Abstract

Self management is the process of specific steps consisting of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling needed to achieve the expected goals, so that individuals can do better. The design of this study was purposive sampling pretest-posttest control group design, which was analyzed using the T-Test. The population in this study were VIII grade students of Budi Utomo Perak Jombang Middle School with 49 students. The sample of this study was 6 students who were divided into experimental groups and control groups. The instruments in this study are self-management questionnaires. Based on the data analysis the results of the tcount are r 0.985 and the probability value (Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.381 with df = 4. Then the value is compared with the price of ttable at a significant level of 5% two-party test with df = 4 2,776. thitung .985 is greater than t_table 2.776 and the probability value is 0.381, it can be accounted for student management before and approved counseling of Middle School students.Of this study can be conveyed suggestions: (1) Teacher Guidance and Counseling, counseling behavior can be applied to improve student self-management Middle School and for the next researcher can use the use and other relevant techniques used that are used by researchers now

Abstract

The equation of cognitive development (reason) according to Al-Ghazali and Jean Piaget is found at the stages of development which are divided into four stages. In addition, the views of the two figures also have a relationship or meeting point found in the aspects of the ability of each stage that is passed in each process of cognitive development (reason). Differences in cognitive development (reason) according to Al-Ghazali and Jean Piaget are found in the methodology as the basis of both thoughts. the research method used is a philosophical comparative method, so the systematic discussion follows the following patterns or stages: 1) describes the concept of each character, 2) displays each concept, then compares it, 3) looks for and finds distinctive characteristics, including the similarities and differences of each of the two thoughts, and 4) conducting a critical evaluation of these two thoughts. Al-Ghazali based his thinking on ratios derived from revelation while Jean Piaget laid his rationale on pure ratios. In addition, there are also differences in the views of both of them in the use of the term, Al-Ghazali uses the term sense while Jean Piaget uses the term cognitive.

Abstract

Language development must be given since children are early, because language is one aspect that must be developed in early childhood education. Children are directed to be able to use and express their thoughts by using the right words so that children's language skills can develop optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out the language skills of early childhood through tutoring services with audio visual media. The population of this study was the sun class students at Al Rizky Bandar Lampung PAUD with a sample of n = 20 students taken randomly. There is language development in early childhood after conducting tutoring services with audio visual media. Tutoring services with audio visual media can develop early childhood language.

Abstract

Truant habits will have a negative impact. Behavioral contracts are one technique to reduce the number of people targeted. So that this technique can update participants. This research is quantitative in the form of a quasi exprimental design with the design used in this study, namely: the design of a non-equevalent control group. There were two research groups namely: the experimental group and the control group which were both pretest and posttest. the results of consultations that have been given, there appears to be a change in the truant class to be lower, thus can be verified contractual behavior techniques can reduce truancy behavior of class XI students at Muhammadiyah 2 High School Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the symptoms of no mobile phone phobia (nomophobia) among graduate students UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as well as knowing how the process of mentoring for students nomophobia sufferers by counselors. This research uses qualitative research methods with the phenomenology of approach. Research data obtained from observations and interviews and then data analyzed by the reduction of data, display data and tethering conclusion. The subject of this research is the 16 graduate students UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The research results obtained in this study show that graduate students using a smartphone or gedget ± 12 hours in a day so the use of a smartphone with a long duration will negatively affect for the body particularly the brain. Next mentoring can be done by a Counsellor for the client that is experiencing the symptoms of nomophobia is using telephone counselling. Phone counseling provides access and control to the client so that the client can request the assistance of a Counsellor anytime and anywhere and can disconnect a telephone in accordance with his wishes

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the self-concept of transvestites, provide assistance for eclectic Islamic counseling services and know the effectiveness of Islamic eclectic counseling to change the self-concept of transvestites. The type of research used is Participatory Action Resarch (PAR) with four stages of implementation, namely planning, action, assessment and follow-up. The results of the study indicate that transvestites in understanding their own concepts can be grouped into two, namely; First, transvestites who see themselves as women and that are already destiny. Second, transvestites who see themselves as men but look like women. Transvestites assume that the community views itself as a woman, must appear like a woman and the community sees one eye towards her. Of the 18 transgender people who participated in the counseling process 1 person was determined to really want to change his appearance. 10 people are aware that they are men and their appearance should be like men but do not know when they will change their appearance and 7 people still understand themselves as women and must appear as a woman

