Abstract

PT. Njonja Meneer is one of the companies engaged in the herbal industry in Indonesia. Today competition in the herbal industry is highly competitive. Therefore, PT. Njonja Meneer must continue to improve its marketing strategy to the level of consumer purchasing decisions continues to increase. The strategies include the following with concern to product pricing strategies, creating a good brand image, positioning the right, and the diversity of the company's product differentiation. If four things are going well then the automatic level purchasing decisions of consumers will increase. This research aimed to determine the effect of price, brand image, positioning and product differentiation on consumer purchasing decisions on medicinal products PT. Njonja Meneer. The population is not limited to any consumer product that is herbal PT. Njonja Meneer ever made ​​a purchase at Pondok Jamu Njonja Meneer Depok-Semarang, arguing Fraenkel set Wallen sample of 100 people by spreading using the Nonprobability Sampling (Accidental Sampling). Collecting data using interviews with the help of questionnaires that have been through the instrument validity and reliability. Data were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative analysis using the coefficient of determination test, simple and multiple linear regression, cross tables and tests of significance with SPSS 18.0. The results show that variable rates affect consumer purchasing decisions of 36 percent. Variables affect the brand image on purchase decisions of consumers by 23,2 percent. Variable positioning influence consumer purchasing decisions at 38,2 percent. Variable product differentiation affects consumer purchasing decisions at 38,5 percent. Taken together price, brand image, positioning, and product differentiation affect consumer purchasing decisions by 21 percent. The conclusion is the price, brand image, positioning, and product differentiation have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions on medicinal products PT. Njonja Meneer as evidenced from the results of the test f count (6.331)> f table (2.309). Bottom line if four factors are balanced the synergism of herbal products Njonja Meneer will get high levels of consumer purchases that will be a positive influence on survival.

Abstract

The research was motivated by of the many various alternative options for transportation services, especially land transportation. However, bus still be excellent for most of Indonesian people as a driving option.The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price to customer loyalty, through customer satisfaction of PO. Nusantara’s customer. The population is all passengers direction Solo-Jakarta of PO. Nusantara. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.the analysis used in this research is the path analysis using with SPSS Program 18.0, which previously tested the validity and reliability, coefisien  Corelation,coefisien determination, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.The results showed that the quality of service and price partially or simultaneously affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. Variable price gives greater influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty of the variable quality of service.Suggestions can be submitted is that the PO. Nusantara can improve the quality of services provided, especially regarding punctuality and time left to place the goal. While in pricing, in addition to the cost element, the company also must pay attention to the price set by competitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of production PT Sari Warna Asli Unit V Kudus. The type of research using explanatory research with data collection methods using interviews and data collection tools using questionnaires with a sample of 82 respondents employees of the production of PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit V Kudus uses Probability Sampling method. The analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test with SPSS 16.0. From result of research indicate that work discipline have strong influence to employee performance equal to 75%, work motivation have good effect to employee performance equal to 63% and work environment have good effect to employee performance equal to 65,4% while simultan work discipline, work motivation and work environment strong influence on employee performance of 79,6%. This means that the better the discipline of work, work motivation and work environment then the higher the performance of employees of the production of PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit V Kudus. Job discipline variable to employee performance variable has the greatest influence from work motivation variable and work environment. Based on the results of the study, researchers suggested that PT. Native Color Sari further impose strict sanctions on employees who do not comply with company regulations, pay more attention to security and comfort employees in working for better performance

Abstract

Leadership an employer who responded positively by employees of Hotel Muria Semarang, will be able to grow the assessment that the employer felt able to lead because they have the skills and be able to establish a good relationship with the employees. The working environment is also an impact on employee performance. Environment conducive working atmosphere and full cooperation to further bolster the performance of employees. Phenomenon encountered by researchers baseline data collection, showed there is still a lack of performance forms shown Muria Semarang Hotel employee.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on performance. The hypothesis of this study is there is influence of leadership and work environment on performance. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Muria Semarang totaling 50 people. This study is a population study. The data in this study were collected by three questionnaires, namely questionnaire performance, leadership, and work environment.The result showed that Y = 8,516 + 0,219X1 + 0,185X2 there is influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance Muria Semarang Hotel.The conclusion of this study is there is influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance Muria Semarang Hotel. Suggestions that can diberkan generally is the Muria Semarang Hotel is expected to remain employees can promote a sense of comfort in working through the supervisor's leadership to understand any difficulties experienced employees in the work, so that the employee can show that the maximum performance.

