Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee creativity on employee performance mediated by innovative work behavior in millennial employees in Pasuruan, East Java. Millennials, known for their tendency to be more creative and innovative, face challenges in developing creativity in a workplace that is still strictly structured. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed to millennial employees in various companies in Pasuruan. The results showed that employee creativity has a significant positive effect on employee performance (path coefficient of 1.977, p = 0.048). In addition, employee creativity also has a significant effect on innovative work behavior (path coefficient of 25.523, p = 0.000), which in turn has a significant positive effect on employee performance (path coefficient of 5.629, p = 0.000). Innovative work behavior was shown to mediate the effect of creativity on employee performance (path coefficient of 5.549, p = 0.000). Thus, this study concludes that increasing employee creativity can significantly improve employee performance, and this effect is amplified through innovative work behavior. These results provide practical implications for companies to encourage creativity and innovation in the workplace as a strategy to improve employee performance, especially the millennial generation. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of both technical and non-technical aspects in the mini vise manufacturing process practicum at technical education institutions. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 138 respondents, consisting of students who participated in the practicum. The questionnaire measured various technical aspects such as meeting schedules, punctuality, clarity of information, consistency in delivery, and problem-solving, as well as non-technical aspects such as teaching methods, the role of practicum assistants, module content-reports, teaching and learning activities, and learning outcomes. The results indicate that, in terms of technical aspects, the majority of respondents agreed that meeting schedules (64.1%), clarity of information (68.1%), and problem-solving (77.9%) were carried out effectively, although punctuality still requires improvement, with 39.1% of respondents remaining neutral. Regarding non-technical aspects, teaching methods (81.2%), the quality of practicum assistants (81.9%), and teaching activities (81.2%) received positive assessments from most respondents. However, some areas still need further attention to improve consistency and overall respondent satisfaction. The main conclusion of this study is that the mini vise manufacturing process practicum has generally been effective and efficient, although there are several aspects that require improvement, particularly in terms of punctuality and consistency in delivery. Recommendations from this study include improving time management, enhancing the clarity of information, and providing further training for practicum assistants.

Abstract

PT ISM. Tbk.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of a celebrity influencer's credibility, celebrity influencer attractiveness, online customer review, and perceived expertise on attitude, examining the impact of attitude on purchase intention and the influence of purchase intention on purchase behavior on local skincare products. The type of research used is causality research, which aims to test the influence of one variable on other variables. The variables used consisted of 4 independent variables (celebrity influencer's credibility, celebrity influencer attractiveness, online customer review, and perceived expertise), two mediation variables (attitude and purchase intention), and 1 dependent variable (purchase behavior). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a number determination technique using Hair et al., 2019; the number of samples is 5 times the number of indicators, 30. The data collection results showed that the number of samples was 205 (minimum sample 150). The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 23 software. The findings showed that a celebrity influencer's credibility was not proven to have a positive effect on attitude, a celebrity influencer's attractiveness was proven to have a positive effect on attitude, online customer reviews were not proven to have a positive effect on attitude, perceived expertise was proven to have a positive effect, the attitude was proven to have a positive effect on purchase intention, and purchase intention had a significant positive impact on purchase behavior.

Abstract

Efficient and sustainable rice supply chain management is essential to ensure the availability, quality, and price stability of rice in the regions. Factors that influence the efficiency of the rice supply chain include the quality of raw materials, logistics infrastructure, and coordination between farmers, distributors, government, and the private sector. Effective collaboration between related parties can increase productivity and distribution efficiency through the use of technology, strategic partnerships, and improvements in procurement and storage systems. However, the main challenges faced include dependence on weather, high costs, and issues of quality and sustainability of supply. Strategies implemented to overcome these challenges include improving infrastructure, diversifying technology, training for farmers, and strengthening the financing system that supports farmers. Further development is needed to strengthen the partnership between the private sector and the government, as well as introducing innovations in supply management to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of the rice supply chain in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an expert system supported by artificial intelligence to diagnose diseases in goats with the forward chaining method. The goal is to solve the problems faced by “Kertosono farm” located in Dawe village, Kudus district. This farm experiences obstacles such as difficult access to veterinarians due to long distances and lack of knowledge about initial treatment for their livestock. This system is designed to facilitate users in the treatment of their livestock, the knowledge in this expert system is limited to the information that has been inputted, including disease symptoms and first aid procedures. The diagnosis provided by the system is based on the rules and information that has been entered, not as a substitute for direct diagnosis by a veterinarian. Researchers use the forward chaining method which works more effectively by collecting information first before drawing conclusions from the data. This method speeds up the decision-making process, especially in situations that require a quick response, and is easy enough to implement in an expert system, so that the inference process becomes clearer. The system can immediately evaluate new information and apply relevant rules without having to repeat the entire initial data, and it is possible to track the inference steps taken, so that the user can understand how the conclusion was reached.
