PT. BRI Tbk. acquired PT. Bank Agroniaga, Tbk. related to the single presence policy of Bank Indonesia. To still protect public confidence in the PT. BRI Agro, Tbk., the bank must be in good health. The purposes of this study to find out whether there are differences in the financial performance and condition the health of PT. BRI Agro Tbk. before and after the acquisition. This study only using analysis CAEL of CAMEL, because we did not analyze management. The variables are CAR, BDR, ROA, BOPO, CR and LDR. The sample is a monthly financial report of PT. BRI Agro Tbk. published by Bank Indonesia during two years before and two years after the acquisition. The method to test the hypothesis using paired sample t-test. The results showed all the variable t is greater than t table is 2.069 and health level condition t is greater than t table is 2.365. So, there are significant differences between before and after the acquisition. We recommend PT. BRI Agro,Tbk. can maintain CAR, ROA, CR, LDR, decreased BDR and improve ROA.

Abstract

Astra Motor Siliwangi Semarang is an official dealer of Honda that has activity in selling products of Honda motorcycle and also serving the after-selling-service; such as repairing and spare parts selling. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of price, promotion, and service quality on customers satisfaction. This is an explanatory research. The method of collecting data is interview using quesioner. Samples consist of 100 respondents applied from purposive sampling technique. Data is analyzed using Linier Regression Test and Significance test is using SPSS 17.0. The result shows that 15.6% of price variable have positive effect on customers satisfaction parsially, 24.8% of promotion variable have positive effect on customers satisfaction parsially, and 41.5% of service quality variable have positive effect on customers satisfaction parsially. And simultantly 43,1% of price, promotion and service quality have positive effect on customers satisfaction. Based on the study result, therefore, it is suggested that Bengkel Ahass 0002 Astra Motor Siliwangi Semarang to maintain the price, increase the poducts promotion to customers. Maintaining the service quality consistency, keeping clean the bengkel area, and adding more facilities (Wi-Fi connection, books, snacks, and drinks) in order to make customers comfort while coming to the shop/bengkel.