Abstract

Competition in the business world to force the perpetrators of cooperatives and UKM to have a strategy to win the competition. Financial institutions incorporated in the cooperative now has a lot to facilitate the community in the form of savings and loans and BMT Ben Sejahtera is one of the financial institutions. BMT Ben Sejahtera decreased the percentage of growth in recent years and the numbers are fairly high dissatisfaction.This research aimed to determine the effect of service (X1) and experiential marketing strategy (X2) the satisfaction (Y) member financing at KJKS BMT Ben Sejahtera Cilacap. This type of research is explanatory research with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this research are members who have committed financing in BMT Ben Sejahtera some 2,062 members. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people who obtained using the technique of non-Probability Sampling with purpusove sampling techniques.The quantitative analysis in this study using cross table test, correlation, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression, significance test (t test) in one tail and Annova test (F test). The results show the positive influence between services and experiential marketing to the satisfaction of either partially or simultaneously. This means that when services are rendered and experiential marketing (lessons learned), the better, the higher the satisfaction derived by the members.Suggestions for the company is to create a better service to members, especially in the indicators of empathy, but it also required an increase in the creation of experiential marketing (marketing based on experience). This is realized in the framework of the creation of member satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted departing from the problem of high levels of complaints and low consumer satisfaction in e-commerce Lazada. This study aims to determine how the influence given by service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The type of research used is explanatory type, with a total sample of 100 respondents with the characteristics of having made a purchase of fashion products on e-commerce Lazada, aged a minimum of 17 years, living in the city of Semarang both temporarily and permanently. This study consists of 3 variables, 24 indicators with 3 hypotheses. Data analysis methods used were validity and reliability, correlation coefficient (R), regression tests, coefficient of determination (R2), significance of the t test and F test with the application of SPSS 21.0. The results of this study indicate that service quality variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with results Y = 14.449 + 0.263 X1 and product quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction with results Y = 6.725 + 0.831 X2. Two variables have been tested simultaneously or together show the results of Y = 5,054 + 0,84X1 + 0, 756X2. The amount of contribution owned by the product quality variable is greater than the magnitude of the influence contribution owned by the service quality, the coefficient of determination (R2) for the service quality variable is 11.4% and product quality is 30.3%. Suggestions submitted are companies must improve service quality and product quality so that customer satisfaction is high, such as the speed of customer response, ease in the process of returns, certainty in the refund process, ease of contacting sellers, conformity between products received and offered, product durability, conformity standards product, because the 7 indicators are considered bad by consumers.

Abstract

Compensation and partnership have an influence in improving performance agent and sub agent. Therefore, two things need to be considered by the company in order to improve agent and sub agent’s performance partner of sales PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk at Semarang is one of the airline companies that have partnered with ticket sales agents as a long-term marketing strategy and has a policy of applying the target system for product sales agent Garuda Indonesia but still there are some agents that have not been able to realize a given target.This study used sampling technique a sensus sampling approach to the 108 agent and sub agent to the certain considerations or criteria. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, and by means of questionnaires and giuding question. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and describtive analize qualitative. Instrument of data collection (questionnaires) previously tested tools such as test validity, reliability testing. While, data analytical conducted through tabel analysis, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the t-test and F testThe conclusion of this study is that there is a positive effect between partnership and compensation of the agent and sub agent’s performance partner of sales PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Semarang. Therefore can be avowed good partnership and higher compensation of the agent and sub agent’s performance will increase, and vice versa. Suggestions for increasing agent and sub agent’s performance for the company to increase its attention to partnership and compensation for agent that will ultimately improve the performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk too.