Abstract

juvenile delinquency is indeed a phenomenon that occurs at the developmental stage of adolescence. Phenomena that occur are behaviors that deviate from the norms that apply in the community such as ditching, bullying, smoking, drinking liquor, lying, and others. All behaviors carried out bby adolescents on the basis of wanting to try and be dominantly influenced by environmental factors. Juvenile delinquency reflects adolescents having difficulty finding their identity so that they experience an identity crisis. Researchers want to reduce juvenile delinquency using behavioral counseling approaches. The reason for using this counseling is because behavioral counseling is counseling which is a combination of approaches in cognitive psychotherapy therapy and behavior therapy. The type of research used is using experimental research. The design of the research in this study used was the prettest and post-test group. The pre-test results showed that students got ajuvenile delinquency score of 54.23% in the medium criteria, while the post test showed a score of 32.08 in low criteria. Based on the results of the calculation of the comparison of the pre-test and post-test scores, the average respondents experienced a decrease in juvenile delinquency by 22.15%. This proves that behavioral counseling can reduce the level of juvenile delinquency. While the wilcoxon test obtained z count of -1.82, because this value is an absolute value so that the negative sign is not taken into account. So that the calculated z value becomes 1.82, then the calculated z value is compared with the z table value with an error level of 0.05. The conclusion is that the juvenile delinquency of sma n 1 nguter can be reduced through counseling behavioral approaches.

Abstract

The search for meaning of life can be achieved by using the dimension of spirituality to fulfill the inner needs of humans. This study was intended to describe the spiritual values instilled by the coaches of Nashrun Minallah Islamic Boarding School to students who experienced mental disorders, especially those affected by magic and genie disorders through Islamic psychotherapy. This article uses a type of qualitative research, the method of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation, with analytical techniques using data reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study that the spiritual form shown by santri leads to positive spiritual products includes a more meaningful life, more active worship and a balance between fulfilling life in the world and in the hereafter according to the guidance of the Qur'an and as-Sunnah. The form of Islamic psychotherapy that is practiced is the therapy of prayer, dhikr and ruqyah so that someone is spared from interference from spirits.

Abstract

He took this problem based on the consideration that there were many educated unemployed workers, especially high schools and equals. This in turn will negatively affect the future of education which is not only a skilled and competitive generation of printing vehicles. This research specifically aims to determine the contribution of Islamic Religious Department of Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of graduates, namely about readiness in optimizing all potential students to develop, thus providing an ideal guarantee for their future when entering the workforce. Data collection is mainly carried out through in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), documentation (documentation) and reinforced by participant observation. Furthermore, the collected data is collided with relevant theories in order to obtain a complete picture of the objective conditions. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of Madrasah Aliyah Department of Religion Al-Islam Kemuja in improving the quality of graduates is by improving the quality of employment, understanding of students, improving academic achievement of students through religious majors and extracurricular programs and evaluating student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence group counseling based on reality therapy to the level of student procrastination. Subjects in this study were MA MAFAZA amounting to 14 students. 7 people as experimental group and 7 people as control group. The data collection tools used in this research are: procrastination scale. Data analysis used is Wilxoccon Test which is a statistical method used to test the difference of 2 pieces of data in pairs that is between the control group and the experimental group. The results of analysis using SPSS through Wilxocon Test showed there were 6 samples whose academic procrastination rate was smaller after being treated compared to before. In the positive ranks column showed that no sample whose anxiety level increased after given treatment. While in the Ties column there is 1 sample showing that no change or decrease whatsoever after given treatment. The output shows that the value of P or Pv is 0.027. While the level of significant (α) research of 0.05. So the value of P <α or 0.027 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, it means there is influence of Group Counseling using Reality Therapy on the decrease of student academic procrastination
