Abstract

This research examines how self-reward lifestyle and financial knowledge contribute to the savings management of students at Universitas Ekuitas Indonesia. The increasing tendency of students to engage in self-reward activities is assumed to influence financial decision-making, particularly in relation to saving behavior. A quantitative approach was applied by combining descriptive and verificative research designs. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 101 students of Universitas Ekuitas Indonesia. The collected responses were processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings reveal that students demonstrate good levels of self-reward lifestyle and financial knowledge. Statistical testing confirms that each independent variable contributes positively and significantly to savings management when examined individually. Likewise, simultaneous testing verifies that both variables jointly provide a significant positive contribution to students' savings management. These findings imply that stronger financial knowledge, supported by a well-controlled self-reward lifestyle, can encourage more effective savings management among university students.

Abstract

Hotels in the Kuta area of Bali are facing more competition.  This is pushing hotel managers to improve the skills of their staff by providing good job training and motivating their employees.  Changes in how well employees perform at a popular hotel in Kuta, Bali, show that we should look into how job training and motivation affect their performance.  This study looks at how job training and motivation at work affect how well employees perform, both separately and together.  A numerical method was used, involving 148 employees chosen through a careful random sampling process.  Data was gathered using surveys, observations, and documents, and then analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS software.  The results show that job training and motivation to work both help improve how well employees perform.  Together, they account for 57. 7% of the differences in performance, with motivation having a stronger effect.  These results show that hotel management should improve training methods and reward systems to boost employee performance and keep service quality high, especially with more competition in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look into the consequences of marketing through influencers and community engagement on the purchase intention of indie games in Solo Raya. A quantitative methodology with a descriptive associative technique was applied, using questionnaires distributed to 102 active Steam platform users in the Solo Raya area. Data were assessed through multivariate linear regression analysis via SPSS 25. The outcomes of the partial test (t-test) indicated that influencer marketing positively and significantly influences purchasing intentions (t = 9.023; sig. 0.000 < 0.05; β = 0.606), while community engagement also showed a positive and significant influence (t = 8.392; sig. 0.000 < 0.05; β = 0.363). The simultaneous examination (F-test) confirmed that the two variables together have a major influence on purchase intention (F = 151.571; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) was 0.764 or 76.4%, meaning both variables explain 76.4% of the variation in indie game purchase intention. These results offer practical insights for indie developers in designing effective and efficient marketing strategies through the integration of influencer marketing and community engagement.

Abstract

The continuous growth of e-commerce has changed consumer consumption patterns, as exposure to various digital marketing stimuli often leads to unplanned purchases. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the role of price discounts and online customer reviews both separately and together in influencing impulse buying tendencies among Shopee users in the International Business Management Study Program, Bali State Polytechnic. This study employed quantitative methods through purposive sampling on 133 respondents who had registered to shop on Shopee during the past month. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that price discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior, as well as online customer reviews which show a similar pattern of influence, while simultaneous testing of both variables also confirms a significant influence on this behavior, although the Adjusted R Square value recorded is only 12.7% indicating that this research model is only able to explain a small part of the variation in impulsive buying behavior, while the remaining 87.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied—which leads to the conclusion that in addition to price discounts and online reviews, psychological, social, and situational factors also play an important role in shaping consumers' impulsive buying behavior on e-commerce platforms, but these aspects have not been covered in this study and need to be studied further in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, servant leadership, and spiritual leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among millennial employees in Boyolali Regency. This research employed a quantitative explanatory approach. The population consisted of millennial employees aged 30-44 years working in Boyolali Regency. A total of 223 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (t = 3.407; p = 0.001). Servant leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (t = 4.524; p = 0.000). Likewise, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (t = 8.338; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, transformational leadership, servant leadership, and spiritual leadership significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (F = 167.319; p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.696 indicates that 69.6% of Organizational Citizenship Behavior is explained by the three leadership variables, while the remaining 30.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The findings imply that organizations should implement leadership practices that inspire, serve, and emphasize spiritual values to improve employees' voluntary work behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which service quality, facility completeness, and pricing impact customer satisfaction levels at the travel agency PT Garuda Nusantara Express, located in Boyolali. A quantitative survey method was employed to collect data from one hundred respondents who completed questionnaires. This sample size was determined using the Slovin formula based on a total population of 273 consumers. The analysis included validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing—specifically partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that all instruments used were valid and reliable. Furthermore, the regression model residuals were normally distributed and free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Service quality, facility completeness, and pricing each made a positive and significant contribution to consumer satisfaction levels, with pricing exerting the strongest influence. When analyzed simultaneously, these three elements also demonstrated a substantial impact and accounted for a significant portion of the variation in consumer satisfaction levels. Therefore, efforts to enhance service quality, provide adequate facilities, and implement fair, competitive pricing can improve consumer satisfaction at PT Garuda Nusantara Express.

Abstract

Employee performance at the General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) of Karanganyar Regency is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation, as examined in this study. A total of 30 employees served as research subjects, with the entire population used as the sample through a saturated sampling method. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was chosen to test the relationships between these variables. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire (1–5) that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Before entering the main analysis, a series of classical assumption tests—including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests—were conducted first. Multiple linear regression analysis was then applied as the primary technique, complemented by the coefficient of determination test (R²) and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests processed using SPSS version 27. Organizational culture and work motivation were proven to have a significant positive impact on employee performance. The simultaneous contribution of both variables reached 70.7% based on an Adjusted R² value of 0.707 with an F-calculated of 36.026 at a significance of 0.000. Partially, organizational culture significantly influences employee performance with a t-calculated of 5.602 (significance 0.000). Work motivation also shows a significant positive influence with a t-calculated of 3.319 at a significance of 0.001. Strengthening organizational culture and enhancing work motivation are proven to be strategic steps to boost employee performance at BAWASLU Karanganyar Regency. These steps are highly relevant given the increasing complexity of election supervision challenges.