Abstract

Timoho Food Court is a company engaged in the field of culinary services with a variety of varieties menu of penyet. But in reality not all consumers are loyal in choosing Timoho Food Court as the main choice. Factors of product quality, price, and quality of service allegedly have a close influence on the level of customer loyalty in Timoho Food Court.This study aims to find out how the effect given by product quality (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) to customer loyalty penyet kuah Timoho Food Court. The type of research used is the type of explanation. The sample number is 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire with Likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used is test of validity and reliability, correlation coefficient, regression test, coefficient of determination, significance of t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, three variables have been tested in stages and together show a positive and sidnificant influence on customer loyalty. The value of the variable (X1), t count (3.811)> t table (1.660), (X2) t count (3.607)> t table (1.660), (X3) t count (2.777)> t table (1.660). Significantly, the three variables are influential porsitif indicated by the value of F count of (7.971) greater than F table of (2.70). Suggestions that can be given to improve customer loyalty related to product quality, which is to add the menu variation, provide moderate portion, and maintain product hygiene. Related to the price, which is to keep the price increase to remain affordable for the consumer, as well as related to the quality of service that is to increase the number of menu list and the price of penyet kuah in the form of brochures, and add or complement the existing basic facilities.

Abstract

The research of goal was to determine the performance measurement in financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective the process, learning and growth perspective of the balanced scorecard method at KSU Government Employee of Semarang city. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis of financial and non-financial. Source of data used are primary data with a a questionnaire for customer satisfaction and employee mengetehui and indept interview to determine the valuation of the actualization of the vision, mission, goals, targets and strategies in setting weights on key performance indicator (KPI) as a performance assessment. Secondary data from the financial statements of a cooperative in 2010-2012. The results showed the performance of the cooperative is in a healthy position for the score obtained by the four perspectives. Conclusion that the balanced scorecard can be used as a method of measuring the performance of the cooperative is more comprehensive with not ignore the non-financial aspects that become the driving force for the progress of the cooperative. Suggestion that the management needs to maintain performance and improve the already good performance is still low in order to achieve the welfare of members. Planned cash inflows and cash out with maintaining liquidity ratio in improving the profitability ratio in order to increase the capital of cooperatives, especially in improving business.

Abstract

Policies, strategies and patterns to develop business through a franchise system Es Teh Poci is a franchise that is widely spread in Indonesia, including in the city of Semarang. Many of the factors that influence purchase decisions undertakings franchise, one of these products and systems business. The research aims to know the influence of products and business system against purchasing decisions undertakings franchise Es Teh Poci in Semarang city either partially or simultaneous. The primary data used by giving questionnaires to frinchisee with a total of 37 respondents determined using table formula Stephen Isaac & William B. Michael. Respondents taken using a simple random sampling method. Results and discussion. Products against ice tea Teapot well with average score 3.94, business system quite well with the average score 3.93 and purchase decisions with a high average score 3.71. Significant effect against the product purchase decisions (p < 0.05) with a coefficient of 0.508 regression, R2 25.8% and the value t calculate 3.486 > t table 2.030. Enhancement products will be 1 point would purchase decisions 0.426 points. Significantly to the influential business system purchasing decisions (p < 0.05) and the coefficient of regression, R2 0.569 32.4% and the value t calculate 4.099 > t table 2.030. The increase of business system 1 point then it will increase the purchasing decision 0.426. Influential business products and systems is significant against the decision of the buyer with the regression coefficient, R2 0.579 33.6% and test result F calculate 8.584 > F table 3.28. The conclusion of business products and systems effect significantly to purchase decisions either partially or simultaneous. It is suggested to the company to improve the quality of the products and the business system, maximizing the delivery of raw materials, improve discipline and partners held a meeting of the partners, it is useful to more attractive and convincing a partner against business products and systems in business franchise decisions.
